Dr Islam and the team in the Mirdif branch are absolutely fabulous! They manage any crisis in an efficient and professional manner. A big shout out to them, you are the best!

I am so grateful to DR. KAREEM MUSTAFA, an amazing avian doctor. Two months ago I was really worried about my 1.5 years old cockatiel who fell sick while I was on holidays. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with him, Dr. Kareem was really kind and treated my bird cautiously. My bird is fully recovered. I so pleased the way he handles the bird, and his care and attention to small birds is awsome. Thank you.

Dr samun is the best vet i think all over in Dubai she treat my little furry Charlie she is very caring doctor she feels about how much you are attach with your pet I fully trust her with my pet I will sure recommend this doc.

I went in for a medical emergency for my dog and they reacted so fast. I believe the doctor was Mr. Islam (Egyptian). He was great and catered to my dog and her needs well!

My Yorkie Lisa fell ill. I brought her to City Vet Mirdif. She was attended to by Dr. Islam. He advised that she required surgery. We left her with Dr. Islam and brought her home after 2 days. She is doing quite well and recovering.

My cat had abdominal swollen.
Dr. Kareem did all treatment including surgery and was highly attentive about after surgery condition. I had few times when I was worried that something changed in my cats health so I contacted reception guys and they always reacted fast with contacting Dr. Kareem and rescheduling our visit to closest time possible. We'd like to thank Dr. Karim for saving our dog's life. He's helped diagnose what was wrong with Bella, our dog, and has done three operations for her to resolve the medical issues. During her treatment and recovery journey, he's been following up and updating us with her medical case around the clock. Without Dr. Karim's expertise and extraordinary treatment, Bella wouldn't have made it. Needless to mention that he went above and beyond to answer our queries in the littlest detail possible. He's such a fantastic vet and a lifesaver!

I truly believe this is the best veterinary clinic in Dubai. All the doctors are so professional, kind and caring. Especially Dr. Islam Khalifa! I never seen anyone being so dedicated and loving while dealing with these innocent and adorable souls. He is definitely the doctor who loves what he is doing and doesn’t take it just as any other job. He puts his heart into it. Dr. Khalifa also explained all his steps very clearly and answered promptly all the questions I had. My kitty Bäti, who is normally a “tough boy” even calmed down when Dr. Khalifa was dealing with him. Very competent, precise and warmhearted doctor. Respect!

I took my dog for annual vaccination at City Vet Mirdif with Dr. Serug Akhtar who apparently either has no experience on doing basic vaccination and check up or afraid of dogs or likes to make them stressed

Long story short he couldn’t make simple kennel cough vaccine leaving my dog extremely nervous, anxious and reactive

While it was done to my dog previously by other doctors so smooth that my dog didn’t even feel it

I have 2 dogs and I’ve never met such an unprofessional doctor like Dr. Serug

Best services and they always take a good care of my cats.the reception team is very professional and friendly.my favorite doctor is Dr. Eslam.he’s the best, caring and attentive.

The doctor and nurses were extremely.friendly, my puppy was relxed and played with them. Dr. Was professional and knowledgable and gave the correct treatment.my dog ws feeling better the next day.

As i saw in other posts someone wrote scam about doctor islam i agree so much
Doc islam gave me the wrong results about my cat that he has luckemia
. I had my hardest week ever thinking that my cat has luckemia. Had to check with other vets. Doc was not empathetic at all! Didn’t try telling me anything me hearing that he has luckemia apart from that he is being sorry, that was a killer news he made it sound like a death sentence which is actually not, he didnt try to tell me lets do other test to confirm the results, nothing at all! Not only this he did. He did try to get sample
From his hair and he did scratch him and let him bleed i asked him is this ok he replies yes, other vets told me thats insane.
I called them tried to explain how this news made me feel so bad the manager told me doc islam is great and do whatever u want when i said i will
Complain. She was even telling me ya i saw that results was not clear and still she agrees doc islam is great. I was willing to wait and not to anything if i see they are apologetic about it but no they are not! I will warn everyone in dubai about them.

City vet clinic is reliable for its professionalism and amazing doctors! We have been together with City Vet clinic for more Than 6 years now and our doctor Bathi has saved our little pug couple of times where she was in critical situations like ant bite loss of consciousness, spey operation and others. The entire team is professional starting with the ladies at the reception ending with the nurses they are all helpful and we feel always welcome and appreciated.

