It was my first time visiting City Vets Polo Branch and both me and my timid dog were quite happy with the experience. The clinic is very neat, quiet and spacious which makes it so much more pleasant as well as being very convenient to the surrounding communities. Will definitely bring my other dogs for their annual vaccines there. Keep up the good work

It was great experience! Dr Bedor fixed the ear of my cat after unsuccessful visit to one of other vet clinics in Dubai. City Vet is a place I would go if something happen to my pet. Thanks to professional and friendly team

Went for a free consultation and there Egyptian female Dr is very rude, insists to do the test even if i repeatedly told her that I cant. Laughs when i am talking and don’t respond well. Never going and never recommending this place

They were prompt in going all the way to umm al quwain even when I was not able to be at the stables, provided professional care and treatment while updating me with all the procedures and after care. Always checking on their patients even when they are not in need of medication help.

The absolute best place you can take your horse to! The vets are super qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. They have an emergency line, and they are extremely helpful, responsive and understanding of you being potentially overly scared for your horse's wellbeing. I love the whole team, they are truly experts in what they do and take a holistic approach. They explain all treatment options and prognosis extremely well, and will answer all questions with understanding. They all really do go above and beyond to help your horse, and it shows in everything they do that they really love animals and genuinely want to take care of them, and they prioritize their health over commercialism, which is oh so rare to see in Dubai.
In general, if anyone ever asks me where to take my horse, the answer will always be a City Vet Equine Clinic.

I was persuaded to leave my dog at the vet and it coast1100. But I have to leave deposits of 2000. After 1day &16hour. I was shocked the bill was 3750 dh.and the owner is mad for not paying the rest?
Dear owner I signed a paper to inform me b4 doing any procedure.thanx god
I've been through anxiety & tension bcoz of ur dr who gave me the worst scenario that my dog is going 2 die.mr owner I think iu should return my balance ur dr didnt accept 2 treat my dog b4 paying the deposited.now it's ok to reach 3750 without downpayment! Guys common r u that disprat! Good I saved my dog after seeing ur operation room which was a mess taking a pet and replacing the next without sanitizing.

From my own experience it is the best equine clinic in UAE.
They are super professional
They are very kind in handling & dealing with horses
There prices of service are the best
The team of vets & assistants are very helpful.we feel home with them
Even my horse did not feel nervous & scared same as she was in other clinics

I have contacted the clinic to have an ultrasound done for my horse’s legs and the process was incredibly smooth. Morganne at the front desk is very helpful and polite so are Dr Denis and Dr Lubna. They sent me a very detailed report after the examination and answered all my questions regarding the management of my horse’s condition. I will definitely remain their loyal costumer.
