Gotta say, one of the best desserts I've had in Dubai. The chocolate was mouthwatering and the dishes were yummy.
Their service was also top notch (special thanks to Iqra, Juliet and Mohammed) and a very cosy ambiance.

Its such an amazing place for chocolate lovers. Great options of desserts. They recently have started savoury items which are worth a try. The staff is very friendly especially Ms. Iqra & Ms. Zin she was very quick with orders and very polite. Furthermore they have so many offers the whole week for ladies, students and families too.

I had a very bad experience at Choco Monarch at Al Ghurair centre. I agree they had a big rush still they shouldn't ask a customer who sat at the table to leave the table. It was a great insult. I visited this outlet for the first time and will never visit again. Please make sure none of the customer who sat on a table should ask to leave. My whole day was spoiled as i baught my family to give a treat at choco monarch and it was a real insult.

My third visit to this wonderful place. I always go during the happy hour or the ladies day because I can get the dishes for AED 10 or 12 respectively.

They have some ridiculously delicious Desserts.

This time we tried the crepe brownie, chocolate monster shake and the hot cocoa with marshmallows.

The chocolate monster shake is an all time favorite of mine. The crepe brownie I tried for the first time and I loved it. But unfortunately the hot cocoa wasn't as good as I wish it would have been, although it looks amazing!

Edit: Things have changed drastically unfortunately. Some of the servers are a little rude and impatient but more importantly they’ve changed their chocolate and it tastes so damn cheap! I have stopped going there because of how much things have changed. So sad.

I recommend everyone to go to drink a cup of good coffee with sweets for every taste, we have waffles with chocolate.

I have tried choco monarch several times and my experience with them always perfect.
They have so many offers and i got molten cake for 10 aed and coffee for 10 aed as well during their happy hours offers.
It’s highly recommended for everyone to visit there in Al ghurair mall.

The staff were helpful happy and fun, I visited on Christmas Eve and all were in a good mood, there was a free cake cutting for passers by the shop was nicely decorated and the food was delicious as always. I ordered my favorite the fruit and mixed chocolate crepe and a red Bull absolutely delicious

It's a heaven for chocolate lovers. They serve everything from pancakes to crepes to waffles to shakes, that too at an affordable price.
We tried their signature desserts which were extremely delectable. I must say it's all about their gastronomical magic that follows with every Dessert.

I Love this place! It's Located at the 3rd floor of the Al ghurair mall (very easy to find). They have the smoothest chocolate paired with soft crepes that just blows your mind with each and every bite. They have a lot of flavorful desserts and drinks. My favorite pair is a cup of sweet and creamy cappuccino with a serving of the fruit-filled crepe covered in 3 kinds of chocolate (I think it was called "The crepe monarch"). This is a place you chocolate-lovers out there should not miss.

Our favorite place to have crepe in Dubai and we have been going often since they have opened. The staff are very kind, generous and great with kids. They use Belgian chocolate on their desserts which is the absolute best chocolate sauce you will taste. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent Americano, Pancakes, chocolate, location, and ambiance. This coffee shop is indeed a great place to kill your time, do business, and to study as well. The coffees and chocolates pancakes we had was so delicious. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The place was so cozy. The decorations were so cute aswel.

There are different types of loaded chocolate crepes, cakes, waffles, shakes, hot and cold drinks. Loved the desserts, presentation, ambience and friendly staff! I tried two desserts.

I tried the Choco Monarch Waffle. Super soft Waffle with fruits topped with 3 types of Belgian Chocolate. So delicious.

Also tried the Choco Monarch Brownie with Ice-cream. Warm Brownie topped with Belgian Chocolate melting in the mouth. So good.

Mocha Frappe and Cappuccino was smooth and nice.

I recommend it to everyone especially chocolate lovers

Heard a lot about this place and been there during the weekend. One of the best place if you are really a chocolate lover.

We tried their Waffle Monarch, Crepe Brownie, monster Milk Shake & White Mocha Frappe.

First of all staff was very welcoming and ambience was really very nice.

Now about taste this is simply one the best waffle or crepe bromine we had.

Drinks were also amazing. Love to visit again to try couple of more options.