Not good when you need an emergency they wil tell you fully booked and pay 350Aed extea fees! Why? Ifva human went to the doctor does he needs to pay extra fees to be seen? I dont mind if a pet owner who have emergency to be seen before me if accident or teauma wht do you ask for this fees this law has to be changed its against customer rights

I highly recommend to visit this clinic in case of any issue with your pets the staff were very kindly also the egyptian doctor that I me was very professional as well he explained the issue very clearly and also after my visit they still answer my questions by whats app and replay very fast

The city vet clinic is the only place in Dubai we trust our pets with. Its doctors specifically Saman Bhatti is incredible. The staff is amazing and they all really do care. Bravo and Thanks.

I had paid around 700dhs and my cat didn't get benefit from there treatment! I will never go again.
They are overpriced and I recommend each and every one to go to Sharjah municipality pet clinic, the prices are very cheap and reasonable.

Was asking them favor for the transfer of my Cat name to her new owner, and they are very helpful and courteous to help us.

I have been using City Vet Clinic services for 4 years now (and the City Vet itself for over 6 years). They have been taking care of my pet really well.
They are professional and friendly, assisted me with pet owner registration and annual municipality formalities each time.
Can honestly recommend them!

Cityvet is by far the best veterinary clinic I’ve been too, I feel very safe when I’m there and their employee are the best, they talk to you with such positivity and care. And their doctors are amazing too, you can feel the safety they extract, they make you feel comfortable and your cats/pets very cared for.

The staff are very passionate about what they are doing, they are gentle with all the animals and really care about what they are doing. They help you decide what is good for you pet including food, portion control, vitamins and more.

Very profession, prompt, and helpful. We are always happy with their services and care for our cats. Helpful in coordination of surgeries even as we were stuck abroad. Highly recommended.

We have been with City Vet for many years now and each and every time we come in, we get excellent and caring service from all the people that work there! All of the staff are always super friendly, caring, professional and one can be at ease knowing your animals are well taken care of and the staff are passionate about what they do! City vet mirdiff has been very helpful. We brought three cats today on short notice and the receptionist, jay or joy, was very helpful and professional to accommodate us. Dr kareem and the nurse are also very detailed in providing treatment for our cats. Thank you city vet!

The staff at city vet are friendly and ready to assist you at anytime, Doctor Saman is the best give care to the loved pets.
The clinic is clean and hygienic. The best in Mirdiff area.
However the price are a bit steep and no discounts are offered to loyal clients.

Thank you for all the care and advice that you provided for Sheika over the past 3 months. I want to thank you all for being thr for her and I when she was seriously sick and on death row. It was sad and I appreciated the times you accepted her in emergency, messaged me on regular updates, let me cry holding her for hours on the clinics floor. It was a slow recovery, yet now she is ready to run a marathon.

I’ve been going to The City Vet Clinic / Mirdif Branch for over 4 years now, for my cat, and I can confidently say that it’s been a very safe and reliable space for my cat to stay healthy at. They always make sure to treat my cat with a lot of love and care, and make sure she stays healthy at all costs! Even my cat trusts them.

Excellent service, warm welcoming ladies at reception, smiling faces, very helpful gents behind the scene and professional vets.

The staff are all professional and knowledgeable. The vets especially Dr Saman is the best. They have all the needed facilities for treatments and they make sure all our fur babies' medical needs are attended to. Sure prices aren't cheap but nothing in Dubai is cheap anymore. I'd say its worth it.

Not recommended. Especially Dr. Mostafa does not seem to provide correct diagnosis and has issues communicating correctly and in English. Wrong diagnosis for our dog meant that he went for weeks of having scabies = extreme itching, pain and hair loss for our dog and finally our whole family also got scabies. We were told that if the correct diagnosis had been done from the beginning, the issue would have been solved very easily. Best to try another clinic and stay away from this one.

My number 1 veterinary clinic, very friendly staff, very passionate about animals, respectful. Dr. Saman is an excellent vet who really loves and cares for animals, all the staff are always nice and welcoming, they have treated all my cats ️

Scammers. Took my dog there and he was diagnosed wrongly only so they could sell me medicine. I checked with 3 other different vets and he turned out to be okay. I hope someone takes action against this place. Please if you could go to any other vet do so, this one is not worth it at all. The doctor herself is responsible for this. One of the staff members was kind enough to give me all the information I needed in order to report this place.

