My cat has grooming done in city vet clinic today and I must say - she looks wonderful now. She never likes this kind of treatment and this makes her always really stressful that’s why I appreciate even more great service and the people who stands behind it. Mr. Jason took great care of her which I’m truly grateful for. She got her hair cut and bath also nail clipping full grooming which was very needed. Very friendly environment and professional service. I want to also mention about Ann she was always assisting me with whatever I needed very helpful and kind. We felt very welcome and I’m sure the next visit will be even more enjoyable. Thank you

I rescued a kitten from the street and she was wounded in her leg. So I took her only to check if the wound need stitches or I can take care of her by myself. They asked for 200aed for consultation and the doctor refused to only look at the wound and tell me how serious it is without paying.

The City Vet team is the best!
Our kitten, Nala, was diagnosed with a very serious illness 3 months ago, that required us to take her to the clinic every day for her treatment.

Nala was in great hands of Dr. Dalia, Dr. Stefania, and the whole team. We felt she was genuinely cared for and very gently treated everyday. It felt like a family, it was so nice to see the happiness of the team for Nala as we observed her health getting better day by day.

We’re forever grateful for City Vet JVT for saving our little Nala, who is now cured and healthy. Thank you so much!

I love them all! They make me feel like a part of a family.all of them are amazing, so kind and and friendly. I have to drag my toddler with me and they are helping so I can focus on my pet.
And about pets straight away you can tell all of them, especially doctor Stephania loves animals! She’s such a kind person and knowledgeable, caring for pets AND the owners. My pet is long term ill and I have to be on vet every day and when my pet is having better results she’s genuinely happy. I know my cat is in the best hands

Friendly Staff and they are about animals! Clean and tidy and super flexible. Recommended clinic, especially for people who live in the JVT community.

I have taken my pomeranian, Nala for grooming and I asked Kuya Jason to do it. The recommendation came from the Dogs in Dubai Facebook group. He is the groomer with a heart and cares about the dog's welfare. The clinic called me to tell me they had to stop grooming Nala because she was already stressed. Despite Nala's difficult grooming and her out-of-hand behavior, Jason tried everything to get her groomed. As a way to prevent exhausting her, they suggested I bring her back on another day. This is an excellent gesture, because some groomers wouldn't care about the well-being of the dog. Well done!

Dr. Dahlia is gentle and compassionate, and the staffs are friendly and welcoming.

City vet clinic is easily the most professional pet clinic i’ve ever dealt with! Their staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, they really give the best services they can offer and they’re always ready to accommodate and help! I have been coming here for the past three months and i’ve never been happier and teddy (my puppy) is always happy to be here! Lots of the love to the City Vet Clinic staff! ️

We took Obi for his first grooming session and kennel cough vaccine. For me its all about the people at a vet clinic and they are all amazing, kind and Obi loved them immediately to the point he was too comfortable he slept when his grooming session finished waiting for us to pick him up.

We have been using City Vet Clinic services for the past eight years. The staff is super excellent and sweet.

Dr Steffania is a wonderful and caring veterinarian. I thank Jason, the groomer, for his patience with my cat. The reception staff is always helpful and prompt with their replies.

I must say My boy Lord is a part of this clinic for the past 9 months and Dr. Stefania is simply great. She has been giving and analyzing the best for my boy. She is simply too good with her diagnosis. I can feel a connect with her with my dog. She had handled difficult and tough situations with my boy calmly and assured things are in place. I visit this place two time
They are so creative to make some drama like give injection or xray or give bills

Than I find first time I need to pay 900 aed ok my dog was have fungus ok
Week after I go to follow up it should be normal checking again I pay 800 aed

After I read the reviews I decided to leave one

Because you as doctor you should inform me if you will inject or give my dog something you need to inform me about price first

It's not good

Over the moon with the care from the lovely Dr Dalia vet at this clinic. We went last night with our little kitten limping on his back leg. Receptionist was so sweet and booked us in within 30 mins. The vet was so thorough and he had a high fever also. I feel most vets would immediately make you feel you need to get X-ray and then extra tests but she wasn’t like that at all. After some anti inflammatory medication and a night of bed rest in the bathroom he’s like a new kitten! Back to his normal self completely and no limping. We’ve just moved to JVT and feel really lucky we have such a great and kind vets so close. Thank you!

I love City Vet - but more importantly, my fur-babies are completely at ease there, even my Grumpy Old Man! Doesn't matter who we see, I know my boys & girl will be treated like family.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Stefania and the team at City Vet JVT who are absolutely amazing! I live in JVT and I have taken my English cocker Rufus here since a puppy and he loves everyone there… They are all so kind and attentive, putting Rufus first and providing sensible advice and guidance which is focused solely on what’s best for Rufus… The clinic is competitively priced but you can’t put a price on the personal service they provide and how much my dog loves going there…. We really look forward to our trips to the City Vet JVT….

We take our British Shorthair cat here since she was a wee kitten. Staff are welcoming and friendly, always available and the vets are very professional.

I love the care How Dr Stefania has taken care of my kittens. Love the way she looks after them and follows up and makes sure their health comes first. My kittens are my fur children and it is important for me to be able to trust their doctor. Thank you Dr Stefania for being the best at what you do!