The Choco Monarch I visited today was at Al Ghurair Centre. It is located in the 2nd floor of the new Al Ghurair Centre near the food court. Firstly I’d like to share my experience regarding the welcome I received, which was not so great. The staff weren’t enthusiastic and welcoming at all at first. I had to initate the conversation for the employee to cater to me. Secondly the ambience was ideal for the products that they offer, it had mini chocolate fountains and brown/golden hues of furniture which to me were perfect. Finally, the last but not the least was their food and beverages that were amazing! Not only are they all affordable but they offer a range of pastries/food such as cakes and crepes, all the items on the menu look very Instagrammable and they are of decent quality. I personally don’t like my food softened/undercooked so I didn’t 100% enjoy the food.

Been here about 10 times, and each time, they never failed to impress me. Out of all the dishes I've tried, I'd say my favourite has to be the choco lava with that perfect consistency. 10/10 recommend for all chocolate lovers

The choco Monarch has some amazing chocolate items on the menu that can make you drool (like literary).

From scraps to milkshake to coffee to smoothies to savory crepes, they got a wide variety to try out.

Had a privilege to be hosted by them. We got to try out Cream Cheese Pouch Crêpe, Crêpe Brownie, Monster Milkshake and Spice Latte.

Cream Cheeseheese Pouch Crêpe - I would say this is a crêpe bag ful of goodies there were green apples, bananas, cream cheese topped with lots of melted chocolate. It was soft and melted in the mouth.

Crêpe Brownie - A thin layer of chocolate brownies in between crêpes and topped with awesomeness (melted chocolate). Truly heavenly soft crumbly brownie with soft crêpes was oh so yum.

Monster milkshake - Chocolate milkshake with whipped cream on top, biscuit cigar and Oreo biscuits. Was so awesome. Loved the flavour.

Spice Latte - Hot coffee with a mix of spices which gave a very unique flavour to this beverage.

Overall a very chocolatey experience. Definitely recommend this to chocolate lovers. And to non chocolatey people you gotta try it, you will fall in love with it for sure.

I cannot recommend this place enough! There is so much choice and I was even surprised to find breakfast options. It is every chocolate lovers dream! But if you’re not a chocolate fan there is lots of other choices like fresh fruit juices and smoothies. I had such a pleasant visit and I am sure to return. Thank you!

Their Crepe Fettuccini is out of this world and a must must try. The blend of three kinds of melted chocolate toppings along with a vanilla scoop over the soft and velvety crepe was amazing.

Alltogether, it was a truly wonderful experience and I highly recommend all chocolate lovers to visit this place.

A must visit place for all the chocolate lovers! Recently had a chance to visit chocomonarch Al ghurair center, had a wonderful experience.
They serve incredibly delicious soft crepes, pancakes, waffles, coffee, smoothies, juices, milk shakes and much more.

What we had:
️ crepe brownie - delicious brownies are stuffed in incredibly soft crepes and topped with variety of chocolate was heavenly

️monarch brownies- these are chocolate filled brownie topped with 3 kinds of chocolate and accompanied with with ice cream, this combo was delicious.

️strawberry milk shake - it was yum, my daughter fully enjoyed.

The Choco Monarch is an excellent dessert shop for those with a sweet tooth.

Fettuccine crepe: Was our highlight for the night; The presentation was great and the crepe was very soft and tasty, the blend of milk chocolate and white chocolate was on point and the vanilla ice cream placed in the center of the dish really complemented the taste.

The desserts are exquisitely made and the presentation is wonderful. The staff are very welcoming and cooperative which makes this experience overall very worthwhile. Highly recommended!

Very bad customer service arrogant staff - I was completely upsets so asked the name of the person who served - Mohammed rouf just in case management see this review.

Staff were caring and nice but our orders was horrible. I'll never go back again. The kind of chocolate mix they are using is low quality (fake). You can taste corn starsh and too much sugary that you could have heart attack or diabetes coma. Don't recommend.

If there is zero star I’ll give to them it’s the first time to visit Choco monarch at Al ghurir city center, they treat me in very bad way like I’m begging from them, they are not welcoming at all, they reserve almost eight chairs for people not in the shop and when another guest leave there table for me they took the chairs from the table like they telling me you are not welcoming at all, and when I ask for there manager there is someone come from inside the kitchen very sweaty in a very bad hygiene and telling me sorry what can I do.very bad place not clean anyway I’ll not visit these branch at all and thank god that I didn’t set or eat from this place. I’m not recommended this place at all.

