I had the pleasure to work with Gauri and Kunal from THE BIG NIGHT DUBAI overseeing our company launch event, which was quite a big deal, as one can imagine. A company launch only happens once and we needed to make sure we nailed it.

For the event, THE BIG NIGHT prepared a very detailed show, with a plethora of artists and acts to perform and create a kind of high-tech vibe. There were a few challenges that had to be overcome, not tackling them could have resulted in an undesired outcome, but I believe, with teamwork we all were able to create a great and most importantly memorable night.

I highly appreciate their professionalism, passion for their work, know-how, and responsiveness to all our requests. From inception to post party both Kunal and Gauri have been amazing. They completely over exceeded my expectations and everything they guaranteed at the start came to fruition. A 40th birthday event is so special and I wanted to make some special memories with family and friends and this was certainly done. Nothing was too difficult for the team and they were professional throughout the process thus ensuring we were kept informed and happy with every detail. They really take such pride in their work and you can see they genuinely enjoy the final result as much as the client.

During the actual event they were so attentive and ensured that everything ran perfectly. Events can be exceptionally stressful but this was the complete opposite. Their communication and timings for every part of the party were brilliant and they really thought of everything.

We don’t even know where to begin. No amount of thank you will suffice for the greatest night of our lives. We are still in awe of how fantastic everything was done yesterday. Every single one of our guests couldn’t stop praising and talking about how incredible the set up was. The most used phrase we were told last night was
- ‘This is the best wedding I’ve ever been to’
- ‘I’ve been to weddings before but I’ve never seen anything like this’
We are so lucky we had you guys plan our big day. We are truly grateful it was so personal and not just an event. We always knew it was going to be great but you exceeded our expectations more than we could’ve ever imagined.
Gauri I’m glad you didn’t let me get a sneak peak before it was so worth the wait. I don’t think I will ever get over that dance floor!

We had given the responsibility of organizing the event for approximately 225 guests to Kunal & Gauri and I must say they did a Fanta fabulous job. Every little detail was taken care of so well and we did not have to worry about anything at all. Looking at all the efforts and the arrangements we were in awe of the fine detailing that both of them put it. The only thing that we had to do was enjoy a stress-free evening with friends who had loads of compliments for the arrangements done.

I am impressed with quickly they moved and the fact that quality was not compromised.they have done an outstanding job! Thank you very much

I cannot begin to express the gratitude to this most amazing, professional, efficient, friendly, flexible, perfectionist, accommodating and just outright brilliant team.

We hosted a leadership summit for 80 leading Entrepreneurs from the Middle East, Pakistan and Africa over a span of 3 days, and tasked Big Night Events to organise our evening socials, dinners, team building and the respective logistics to get the team there and back.

From personally going to taste the food and service at each restaurant as a mystery shopper, ensuring the right table seating for the shows to the comfort of the boats and the catering facilities, they were on top of every little detail.

They personally received our members from the hotel reception and chaperoned them to their table seats.

Arranging last minute requests such as photographers and unique dietary requirements to speaking with the management of venues to not only allow, but shuffle their tables to create spaces for us to dance!

All in all, both Gauri and Kunal went above and beyond to ensure they curated the perfect experience for us and I'd highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
