Next to a metro station, which is very good since I don't drive. Lots of shops，Carrefour grocery, several pharmacies, music stores selling instruments and music books, clothing stores, and restaurants. Burjuman is a mid-sized mall, not as many stores as Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates, so less selection but also more accessible and less crowded. Good parking for those who drive, free for less than two hours. Small cinema with limited selection of films.

The 15th floor washrooms are dirty and not cleaned often, I’ve seen the cleaners come just flush the toilets and leave without cleaning, maintenance like these leads to a lot of health issues in women, please consider this and do the needful.

More of a business staycation rather than a holiday hotel unlike the ones at the beach or downtown. Here it's more of a limited shopping mall. Great food. AND EXCELLENT CAFE'S

We went here to enroll in a crash course last pandemic. The enrollment was here but the classes was online. This building is good and next to the mall. Parking is always available

A visit to Bur Juman Business Tower is always an interesting experience. Located at the end of New Bur Juman - the extention to The prominent Landmark and Mall - Bur Juman, the tower houses a number of Small and Medium Enterprises, besides High End and Elite Brand names and corporates. Especially busy during the morning till early afternoon hours.