There are many offers regularly, so make sure you go during happy hours. The quality is really good too.

Ultimate chocolate experience. We loved it. I even celebrated my birthday in this place. Staff very good and make you comfortable. They have good offers during weekdays which makes you plan to visit.

The waffles were done well and the presentation is just lovely to watch.
Certain items on the menu weren’t available due to low inventory but the manager was kind enough to inform us about this.

If a chocolate overdose isn’t a scary idea to you, then head to this place to satisfy your chocolate cravings. Must try is the fruit crepe that gets drizzled with 3 different chocolate syrups.

We have been to their outlet. The order was taken in 10 minutes and we waited for 30 minutes for our order. When we asked were is the order all the waiter was looking like what order and finally we had to walk out of this shop. Note: the outlet was not busy at all. We went around 5 pm. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER.

The Choco Monarch is definitely a chocolate heaven. Really impressed with the taste, service, quantity and the quality ingredients they are using is simply outstanding. A perfect place to satisfy your sweettooth craving through tempting desserts and variety of hot and cold beverages.

Prices are hell economical. Highly Recommended!

Monster Shake.

It was really a giant treat. Thich, creamy simply divine in taste.
A mix of chocolate with cream and oreo on top. Tasted outstanding. Try it to believe it.

Oreo Shake.

My husband is an oreo freak and he loved this one. A huge portion with a blend of oreo simply loved it.

Monarch Brownie.

A royal treat. Their signature brownie topped with three kind of loaded melted chocolate with a icecream on side. A perfect fingerlicking combination.

Crepe Brownie.

Freshly made French crepe stuffed with brownie covered with three kind of chocolates. Huge serving simply mouthwatering. The presentation and taste will force you to make this place a frequently visited one loved this chocolaty delight. Huge serving size.

I've literally never had so much fun trying out a new dessert place. Everything about this joint was unique and appealing.

My favourite dish from the visit was the Choco Lava. It was excellent in terms of presentation, warmness and taste. It was served with icecream and consisted of 3 types of chocolates.

In waffles we tried something with fruits. We tried the Waffle Monarch which had bananas, strawberries, kiwi and was topped with melted milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate.
Both the dishes enhanced the entire experience.
Coming to my favourite part of our visit, The Caramel Dipatte. It was a beautiful combination of caramel syrup and Belgian Dark Chocolate. This drink cannot be explained in words and you need to try this one for sure.

You can also try the Strawberry Milk Shake if you get enough of the chocolate taste here.

Overall, an absolutely amazing menu with something for everyone.

Had their mocha frappe and coffee shake both were yummm. The crispy crepe was delicious with bits of crisps and icecream inside the crepes. The crepe strips topped with icecream and 3 types of chocolate was amazing.

Ordered Crepe Fettuccini. It was very nice. Homemade Crepe cut into shape of Fettuccini covered with 3 layers of chocolates melting served with vanilla ice cream. I never thought I’d ever be able to consume a great deal of desserts ever in my life. The idea of sweetness and way too much of sweetness in a dessert had always bothered me a lot. So I used to have just a little bit of sweet. Happened to be at @thechocomonarch where they claim to use one of the finest Belgian chocolate and that too manufactured by them. And they claim it right so. I have the finest desserts in their studio which was not that sweet at all. Moderate sweetness was there in all the dishes which made us eat the whole lot even though we had our dinner a little before. Their monster milkshake, peach smoothie, choco lava, crepe monarch, ice puff and double scoop ice cream everything was so so so deliocious that I still crave for more. ️ my kids love their ice cream and melted chocolate a lot. It’s totally a family cafe and worth every penny you spent. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I’d definitely recommended this to all in order to have the accurate taste of Belgian chocolate. Jaleah was the waitress who served us and she is a darling. Do give it a go.

Got to experience Choco Monarch once again and we sure were satisfied till the very end. Always love a good Chocolate parlor and this is one of the few that really top the list here in UAE, with all it's fresh flavors, toppings and selections. Their menu is insanely drool worthy and it's got some decent beverages as well!

