Friendly staff who are all clearly committed to caring for animals. The team have been wonderful through the good times and the bad. I would not take my cats anywhere else!

I took my cat here today and they took very good care of it, everything was perfect, thank you very much.

Bring my 2 dogs there for monthly
check-up and grooming, The Doctor was very professional, and we had a dental check-up as well.staff are so kind. Nice area for grooming.

So i went to the city vet clinic for my cat annual vaccine. It was my first, however i was so impressed by their service.
First I came out from the car, the staff helped me to carry my fat cat’s cage. Then during the treatment, my cat was so calm. The doctor and nurse were so professional.
They also have many other services such as dermatology, soft tissue surgery, pet grooming, pet consultation, and many more. They also have pet food delivery

Im so satisfied, they deserve 5 stars!

لا انسانيه ولا ضمير.
قصوا عليه ، و تموا يعالجون قطوتي نص علاج كل مره ، اطلعها ترجع تنتكس حالته اكثر!
و لين ما وصلت فواتير الفحوصات و العلاج بعد كل زياره 8000 درهم!
و يوم ريت القطه البيت ، استغرب حالتها مب مستقره!
و طلبت منهم كل فحوصاتها ؟ طبعا استغربوا و تموا يماطلون لين ما رحت عندهم و خذت الفحوصات و شفت انه كل الي قالوا بيسون ما فحصوا الا دم و شي بسيط و فحوصات هي نفسها قاعده تتكرر! بس اربع ايام فقط ؟؟؟

و لما قلتهم انه في النت يطلع حالته لازم نسوي كذا و ابره كذا ؟؟ قالوا اتصلنا فيج اليوم عسب بنسوي ؟! نعم ؟ شو الموضوع!

و حتى شفت اسعار الفحوصات طلعت لو جمعتها مستحيل يكون هالسعر الخيالي حق 10 ايام ؟

مافيهم ضمير و حراميه ، انا لاني قريت الفحوصات عرفت!
الله اعلم كم شخص ناصبين عليه.

I have been dealing with city vet for sometime, their meydan branch took my grooming request too far and flayed my two pregnant cats, its winter, and they still removed their hair so far, that they dont have the furr to keep them warm, it saddens me that the simplest understanding of the english language and request is non existent, i already pay a lot of money but i cant be understood, i cant see myself dealing with them again, at least this branch

Excellent service from this local vets in Meydan. Our puppy required an urgent vaccicheck report. Dr Jasmin and her team dealt with this in double quick time and the results were sent to me before I arrived home. Our puppy is nervous at the vets at the best of times but he stayed calm and relaxed throughout the visit. Such a professional and caring vets practice.

Our 5 month old cat fell from a 4th floor balcony and broke his hind leg & fractured the other. Meydan City vet really looked after him and we felt very supported with their aftercare and check ins with us. I would absolutely recommend Meydan City vet and their team.

Extremely expensive triple the price of outside
The owner of this company see the people has dog as there ATM mchines the human medicine is not as expensive as dogs. Im not saying the dr is bad im talking about the high prices that you replying to me

I can not thank Dr. Abraham plus his nurse staff enough for their outstanding care, kindness and professionalism in my emergency situation last night- treating my dog quickly and efficient. Dr. Abraham is calm, gentle, incredible sweet and human. All of what you are looking for in a stressful situation! I would give 10 stars if possible.

My bird died the next day. They have unnecessarily did the endoscopy to my bird in the crop putting it to unconcious and charged DHS 595.
And said she is fine little infection in the crop and gave medicine.and a playing bird died a next day

My concern is despite of test and endoscopy worth 400 Dhs they could find the problem and criticality which leads to the death of my bird the next day.

She was fine but only concern was she was not taking the food due to which I have taken her to the clinic but I was not aware this would lead to the sudden death.

Been looking for Avian Vet for my African grey since 2 months in my budget & I can highly recommend Dr Ebraham at City Vet Meydan. He really took good care of my Grey & we wanted our baby to be comfortable & he was very comfortable with the dr as it’s very diff to switch to diff Avain vets as my Grey is very choosy

They are Amazing, all the doctors there are beyond professional, care and support level was incredible they have impressed me as i never had a good experience with other vets before my dog is blessed to have them, special shout out to the the nursing team & Nice the receptionist she is beyond nice and caring thank u city vet Maydan

My cat needed to be spayed, they did an excellent job and took such good care of her. Unfortunately her wound got a slight infection at home and they were immediately on it taking the best care of her and they were very thorough with after care.
The staff were very loving towards my cat when she was there and they are always eager and ready to give feedback about animals that need to stay over night.
I will definitely be bringing my cat there for anything and everything.
An amazing atmosphere and safe haven for unwell animals.

We are very happy with our experience with the City Vet clinic. Here are few of the best ones -

- the clinic is very clean
- the receptionist is very accommodating and responsive
- we were so lucky to have found Dr. Abraham, who is an avian specialist. He just do not cure patients, i felt that he cared for the animal. He explained what is the issue and give options on how to resolve it. It's very hard to find a very good and trustworthy avian vet in this country.
- the nurses were well informed and trained, they know what they are doing. They are gentle and knowledgeable in terms of handling our pets.

Please keep up the good work team! I am vouching for you Mango #Cockatiel has recovered fully and will definitely come back if anything bad comes up, hope not