Well Dr Saman Bhatti might be a good vet but certainly not an avian vet. I wish they would have told me on call that she is not good with birds. I took my beloved bird there, she was sick since 3 4 days and somehow through our treatment she started getting better but as she was weak and we never wanted to take risk so I called this place for an appointment and their charges. They charge the lowest among the doctors for check up and I guess this is where i made mistake i should have thought that if they charge so less they wont be good in it.
1. I called and she gave me a time of 4 30 i hung up saying let me ask my husband to check if the time suits us. After approval of my husband i called again and in that time suddenly that slot was booked and they asked me to come tomorrow but as it was emergency i pleaded for an appointment on same day. The receptionist asked me to come at 7 30pm but told me not to be late as it was CLOSING TIME.
2. The second receptionist who has changed shifts by the time i went there was so so so so so poor in giving directions of the place that is another horror story
3.to my surprise when i went there the closing time was written 9pm i guess, but clearly NOT 7 30
4: although i had an appointment for 7 30 but they made me wait bcz dr was busy with other 2 patients
5. Finally the time came and I went in the room for my birdie check up and Dr was not very helpful. I am not sure why she was smiling so much, she might have found it cute that a human is stressing so much over bird. But still, it’s stupid and to be honest, it’s embarrassing and i found it unethical
6. I noticed perhaps i know my bird more an dr didn’t tell me much new things, and she was clueless too i felt that, about what is the main problem.
7. She only tested her poop in the end and told me there is bacteria in it and my bird has diarrhea and she has lost so much weight and is very critical and if she can get weight she ll live.
8. She said we wont do any tests or injections or anything becz they are very fragile birds etc
9. Finally as i wasn’t leaving the place without getting help i felt then she investigated her poop inorder to do some effort atleast
10: she gave me antibiotics and this what killed my bird me and my husband are convinced. My bird Phoebe wasn’t rightfully diagnosed I believe and after taking that antibiotics she passed away becz she started to get worse and worse and worse
11: when asked the dr about if they have bird food she had no idea if they have it or not. I mean u dont even know if u have it in stock? Well they had bit she told me not to buy it and make my bird stick to what seeds she already eating
12: they dont even have heating lamps to offer, when asked she said u may get them from Sharjah may be
13: to be honest worst decision to go there. I wish i chose a different place or treated my bird at home. Even Facebook parrot groups are more helpful than this place

I have been taking my cat to City Vet clinic, Midriff whenever she has been unwell. She has been treated both by Dr. Saman as well as Dr. Kareem. Both doctors as well as the entire staff have been extremely good and professional. Yes, expensive but all private vets are.

I’ve visited this clinic and had an exotic pet which is a slow loris, I thought they have a doctor who can check up on him since this page had a doctor taking care of a slow loris so I went and had a vaccine for him there. But the reason I rated this at one star is because they don’t know how to handle critical situations such as your pet not eating in my case, they gave me antibiotics and a medicine for his throat but never confirmed what was the problem, they keep giving suggestions of what is the problem but the only thing they found is that he had a fever which is the easiest to detect. My pet suffered for a week up until now and hopefully he can Rest In Peace.

Please if you love your pet go to a more professional vet such as zaabeel vet or Nad El Sheba vet. City vet clinic is the worst thing you can do to your pet

Especially DO NOT consult with The Vet. Kareem. No Experience on how to handle or treat Dog.

Worst Clinic.

We have been satisfied with the level of service we’ve received for our animals. Prices are expensive but this is the same with all vets in Dubai. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get a rescue rate for a neutering of a dog that we rescued but had obviously had chipped into our name.

If there was a review lesser than 1 star I would give it to city vet. The Vet who I should say is stupid and uneducated did not inform me about corona and FIV similarities. She just checked for corona virus and smiled and told me to just increase my cats weight since there is no other medicine. My cat got progressively sick and I took him to Deira vet, where the doc informed me the vet should have cheked for FIV too. I am almost losing my cat here and I am fuming with rage.
The vet in city vet was behaving very unprofessional (i noticed that). She was just standing around and joking with her staff when my cat was there on her table. Usual vets would atleast touch and pet the animals but she looked repulsed. NEVER EVER GO TO CITY VET.

We visited The City Vet Clinic today. The receptionist was very friendly and polite but we were not admitted by doctor with our rabbit pet. They told us that the doctor don’t treat rabbits because of allergic reaction to them. Which is rather strange and sounds not very professional. What about another animals?