Never ever please go to this outlet. I have been with family ordered food and awaited for 30 minutes and when we asked for food all the waiter's acted cluless of the order.we neverr had such experience in dubai. Please note the place was not busy and we ordered chocolate brownie which needs no cooking time. Please go to some other olace if you need good food and better service. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE

We decided to visit Visited Chocomonarch Al Ghurair Centre outlet on the weekend to fulfill my craving for sweet. The hustling bustling cafe combined with sweet aroma of freshly made crepes, waffle and rich chocolate made me more hungry.

We ordered their Chocolate crepe, Monarch brownie and Monster milkshake!
The warm, goey, freshly baked decandent brownies were not only stuffed with chunks of chocolate but were also drizzled with rich melted belgian chocolate! It was served with Vanilla Icecream. The first bite itself was divine!

The Chocolate crepe was the best one I had eaten so far! The crepe simply melted in my mouth and satisfied my tastebuds. Only one word for it! Heaven!

The Monster Milkshake was the star of the evening! One sip and I was in paradise! I finished it in no time!

So we ordered Crėpe Fettuccini which was my favorite It’s fettuccini style crėpe served with a scoop of ice cream. The best part is when they pour three different kind of melted chocolate on it. The serving size is huge a single person cannot finish it alone️

We ordered Choco lava cake as well. Which is a chocolate cake filled with lava chocolate inside and three types of melted chocolate on the top. Served with a scoop of ice cream. It was so delicious & mouth watering.

The Choco Monarch Coffee Shop is a concept café and chocolataria emphasizing on the growing trend of café which can be easily seen in the Middle East region. Everything here has chocolate in some form or the other!

We ordered the Waffle Monarch (AED 40), which was our favorite! It’s two waffles that come with a variety of fruits, and then you get to see 3 different types of melted chocolate be poured on top of it.

We also ordered a Monarch Cream Puff Pyramid, which soft puffs filled with cream, and topped with 3 different types of melted chocolate. However, we weren’t a big fan of it, and prefer the Waffle Monarch to this.

For drinks, we had a Caramel Frappe, and a Monster Milkshake (AED 30 for both)

Also, to those that don’t know, they have 3 breakfast items, and we got the Eggy Waffle (AED 20), which is an omelette in between 2 waffles, with mayo, cheese, and some vegetables.we loved this as well.

This place is an absolute gem. This is a dessert haven that instantly became my favourite spot in the first bite. The Choco Lava and the Pancakes were delightful, but the Crepe Brownie was just on another level. The concept is new, the chocolate flavour is outstanding and the staff is just brilliant. I absolutely loved it, and there is loads more I look forward to trying here.

Ambience: This place is a comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. A nice family kind of place.

Service: The service is slow but I think it is worth the wait. The staff is great though.

Food: The food here is exceptional. Everything on our table was on point, presented well and had great flavour.

Location: The location is perfect. Easy access and lots of parking.

Recommendations: Definitely will be going back here for some more of the amazing experience.

Superb startup with a very special taste for chocolate lovers. Especially the Brownie crepe is a master blaster of their menu, must try. There are various other options as well to explore, loads for chocolate lovers as it's all about chocolate Ultimately. Moderately priced if you go during promotion time. Keep a tab as the offers keep coming often.

Always happy to be back here for some of the best chocolate based desserts in Dubai. From crepes to pancakes, they top most items with three layers of chocolate (dark, milk and white chocolate) which is a wonderful sin I love indulging in. They also have a new branch opening in Mankhool soon which will provide easier access to these affordable treats. Our favorites here are the Fettuccine Crepe (pictured here) and the digestive crepe. The vanilla and the monster milkshakes are both lovely too. Usually they have really good offers where all items cost only aed 12. This is thr perfect time to try their entire menu. Hope they start pistachio soon too

So once again the Choco Monarch did not leave me unsatisfied. Me and my family really enjoyed all the dishes and they have a really big menu of chocolate varieties. The staff also is very nice and was very welcoming. I incredibly enjoyed the last time I visited choco monarch and still look forward to visiting them in the near future. Caramel Frappe:
This frappe gave me the exact taste of caramel toffees we usually have.it was really a cooling and soothing drink. I will definitely try it again. It's a must for all caramel lovers. It was really nice and also had a really good quantity for a frappe. They also decorated and presented it in a very good manner. Choco Monarch is not only amazing in chocolate flavors that can also nail other flavors. It was pretty impressing. I really really liked the taste of it.

