I come often to the Acai Spot with my friends. We like the acai, the brigadeiros and the peanut butter bar. The staff is very friendly and welcoming you. All of them lovely. Thank you.

Each visit to The Açaí Spot is made memorable, predominantly due to the incredible store manager, Sheila.

Sheila’s approach to customer service is unparalleled. Whether I’m there for their refreshing apple juice, aromatic coffee, flaky croissants, or savory bagels, Sheila’s attentive and caring demeanor ensures my day will be as satisfying as the meal itself.

The Acai Spot at City Centre Deira is located at the second floor, right at the entrance of the food hall named Food Central.

The food is really nice, they have some healthy options which are very suitable for office staff working around the mall, they have a lunch special for AED 49.

The Acai and the Coffee are also really good. The staff are very friendly and would go the extra mile to support you, they usually bring the food to us where ever we are seated.

They provide discounts for Esaad and Fazaa card holders.

Very filling. We shared the medium bowl between 2 people. The yoghurt with berries was amazing. The granola and fruits are fresh. Great ambience.

Worst service ever, i placed my order and waiting almost 1 hour and 40 min in the end i call them they said your order has been rejected, atleast someone should call and inform me that my order got rejected.

The best Açaí I’ve ever tasted. I tried it several times. Once in the restaurant itself, but mostly I order it from Talabat. And, still the same excellent quality.

Tried the Acai Bowl and thr Acai Jar, both the items were delicious.
The food packaging was amazing, to ensure that the Acai is not melted on the way.
The consistency of the Acai was perfect.
The service was excellent.

Bottom Line:
If you are a fan of Acai then this place will be your best bet!

Amazing spot to chill with friends, acai bowl is my favourite healthy bowl. You can have acai blend with bannana or strawberry. And your fav toppings fruits and nuts.

It was my sisters birthday and as she’s completely obsessed with the açaí spot, we thought it would be great to get her a gift certificate as one of her gifts, after reaching out to the açaí spot store their extremely friendly staff got me in touch with the concerned person and arranged for this.
This isn’t a product they usually offer but made an exception and made this possible:)!
The team was quick to respond, made the process seamless!

So I'm a big fan of their great good but why I gvie a three star is for the follwong reasons.

First off overpriced menu items so not great value for moneey

Second they don't have a good loyalty program so I stopped going and over spending although I like their stuff.

Third dine in space is limited but we'll setup and when you go it's overcrowded with delivery guys who kill the feeling.

If you're in the mood for some healthy food, that's the place to go! Their salads and soup are really yummy, and is their acai blends! Perfect for a lunch break

Good slushes but not for those who are tight on the budget. It's a nice place to unwind though as they have board games available for those who fancy them but with the small space available, it is not a good spot for big crowds.

Their açaí is good if they get your order right, and they also do not accommodate allergies and intolerances.

They did not accommodate my allergies what so ever, they just said no without offering alternatives other than selling me a one Kg of frozen acai, what will i do with that much acai!
We just went to projecto acai in shaikh zayed road, where they do accommodate allergies.

-annoying problem: loyalty points exclusive to the branch where it’s collected. Which is very unreasonable even if they’re different owners

-Overpriced (loyalty points kinda belly but then ure reminded its branch-exclusive)

Placed an order for the first time and requested additional ginger, and in return I got no ginger in my juice.

Just happened to discover this little place yesterday with my best friend. We were really impressed with the pretty interiors, friendly staff and just the whole comforting vibe of the place. Not to mention the drinks ordered were really good too. The Acau Spot really does deserves 5 stars:)

Always satisfied! Healthy choices, good ambient, nice staff. Menu has some new positions, make sure you try pao de qejo, just like in Brasil:)

Açaí is part of the superfood squad - nature's "purple gold. " This small cozy restaurant is great for one-to-one chats and romantic dates, especially the upper level (where a friend proposed to his fiancee here). Menu is a bit limited and pricey but of high quality and suitable for vegetarians and health-conscious people. The Amigo Spot Salad is big enough for sharing and very filling.

This new cafe has best coffee in DIFC. The place has a good atmosphere, staff is friendly and helpful and the açaí bowl is a must! The perfect destination for healthy food.

Highly recommended place to visit in this country. Quality food and service. You could never go wrong with Acai ;)

The place is hidden gem in Deira business and hotels area. The morning acai treat was great with high quality ingredients. Very balanced flavors. The place was a bit stuffy but the taste of coffee and açaí breakfast overtook the whole experience.
