I bought my perfect dress at the Bridal Showroom. I was made to feel comfortable and try on different styles. I was encouraged to be relaxed and sleep in my desicion before being welcomed back to the salon for a second try on. I loved my experience and the staff were wonderful! When I first visited I could not find the right dress for me, however the team remembered the style and shape I was looking for - and 2 months later - took the effort and time to message me and say a new dress had arrived which they believed would be perfect for me. And they were right, it was the one, and I fell in love the moment I tried it on.

When it came to the fittings, Delia (the tailor) and Dina were absolutely incredible. They made sure it fitted me perfectly ahead of the big day. I had 6 fittings (all included once I paid for my dress) and they were so patient, warm and understanding.

I also ended up buying my earrings and veil from them - all their products are just such good quality and stunning.

I cannot recommend The Bridal Showroom enough. They are kind, and professional and its because of them I felt so beautiful on my big day.

My experience at the Bridal Showroom was amazing. Since the first day I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and took really good care of me. I would like to especially thank Elham and Victoria. They were crucial in helping me find the perfect dress and tailoring it to fit me perfectly. They also have great taste and shared their expertise to help me tweak my dress to make me feel like myself. Also they tailored the dress really quickly to accommodate my travel plans.

Going into my search for the dress I truly had no idea what to expect, it was overwhelming, it was exciting and confusing all at once. Then I stumbled upon the Bridal Showroom, I did my research and felt this was the showroom for me, I knew I would not have to go anywhere else. And I was right! Everyone was so kind, was so nurturing, knowledgable, and patient.

They all listened, they advised and were extremely professional, my dress consultant Eli made me feel so beautiful, she made me feel seen and heard. She went out of her way to make me feel like a BRIDE and I could not have asked for a better experience.

The Alterations team was equally as phenomenal, they helped me feel confident in my body, my dress and my choices. Being from a different country and continent, I had my worries about traveling with the dress, how to put it on, the fitting but Dina and all the others melted those right away.

I am eternally grateful for the whole bridal showroom team, and would 1000/100 recommend them for any brides big day!

Just went to try a few dresses this last weekend and I am so impressed with the quality of the dresses and specially with the super high service I received from the girls! Where do I even start, from the minute I entered The Bridal Showroom (TBS) the welcoming staff, the ambiance the variety of dresses were all a first impression I will never forget. The best part of my experience was my assigned stylist Gina, who was honest, patient and more than helpful throughout the process. I said YES to the dress with TBS and can't wait to show off my dream dress on my big day.

All the staff at The Bridal Showroom are super accommodating and friendly and really help you through your journey of finding your dream dress. They have a nice varied collection from traditional to boho which is quite unique in Dubai. I attended all appointments on my own but Gina was so thoughtful and got a really good feel for the sort of dress I wanted that it didn't matter that I couldn't have family or friends with me. I really valued Gina's thoughts on the dresses and in the end she was a big part of my journey to find my dream dress! <3 All the other staff are lovely too and the alterations are super professional and to a high standard. Highly recommend. I messaged on a Friday afternoon, they called with an appointment that same night after someone cancelled. They are very responsive on calls and what’s app.
My appointment started on time. Eli and her assistant Lisa we’re so nice, took their time, did not rush me. She found me a dress that I hadn’t actually chosen from the options and it turned out perfect.
Only 3months until the day and it wasn’t a problem at all which I was worried it might be.
Their rooms to try on dresses are nice and clean and their process is great. You can tell these ladies are experienced. Thanks to all the staff.

No one really was carrying when I said that I first time was trying wedding dresses, I was excited and bring my friend and my faience with me, but I didn’t feel the stuff is really helpful.

The Bridal showroom is a life saver! I initially ordered a dress online and waited 2 months to arrive. When it did, it was such a disappointment to say the least. In my panic, I contacted several wedding boutiques but it was Bridal showroom that really put my mind at ease. They were so understanding and accommodating. When I called them, i explained what happened and they managed to squeeze me in. I only had 3 weeks to pick a dress and have it altered. They reassured me i would get the dress before my wedding and they didn’t disappoint. Christina is so amazing, warm, helpful and friendly. I'd recommend the Bridal Showroom to any bride-to-be. From their staff to their collection, TBS is hands down the best bridal experience I could ever ask for (or imagine). TBS was the first bridal store I went to and I knew right away that the dress I tried on would be the dress I'd say yes to.