Oreo Milkshake:
This one was so authentic and my favourite.so rich and full of Oreo crumbles. I really enjoyed the taste it had. The quantity was again a lot and was really having a cooling effect on my stomach. Felt completely natural. I am definitely going to order this one again. It can easily full two people.something I will have to drink if I am in Karama. I will definitely recommend this one.

Strawberry Milkshake:
I really love anything strawberry, and this one was amazing. I always drink strawberry milks and definitely have to say this one is my favourite. It has strawberry pulp and puree. It really matched with the whipping cream as well. Strawberry milkshake are always refreshing and this one is the most amazing one. You all have to try this one this summer. Must be my favourite summer drink.

Waffle Stick:
Omg you guys, their waffles here are so amazing, they're just so perfect.crispy from the sides and smooth and soft in the middle. The one of the best waffles ever had in town. And the chocolate, they have their own signature chocolate which is really unique and I've never tasted something like this ever before. I just love how they had this idea to make a waffle stick you can eat a pretty good portion and fill your stomach when you are hungry instantly. I'm definitely going to try all the other varieties of dishes they offer in waffles.

Strawberry Crépe:
I really like the combination of the crépe and strawberry. I can say the batter of the crépe had the perfect consistency so that they were well cooked. And then the chocolate, It just made it a perfect dish to have in the morning.the combination of strawberry and chocolate is just something everyone others, and the same I found in this crépe. I'll definitely suggest to buy this dish if you are a fan of strawberries or not. I have to say that not only they master chocolate dishes but also master all those crepes, pancakes and waffles.

Choco Lava:
I've had chocolate lava cakes from all over the world and whenever I've had them, they didn't even have the lava. But here, the chocolate actually comes out just like lava and is the best chocolate lava cake I've ever had. I'll have to eat them plenty more times because one isn't enough. And they don't only give you the cake but they also give you ice cream and it is presented in a really good manner. Very worth for the price and I must say it is the best dessert just ride from the menu. I'll have to test the other ones soon

Fruit Bowl
I honestly enjoyed eating all the fruits with chocolate. Becausethe chocolate being really rich, it tasted good with all the fruits. I honestly think bananas and strawberries went really nice with chocolate, but also pineapple and kiwi were good. My mum really liked this dish as it is healthy and tummy feeling at the same time.

Choco Monarch is a good choice for anybody craving for dessert. We being an absolute dessert lover, decided to try out this dessert parlour in Al Ghuriar centre.

A very classy lovely ambience with no entrance as such. Monarch Savoury is newly introduced for not a very sweet tooth fans. We tried the Crepe egg wrap and the streaky egg pancakes, both were very delectable and filling. We then placed order for cream cheese pouch crepe, which was generously filled with chunks of banana, apple, cheese cream and drenched with melted chocolate. I just loved the fruits, cream cheese and crepe combo, it was surprisingly not too sweet. Chocolate lava and the Crepe Monarch were sinfully delicious. All the desserts we tried were amazing. Cream cheese pouch crepe was my personal favourite. Drinks we tried were White Mocha Frappe, Mix fruit juice and the Lemon & Mint. All the drinks were very refreshing.

Service, ambience, vibes everything was excellent. Our sweeth tooth was absolutely satisfied after visiting Choco Monarch. Do visit if you are a absolute Dessert lover, you wont repent.

Truly lovely coffee/dessert place with lots of variety in their offerings like crepes, pancakes, waffles and also hot drinks and cold drinks. The staff is nice and the service is relatively quick (10min of waiting or so) and the desserts taste SO GOOD. I would recommend the pancakes and waffles in terms of quantity.

One of the best place to get chocolate foods. I absolutely love it. The food is great. You'll get a peaceful environment. The staff are friendly. No reason to not to go there. Try it out for yourselves.

Choco Monarch is ideal for all chocolate lovers. A great spot inside Al Ghurair Centre. I loved the crepe strawberry and crepe fettuccine. The pancakes were little dry. Oreo milkshake was average. During Ramzan they had great offer of buy one and get one free.
