Friendly salesman and good stock, but I would advise not to trust this dealership and verify all info yourself prior to purchase. Advertised a car as under warranty which turned out it wasn’t, said would try to resolve the issue and then no reply for weeks. Lack of attention to details and little to no effort paid to verifying rather straight forward info is disappointing.

Just want to call out one of the WORST sales experience with one of the salesman - Jack. Jack doesn’t seem to understand his role as salesman! Went to them with an enquiry for a car and even had my finances ready to go ahead make the purchase. However, Jack felt it wasn’t important to respond to questions asked, or do ANYthing for that matter to build relationship with the customer, to try to sell the car or do anything about it. It felt like I was doing him a favor of some sort?
Now because this company thought that a salesman like Jack is who they want to as salesman to customers I don’t wish to deal with them at all. Purchasing a car is not just transactionary; it’s an experience - and when you’re dealing with luxury calls all the more critical. It’s a competitive market so I hope they rectify or the market forces will force them to.
I hope Jack learns a thing or two about ‘sales’ and perhaps moves on to another industry / role so he doesn’t disappoint more folks. As for me, almost finalized buying a similar car for a great deal!

The number one car dealer in Dubai. The entire team are extremely professional and helpful. They have a huge fleet with all of top brands. Bought a car from them back in 2021 and still happy with it.

Extremely unprofessional and poor experience! I didn’t expect such catastrophe can happen in UAE! Purchased a car & paid full payment & did insurance & after 2 weeks with all misleading communication from carvault, when I got in touch with the owner of a car directly by myself, I was informed by the owner that he doesn’t want to sell a car & I had to take a refund after 14 days Completely misguided customer & overall miscommunication, unprofessionalism, misleading & disappointment in experience! No value of customer emotions and time!

I simply walked into the showroom and thought how apt the name of the Company is. This Dealer has some real hidden gems. I met with a low pressure friendly sales professional Abed. We discussed the car I ended up buying and alternatives. Abed’s knowledge was excellent. It took me 10 minutes to do a deal. It was followed up with some further information about the vehicle I was buying, which could have stopped the sale. I was impressed with the honesty and clarity of the company. I have had some teething problems with the car, but who doesn’t when buying a super car in the desert? These issues were corrected and I have not hesitation in recommending either Abed, or the Dealer themselves!

This place is bursting with luxury, exotic cars. I got a car from here and was very happy with the service. Abid and Mohsin were the two salesman who dealt in a very professional manner. Even if you don’t need to buy a car, this place is still worth the visit.

Terrible experience with both the Car Vault overall and Abed, the associate we dealt with. I came to Car Vault to help me sell my Macan Turbo as I was transitioning from Dubai back to the US. After agreeing to a 10k AED commission and a minimum selling price, Abed proceeded to walk back the minimum selling price consistently over the period of 3 weeks. He told me several times that no buyers were interested and that we needed to lower. After two rounds of lowering, we finally sold the car, but I see that the selling price is 39k higher than my minimum (instead of the agreed upon 10k). On top of this, Car Vault’s own employee shares that they typically go for a 15-20% commission. They also refused to provide any further documentation on the sale price. This is an extremely dishonest and exploitative shop that will do everything they can to pay you the minimum. Would absolutely not recommend this experience to anyone.

Sold my Porsche Cayman GT4 through Car Vault and Sibtain Jaffar and the team there looked after me fantastically and made a usually painful process stress free and super smooth. By far my favorite car dealership in the UAE as they always have something interesting for real petrolhead's (largest selection of manual sports cars I've ever seen) and they've always looked after me fantastically when comes down to looking for a car or just popping in for a chat. Looking forward to seeing how their showroom grows in the future.