I highly recommend this bridal showroom I was the sister of the bride and we got the wedding dress from here. Very friendly and helpful staff they made the choosing process smooth and enjoyable! You need to make reservations before going in if you want to try on the dresses. Elham and the team were awesome and were very patient with us. They can make adjustments and modifications on the dress at their store.

This was the first bridal shop I visited and said “yes” to the second dress I tried on! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted warmly by the friendly and helpful staff. They have a fantastic dress selection and allow you to take your time to browse the dresses before trying them on in your own private room. I have visited 6 shops looking for a wedding dress in Dubai and i must say that experience i had with Chaza in Bridal Showroom was over my expectations not to mentioned that i purchased the dress there. Shop is located in appartment in JLT which is organised and decorated very well. Its spacious yet very personal, lighting and colors are perfect to create calming nurturing effect on the bride.
Chaza is Syrian lady who was assigned to take care of me during my first appointment and after every next one for alterations. She was ALWAYS smiling this woman is simply so kind hearted and genuine.that i honestly have no words to explain it. I’m in high position in customer service myself and honestly speaking she blew my mind.
She was suggesting different models to me always taking care of my budget (she never suggested expensier dresses aiming just to sell) she was rather concentrated on ME and my NEEDS. I find that respectful and its rarely seen nowadays accross businesses.
First impression, hole journey until i founfd my dress, alterations, the way dress was ready for collection, last impression, EVERYTHING was extraordinary and i can nit recomend it more.
I must mention Aiman, lady who is behind their whatsup number, that lady will ALWAYS answer you text immediately, answer all your quiries, comunicate with others in order not to miss information etc. She was the reason why i went there at first place.

I had the best experience at TBS! Eli helped me when I first came to try on dresses and again when I decided I wanted to redo my mother's wedding dress and wear it as my own! My mother's dress is 43 years old and we used pieces from my aunts dress which is 55 years old. From start to finish the entire process was seamless and all of my concerns were addressed. I originally went there to check out headpieces. I wasn’t planning on wearing a full on wedding dress. I went there a bit over two weeks before my wedding. What got me to want to come again is the amazing atmosphere of the showroom itself, the lovely and extremely helpful staff and specially Elham. She really got me excited again about my wedding (as I was getting married during a pandemic) and about wearing a beautiful wedding dress. From trying, to taking photos and videos of me, helping adjust the size, to helping me choose the right dress, MY dress, convincing me to put on a veil (which made a great difference) and saying yes to the dress. And best of all to the zalghouta as well making it all a beautiful emotional moment. It was so much fun I wish I can go again just for the sheer vives. Highly recommended!

I can not rave enough about the Bridal Showroom! I came in desperate to find the perfect dress after only having 3 months until my wedding. My mom was visiting from Canada for a couple of weeks and I wanted to find the dress with her. I'm plus size, so it was so hard at the rest of the shops in Dubai as they only had sizes 36 or you had to wait 6-8 months. Olga was my bridal consultant and was the sweetest ever, she pulled the most beautiful dresses in various sizes and went above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable. My mom and I had the best experience and I found the perfect dress, it was beyond what I was expecting and am eternally grateful for Olga and the bridal showroom for creating such an unforgettable moment and finding me the most beautiful dress.

They have nice collection but not professional. Sent wrong information about choices and prices, then when i visited they change prices.
Wasted a day waiting for this appointment.

I had less than 2 months to plan my wedding and find my dress. I ordered a dress online but when it arrived it needed alterations and I didn't LOVE it. I still wasn't sure whether to go for a new dress or alter the online one. I discovered Eli at the Bridal showroom and explained the situation on wattsapp and she instantly put my mind at ease and told me to come in with the dress. She also has some beautiful dresses at The Bridal Showroom! I found another dress their that I loved, but in the end I went with my original one and they altered it beautifully! They transformed the dress by adding cups which made a huge difference! They also added some
finer details that made all the difference. Honestly Eli is so lovely and helpful and solved all my problems, very quick getting back to you and has a genuine passion for her job, I also bought a beautiful veil from her and her advice was just amazing. Thank-you for turning a stressful situation into an amazing experience!

Visited on bridesmaid duty, such a welcoming friendly environment with people who know what works and what doesn’t, which is very different to other bridal boutiques in Dubai!

I went to a couple of bridal shops but the Bridal Showroom Dubai stands out among others. The people are great (thanks Olga and Gina)! % accommodating! Also, their designs/gowns are amazing and they give fantastic suggestions based on your pegs or preferences. They can visualize how you want to look in your dream wedding! Kudos to the team!

