As a pet owner its hard to find to aesthetic, elevated pet beds in Dubai so I pretty excited to find them on Attic. Having purchased bar stools from them in the past I know their products have great quality and durability. Sadly neither dogs took to it. If youre a dog owner, youre probably aware that dogs take time to adjust to a new bed so i was giving it some time but its now over a week and neither of them enjoy sitting on it. While the design is pleasing to the eye, the issue is that the beds lack stability as theyre super lightweight so if you sit on one side it overturns which has probably scared the dogs off. The length of the bed is ideal for mid sized dogs but the cushion needs to be thicker to allow dogs to rest their heads on the side of the bed’s frame. Im now stuck with two beds with no chance of returning them because they have 3 day return policy and expect the product to be in its original packaging.

Disappointed at the Coffee table quality, when sharing concerns about the quality, customer service slammed us with assumptions that we are abusive to the product in terms of rough cleaning. Also this table i have for 20-25 days only. Not recommended!

We bought chairs and tables for 3 of our outlets across Dubai and sharjah and it has been a pleasure dealing with the team. The quality with the prices are both great. In high traffic areas reliability is critical.

We tried wishbone chairs at multiple places but the angle of the back varies! Here we found the right units and bought a whole set of Boucle wishbone chairs. Beautiful workmanship

I am disappointed in the customer service. We purchased an item that sadly is contaminated by wood bugs - we realized after 13 months, as wood worms become wood bugs after several months to several years. When I contacted the company to inform them and cure the wood, they have offered to do so, but insisted on charging for pick up and drop off.

I am disappointed in this service, granted wood bugs are a risk when purchasing wood, but at least it should be taken into account for an after sales for loyal customers (8+ items bought with them last year).

Its been since 2019 wanted to visit the place finally did it on 2021 it’s marvelous place to buy boho furniture and affordable comparing to other stores from my experience variety options of peace’s that can make you comfortable to choose … wisely to visit the place early morning or at evening due to ventilation there’s only Fans specially in our weather.got lucky with artificial? Found out about The Attic on Instagram and have been admiring the furniture for a couple of months now. I saw the Sydney rattan cabinet and immediately sent a message to reserve one. Inder, the owner, responded quickly and answered my questions on dimensions and about the cabinet. I asked him to reserve the piece for him till the next day and he agreed. As promised, I went to see the cabinet at their warehouse and purchased it on the spot. Delivery was done the following day and the cabinet is in my home now and a perfect fit. I measured the space I required to the exact cm & ordered a bookshelf from The Attic that stated the same measurements. The delivery men arrived and I directed them to the space where it would be going. They removed all the protective wrapping (Perhaps they should have kept this on!) & tried moving the furniture into the space. Unfortunately I trusted the delivery men (as I thought they did this everyday & this was their job) to move the furniture into the space without (Obviously) damaging anything. When checking the measurements in front of the delivery men who agreed it was 2cm over the stated size (I should have taken a photo of this) & the piece was not going to fit so a refund was in order which Attic agreed. Only until they left I noticed SCRATCHES TO MY DOOR, DENTS & SCRATCHES TO MY WALL, THE SIDE OF MY CABINET & BOTTOM OF MY DOOR FRAME CHIPPED! I was offered a refund for the piece of furniture I didn't have & some people to come to the house to 'cover up' the damage in a few days & that was it. I explained that either way I was still left with damage to my property as the 'cover up' was still going to leave me with obvious damage and as I customer I was not satisfied. Sadly the next day I received a very long email stating that it was my fault as I had made the delivery men damage my own property and subsequently they will not help to fix the damage? (Yes I kid you not) In what world, do people ask the delivery men to move a piece of furniture into a space regardless of any damage of the walls & doors to make it fit? ! Also the furniture magically once back to the warehouse lost the extra 2 cm's that I measured with the delivery men present who had seen with their own eyes that it was 2 cm larger then stated. Mistakes happen & just something to say sorry for damaging my property would have sufficed, but sadly the behaviour of this management has been so unbelievable that I can not recommend this company to anyone especially at the risk of DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY that THEY WILL BLAME ON YOU. What ever happened to company's that admit their mistakes and offer some form of compensation/gesture as an apology & for the inconvenience of having my property damaged (Which if going to fix properly- replace doors etc will cost me ALOT of money) instead this company sadly will BLAME THE CUSTOMER. Do not trust this company. (I have attached photos of all the damage). Try 'The wood of Arts and Antique Furniture' or 'Arts and Crafts Furniture' who I imagine will not damage your property and blame you.

Great furniture at honest prices! There are many of these stores in the area, the attic seems to be a bit more selective on what’s on offer. They regularly receive new shipments and models, however it can take up to a month.

I found The Attic online when I first moved to Abu Dhabi. My husband and I traveled to the warehouse, purchased most of our living room furniture there and 2 custom dhurries.

Since then I've worked with Inder on some inlaid pieces as well as another custom dhurrie. Even though I was back in the US at the time, Inder was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions.

Beautiful wooden everyday pieces of furniture made from recycled and repurposed wood. Most pieces are completely unique. Super well priced and the owner Inder is very helpful and you can feel the love that goes into the work.

I just got a beautiful mirror from them, they were super flexible to custom make the frame of it with the kind of wood color I wanted. It's off course a bit more expensive than the usual IKEA and so on but you get a quite unique qualitative hand made piece of furniture for the price so it's really worth it. You can check the products on their website, visit their warehouse in Al Quoz and they also have delivery service. Very satisfied with the experience overall!

Lovely pieces! We have 3 additions to our house, everything is handmade and with lovely attention to detail. The delivery was done on time without any problems and they kept us updated during the whole process! Great service.

Was very refreshing to deal with a company as professional as The Attic. From the moment I ordered I was contacted via email to let me know they received my order and would be shipping as soon as possible. That 'soon as possible' turned out to be the very next day. Communication via phone and text message to let me know my items were on the way was very much appreciated.

When the items arrived they were professional packed and unloaded and placed where I wanted them.

I ordered a bench and a vintage stand. The craftsmanship and attention to detail on these pieces is outstanding. Well worth the cost, which I thought was very reasonable.

As a side note. The bench doubles as a favorite cat hangout as well as a little scratching post. The jute rope is so secure and tight that the furry beasts claws haven't even snagged it.

From the Attic Dubai I was able to do exactly the carpet I wanted for a very reasonable price. I was thinking about doing one piece, it ends up we made 4 rugs eheh.from the moment we decided the colours, the patterns and the size it tools around 45 days to have them delivered at home. I also bought a lovely bench that can fit anywhere in our house!

What a gem of a place this is! Tucked away a little bit off the beaten track but not to be missed if your looking for that extra special unique piece of furniture. We purchased a big reclaimed wood leaning mirror which co ordinated perfectly with a sideboard we had recently purchased elsewhere.
