I went to The Clinic Skin 111 to do extraction and I am thankful to Dr.Rodi, I did not feel any pain and swelling. I also would like to appreciate Jona for making me feel comfortable and at ease in the treatment. i will surely come back here for other dental treatments.

Great experience, Maria Consuelo is very professional, gentle and provided good advice. Would recommend!

First time to visit the clinic (DIFC) for my vitamin IV drip. The first nurse didn't manage to get the vein 2x so thats very uncomfortable and painful but when nurse Noelle took charge it went on smoothly and keep on checking on me once in a while, she's very accomodating and giving me inputs on how IV drips help me regain my health.

B. S: Responding to the clinic response,

First, It was never mentioned during the booking process that you have to pay in CASH first before anything else.

Second, this was never explained even when I reached until I was handled a claim form and when I asked what is this, the receptionist coldly responded " This is for the doctor ", assuming I don't know anything in life and she doesn't want to spend 20 seconds with a patient explaining how the process will go.

Third; I was asked to fill my application away from the receptionist depsite not other clients in the place.

Fourth: when I presented my name and mentioned I have an appointment, the receptionist coldly commented " we are busy, there will be delays ".

Overall, the whole place doesn't make you feel comfortable and the attitude and service give unwelcoming vibes.

This is my honest review as I don't want others to feel the same feelings I felt while visiting them.

Very rude and unprofessional receptionist (her name is Seigua). I waited for 40 mins post my appointment time and her response was and I’m quoting her words “if you want me to apologize to you I won’t. You can blame the doctor for the delay”. What an amazing way to welcome your clients! Won’t be returning to the clinic again because of her attitude

First experience with Dr Montet, as she was replacing Dr Karim, was good. A few months later, a bad bite got me stuck with a bone between 2 teeth. I called for an emergency appointment and got an in between 2 patients with Dr Hussein. 10 minutes in and out to remove the bone, and was invoiced 500AED for a "deep cleaning". Wish I had it done. He did offer 20% discount as "he liked me" after I express surprise. Won't be coming back.

Amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I felt at ease and well taken care of the whole time. I would recommend The Clinic and in particular Dr Hussain Bushnaq to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist.

Superlative service. I have been going there for years and the professionalism, experience and quality is second to none. Easy to make an appointment, good communication with the patient, very accessible and the dental work is top quality. Dr. Hussain and Dr. Karim are great.

I'm shocked how downward this clinic went. Went there to get dental treatment 6 months ago, had a wonderful dentist experience with a German dentist. Now I was pushed by the rude receptionist to another dentist. Only to get treated with arrogance, greed and very questionable and unprofessional behaviour. They wanted to upsell me an expensive crown which wasn't necessary at all (as confirmed by another dentist at another clinic now). Can't recommend at all.

Poor experience at this clinic on a number of occasions:

1. Doctor appointment cancelled 2 hours before I was due to be there
2. Poor dental consultation
3. Booking an appointment was problematic, I called a few times and they tell there is no one to answer and to call later

Visited the clinic for the first time and saw Dr. Maryam. My appointment was on time and the people at the clinic were very professional. Dr. Maryam is very knowledgeable and extremely kind with her patients. She is a great dentist and very considerate to her patients; always asks if everything is ok while performing any procedure. She takes the time to listen to her patient's concerns and explains everything in details. I will definitely recommend Dr. Maryam to all my friends and work colleagues.

Went to see Dr. Maryam Chuadja for the first time. A trustworthy and knowledgeable dentist. I used to be afraid of dentists but with her I lost my dear and could trust her fully. I'm sure my smile makeover will be as perfect as her own smile and sensible touch and treatment.
I'm so happy I found my dentist in her and glad she moved from Germany to Dubai!

Dr. Maryam Chuadja, the German Dentist did an amazing job giving me a detailed walk-through for a treatment plan only advising me on what's necessary. Very well trained German high quality doctor with a real passion for her job. Will recommend her!

Very good professional German dentist, Dr. Maryam. Ask specifically for her. She is new in the clinic and gives you insight and explanation never seen before. Had a filling done, and it is literally invisible. Highly recommendable. Have been in the region for 10 years, but never had such good dentist experience. Will definitely come back.

I’ve been a dental patient for years. The dentists are professional, knowledgeable and always on time. I’ve been to see both Dr Hussein and Dr Mathieu over the years who have helped with implants and teeth straightening. You can valet park for free at the Capital Club entrance.

Amazing dentists! Kind, professional, punctual, thorough. Can’t beat this place! Love the dentist so much might switch to the medical clinic.

Also love the valet parking. Super convenient.

My first time here was a dental appointment with Dr. Hussein Bushnaq, presentable, well mannered doctor and can speak 4 languages [I can confirm 2 only:) ], always explaining what he is doing to keep me comfortable with the process and share with me the viable options.

Clean clinic located in a nice area with valet parking, would definitely recommend it to other people.