I’d never had such a bad experience in customer service until I went to this place. First of all you need to pay 200 aed to be able to try the sample dresses. I went to many bridal shops before them and after and they never charged me. And later on if you liked any of the dresses you have to buy the same sample which everyone tried and you also paid to try.when I went there Gina assisted me. I went with my parents and even they felt very uncomfortable while we were choosing the dresses because she was not with us and I had to call her every time i chose a dress and we felt like we were bothering her by choosing more than one. Later on we decided on one dress and i asked her can I come back in few hours so I leave the shop think properly if I really want it then come back and buy. First she said she cannot hold dresses on sale period. Then she said but okay for this time I’ll hold it for you and we’re closed next day so you can let me know day after which was Tuesday even though I was fine to come back same day. So I messaged her on Tuesday at 1 pm to say i wanna buy the dress they told me it’s already sold and but I can order a new one without the discount on sale and give the new one to the other bride and get the sample one for myself since my wedding is closer date. So the solution Elham made for me was me paying original price to get an old dress even though I had no mistake on this whole situation.she accepted to give me 10% discount but the dress i was okay to buy was 25%. I don’t know why I needed to pay for their own mistake of not communicating between colleagues and giving false promises to customers. They never got back to me so I had to call them every time. The dresses the owner choose are amazing but the service they provide are horrible. They ruined the whole experience for me. I’ll never ever go back to that place again

I really loved The Bridal Showroom. Their shop is just amazing with lovely tones and many different dresses. Olga was so lovely, patient and helpful. So many wonderful things to say about TBS! I had been communicating with them for months via Whatsapp, they were always incredibly helpful and quick to respond. I ended up purchasing my wedding dress off the rack back home, and brought it to TBS to alter. Best decision. I required standard alterations + I wanted to remodel the neckline. They have truly done a wonderful job, I couldn't be happier! (the pricing was very fair, also). Eli made me feel very comfortable from the beginning - everyone is very detail oriented, and Eli made sure my vision was understood by the seamstress. Although I didn't purchase my dress here, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a future bride to do so - you will be in great hands! I did not end up buying my dress from The Birdal Showroom but the fact the staff were just so amazing there, I really had to write a review! My bridal consultant was Eli who was so warm, patient, super professional, really knows how to treat a bride and basically just makes you feel at home. The place is spacious and clean, with a large collection of dresses that suit so many different tastes! Eli just goes the extra mile to try to help you find something that will make you feel perfect and special on your day! After months of looking, I ended up getting my dress from another country in a very short time frame so the dress still had other bits needed when I got home (alterations, accessories etc). Unlike most other boutiques in Dubai who were quite unwelcoming given I hadn't bought my dress from them, Eli was just excited to hear I had finally found my perfect dress and see what I had chosen. I bought all my bridal accessories (head piece, petticoat etc.) from The Bridal Showroom which were so beautiful and added the perfect touches to the whole look! Eli and the tailor also took a lot of time to make sure the final details of the dress were put together properly. I had an great experience at the Bridal Showroom. The dresses are beautiful and satisfy all tastes, they do get a new collection from time to time.so you can wait for the next collection if you didn’t say yes to any dress at your first visit. I personally fell in love with my dress at my second visit.

It was one of the best wedding dress shopping experience, the staff were very friendly especially Mariah. She was very attentive and kind. She was patient with me as I tried different dresses and always had kind words to say. She is also very good at calming you down during the all the stress of wedding dress shopping. TBS is one of the best shops in Dubai I was looking everywhere in Dubai to look for my dream dress but most of the shops don’t even know how to treat customers and they are not even a motivation for you to buy the dress and I end up communicating with the bridal showroom Dubai have an appointment and went there the service is so on point the employees that work there are so down to earth Mariah and Eli are the best women’s they were more like a friend to me they did everything in their power to make me happy and have my weeding dress I travel from Ethiopia to Dubai to buy my dress and I’m not disappointed I found my dream dress more than I except it thanks to the bridal showroom Dubai I will recommend everyone to go tho their shop and find what you need depending on your budget.

I’ve been searching a dress from other shops in dubai but didnt find the right dress for me, until I found this shop last minute before my wedding day and they have full variety of beautiful wedding dresses that made me easy to choose. In a very short period of time they managed to gave the dress to me perfectly done, it was very elegant & a real mesmerizing dress and everyone’s in my wedding love it very much, it made my day so happy & special.