Can’t see myself going to any other clinic. I love how clean is the clinic and how careful the staff is. Even for the grooming I feel safe taking my fur babies.

Let's just say they are amazing! All of them are the best! From front-end staffs, nurse David taking good care of my Peanut, Dr. Meena and Dr. Stefania thorough examinations and very gentle with my Peanut. Dr. Meena's Explanations are given at a level I can understand everything. Dr. Stefania called me twice to update me the before and the after procedure, They are all friendly, efficient, attentive, I recommend their clinic! ️

The most caring personal. Very good team. Doctor gives me valuable advices about my cat. No unneeded tests or vitamins/stuff was given, only honest opinion and really required treatment.

Dr. Stefania and staff were very kind and accommodating to our little one. She explained everything from start to finish and gave us all the information we needed. My boy even got a nail trim done! They were very quick to respond and handled him well.

I don’t recommend at all, they care only about money, I took my kitten to them it was very tired, lost appetite with pale gums and hard weakness. The Egyptian doctor check him and start giving him injections without knowing the reason of sickness And gave him antibiotic injection that later on I knew that it should not be given and it is risk in his case, and I asked her 4 times what is the disease or why he’s sick.she even don’t know the answer and told me you should hospitalize him.and then they told me to pay 800 aed.for what? Actually you didn’t do anything, you didn’t diagnose the disease or even give right medication. I took him today to another clinic they told me the kitten have anemia and we should give him blood and start with the medication.at least they know the reason and they diagnose the condition. I don’t recommend at all, worst experience and the Egyptian veterinary Not professional at all!

The staff were so friendly and carrying towards my dogs and that kept them calm and entertain while we did the full checkup and vaccination for them. And also I appreciate it that they reminded me of my dogs vaccination Due date.

All the staff are professional, kind and attentive. The cost is good value for money as the vets are well knowledgeable and pet/s are taken care of. We have had scheduled visits and emergency, everytime the service is quick and confident. We are very happy to be apart of the City Vet JVT family as they treat our Diana with care and genuine concern.

Switched vets, glad I did. The vet wasn't trying to look after me the cuctomer/paying person, they were focused on my cat which is actually what person needs.

The worst veterinary. They always tells they need to do full sedation for grooming my cat. They didn’t even nail clip her well with full sedation. They hurt her and bleeded for 9 hours, left blood in the whole house and furniture and then she got infected badly. Do not deal with them. They are the worst. They made me cry on what they did to my pet.

They provide a full range of pet care services including vaccinations. The clinic also offers grooming services. Their prices however are a bit high, but the quality and care they provide makes it worth every penny.
Dr. Stefania and Dr. Mena are very knowledgeable as well as friendly and caring. They are very patient and give ample time to explain everything about your pet condition and walk you through all possible scenarios. They follow-up keenly to make sure that your pet is doing well and healthy. Thank you so much for your care

No care or duty towards abandoned animals who volunteers are trying to help. Purely a profit making business.

The worse pet clinic we have ever been!
First, we came here with a food allergy case of our cat, doctor checked her assuming it’s an allergic dermatitis and recommended us to keep her away before we will get results from the fungus test. He also told us we must give her antibacterial and anti fungal bath, but only after results. We asked him many times what can we feed her with, he always replied he will explain us later.
Then, By the time he took us to the cash counter, where we payed 500 aed (basically for nothing), he just took the next customer and disappeared. I told a cashier that we need to speak to him, because he didn’t explain is how to feed our cat, to not get the same allergic reaction, she said we need to wait like 30 minutes for him to finish with another patient. Like what?
After she promised us he will call us the next morning and of course also after 4 days, when the test results will be ready. No one called us the next day, we received a call after few days from the reception offering us cat grooming, we asked about the doctor and that we are still waiting for his call, she said he is gonna call us when the test results will be ready. Today is the 6th day since our visit, the doctor has never got back to us!

Moreover, I must mention, during the visit doctor didn’t inform us about any prices and fees, it doesn’t matter the price, but during my past experience, the patient must be informed about charges before doing any tests and procedures.

At last, I’m very disappointed with their service and strongly not recommend this clinic and their services to anyone!

I had a great experience right from booking the appointment with a helpful lady on the phone to seeing the doctor, vet professional place and super value for money, I took my little Bella for an initial check up.

There was problem wity my booking but the girl at the reception was very helpful to fix it and the groomer also accommodated my dog even if i dont have bookig with them.

This is the best vet to take your cat to in my opinion. The veterinary doctor is very helpful, kind and gentle. He gave me some good advice on how to clean my cats ears and informed me well during the examination of my pet and administration of medications and vaccines. Although the services can be expensive, i would not cheap out on pet care here as they take very good care of the animals and keep their facilities clean and professional.

We'd like to thank you Dr. Stephania for your kindness, professionalism and your dedication to your job and your clients and patients. I’d especially like to thank you for your care of Chilli during this difficult time. I am forever grateful. May God Bless you all in all that you do!

Amazing approach from Dr Stefania Zavatti who is a true animal lover. She has cared thoroughly for my kitten who was brought to City Vet Clinic-JVT for spaying. She has given me updates after the surgery and throughout the day. My kitten came back home happy and bouncing. Dr Stefania has also advised me on the aftercare and recovery period. I will definitely recommend City Vet Clinic-JVT for professional attitude, customer service, care and expertise.
