I have completed my diabetes care package under Ms Sana Khalid supervision.

I have successfully reversed my type two diabetes with diet and exercise.

Highly recommended

We have supplied It products on 31st October 2022 and till now we are not getting any response from payable accounts when they will release the payment.

It has been crossed more than 120 days where as our payment is 30 days credit only.

We tried to contact with them many times but not getting a single response from them. What a well trained team they are, really dissapointed.

Worst customer service. I’ve been waiting for my refund for over 6 weeks. I’ve contacted them numerous times and all they say is “our management is not available at the moment, we’ve escalated the matter. ” What kind of management is not available for 6 weeks? In addition, the nursing staff is poorly qualified. Don’t hire this company.

Sadly, i am still waiting for a refund 6 weeks post operation for the days of care i no longer required. A simple refund, the most basic of payment options is behind withheld for an unknown reason. I have had to make a complaint to the DED. Its not acceptable to receive payments from paying customers and be in no position to refund them as is their right.

My wonderful nurse Fransiska is an angel on earth! She went above and beyond for me and felt like having my family to care for me. She is an exemplary nurse and THB are so lucky to have her. She nursed me back to full health after only 4 days post op!

THB has been our preferred home nursing provider for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier. The Management team (shoutout to Emma and Sammy) are always reachable, approachable, and ensure they find the right fit for their clients and patient needs in terms of nurses, even if it means multiple trial and errors until the patient is happy and comfortable. They have an efficient buddy system to train new nurses on the roster of care to guarantee smooth transition between team members when required. They do regular home visits to check on both the nurses and the patients. They have never not taken a call of mine (including on weekends when I had emergency situations) to listen to any concerns, issues, or even help us with access to medication or hospitals, , and other reporting needs for insurance purposes or otherwise. We always work together as a team to support both the patient and also the nurses whenever required. The whole team are practically like family to us now and are an integral part of our day to day lives.

The Home Care Company has been caring for my husband for over two years.
His condition requires 24/7 constant care and I have found the nurses professional, kind and compassionate. He has no mobility and because of their superb nursing care and meticulous technique, he has never suffered from bed sores or infections. The team is in no way intrusive and are always discreet and professional.

The Manager, Emma Jane and office staff are 'hands-on' and respond immediately to accommodate our concerns and needs.

I can recommend them without any reservation whatsoever.

Nursing is one the hardest professions and most often under appreciated. I wanted to take a moment to thank THB for their excellent home care services. Needed urgent IV fluids administered at home - 45 minutes was all it took for Timi to arrive, bringing with her this massive bubble of happiness and kindness. Smooth and efficient delivery of care. My experience with THBglobal has been great
I was a bit hesitant because I had read very negative comments about the company but I thought I would give them a try. Those negative comments were actually about the PCR testing and I understand they were very busy at the height of the pandemic and people getting vaccinated and able to travel. So very difficult circumstances.
My introduction to THB came through a lady called Sana she is the diabetic educator and this most amazing Health Manager called Patrick Icban. Very professional and helpful. I’ve gone on to their VIP package. They helped change my mind about THB. I wish I had come across them earlier.
Something Patrick did blew me away. I have a difficult
neurological condition. And normally I would need to travel to London to see my neurosurgeon. I was told by the American Hospital in Dubai we cannot test your head pressure. You have to go back to London and see your neurosurgeon. Or find a doctor who knows about this device. That is very difficult for me. Not easy to travel etc etc. I don’t know of doctors in Dubai So at my initial meeting I told them I need to find a neurologist or neurosurgeon who knows about this equipment and I will not need to travel to UK. Within a few days Patrick told me there are these 3 neurosurgeons in Dubai who know about this device.
I was amazed. He made the appointments for me and I asked him to accompany me and Sana to see the endocrinologist. It is such a relief to have these two professionals with me. I was told that this sort of personal service I can get but I would need to join their VIP service. I had no hesitation. So I joined their VIP service. I have been recommending THB Global to family and friends. People are asking me where did you find them.
I can honestly say Patrick Icban deserves a promotion or pay rise. He is one of the best people I have come across in Dubai. Made my life so much easier.
I cannot do without him now.
By the way Patrick has not paid or bribed me to write this!

Amazing service. I've used the service 3 times now and the nurses are always punctual and polite and provide the best service Even if I choose the standard 12hr - 24hrs for the result, I get it before the 12 hours are up. Easy, efficient, and dependable service all around! Would highly recommend and will definitely be requesting their services in the future.

Not responding to WhatsApp messages - no idea how they expect to run an health care service when they cant respond to patients queries!

There is absolutely no fuss! I scheduled a home PCR test for AED 119 and requested that they arrive by 9: 00AM; the nurse arrived 10 minutes before 9: 00AM, which I appreciated because it's always good to be early; I requested that they provide the results by 7: 00PM the same day because I needed them for travel; to my surprise, I received the results around 5: 30PM, and the entire process was extremely smooth, easy, and hassle free! Thank you very much! Highly recommended:)

My experience with THB was great. They promptly arrived on time at my home and conducted the test. The nurse was professional and the team finished and provided me the test results on time. As a tourist to UAE, this was of great help to me. Thanks THB for the positive experience.

I paid 341 aed for a pcr test with results in 12 hours. I didn't receive results in time and I missed my flight and had to pay to reschedule it. No one from the company has reached out to me despite contacting them on what'sapp and they sent me someone else's PCR test via email.

Amazing staff! Nurse Innocence was super gentle preforming PCR and results came on time. Highly recommend

This is by far my best experience getting PCR's arranged for an event. The professionalism and the punctuality was commendable.

Very bad service. We booked an appointment for a PCR test today and the nurse never showed up. Worst nightmare for a tourist in need of a PCR test to go back home…

I was so happy with Ella's recovery plan, she helped me gained confidence from the minute we started our sessions and she was quite responsive in times when I wasn't sure how to do an exercise or if I had a concern with how my ankle was healing, She is quite knowledgeable and I feel grateful to have worked with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a physio recovery plan.

If you know the meaning of coming back from The dead; then would be a summary of my experience with best Physiothreapy specialists. From day one, I felt more confident that my life will be normal again
I am not saying changes took place in one session, but it is improvement after every session, I wish I could take Kavita back home with me:)

Dhara, my physiotherapist, has been a great help for me. She took time to understand the issue and implemented suitable therapies. She’s excellent! Highly recommended!

My father fell and suffered a pelvic fracture. No cast could provide him succor and he had an excruciatingly painful 2 weeks bed ridden. During this time and for more than 2 months after, my family was rescued by the empathetic, responsive, diligent and pleasant attendants of The Health Bank. Any feedback to his support in terms of daily routine would be immediately communicated across all support staff. We conclude the kind support we have received with an enormous debt of gratitude.

Ella is truly one of the best Physio I have ever experienced. The full one hour is utilized and properly understanding and working on the issues to provide relief and guidance on long term maintenance.

The team has been exceptionally good dealing with my fathers condition. They were extremely attentive and accomodating which resulted in a very good recovery. Sammy the head nurse and Rafe were particularly good. They were very personable and made the patient feel very at ease in a difficult situation.

I have been using THB. 24 hrs per day, every day for 3 months. My husband is very old & very sick, but we want him to be at home.
The staff in this company are very professional, caring & very attentive. I have complete faith in their ability to look after my husband, even when I am not in the home.
