Was amazing service and food! Definitely gonna be one of my fav spots for breakfast and lunch!
Also it well designed and surrounded by bicycles that make atmosphere very cool and chelö

The chef really takes care of the preparation and presentation of the food. An incredibly positive first time experience. We had the shroom burger, the chicken tikka and the fish tacos.

This restaurant advertises online that it has items on the menu available on many different ordering platforms. However, whenever you order, it is always cancelled for not being available. They shouldn’t operate online as what’s the point of never having food to deliver.

Everything is great, food, service, very kind employees, very reasonable price, and a very comfortable place. Highly recommended

5 star for our attendant, Gift, she's amazing. She's very accommodating, patient and friendly. 5 star also for the ambience and the vibe of the restaurant. My only comment is the food, can be improved specially the Philly steak sandwich as it was salty. But overall a great spot to dine

Let me start this beautiful message I’m about to write by talking about Jacky; one of the waitresses at the Cycle Bistro who always wears a wonderful smile and smells lovely (yes I do get a whiff of that delicious perfume she wears every time she comes to my table).

Next, I want to talk about the incredible chefs who always make us want to come back for more. They always deliver, no exception, and that’s why I’m a regular customer at this beautiful place. Also, we appreciate that the ingredients used are organic and the foods are wholesome.

Last but not least, the energy here is so grounding, I even come to work here for the day sometimes.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and you can feel it. Also the new trainees, the two girls, they’re lovely, keep them.

I've started using their paleo meal plan, and I'm really enjoying it so far, they are open to hearing my feedback and respond quickly, also the food is really good - you can feel that they're using good ingredients - love you guys - keep going!

I would’ve given this place 10/5 actually if it were for the food alone! Seriously SO delicious and freshly cooked. Thanks Chefs:)
However my star drop is for 2 reasons mainly.
1- the cup i was served my coffee in was soooo unappealing to the eye.coffee itself was great though
2- internet wasnt working for almost 2-3 hours, which was a big deal because i had gone there for work. They werent able to do anything about it so i ended up leaving.

I would usually give a much lower rating for such an incident, but i’m impressed by the food quality so i’m going for 4 stars this time around:)

I am interested in a meal plan. I saw their company in TimeOut article (19 top healthy meal deliveries in Dubai) thats why I called.
Totally unprofessional and untrained. I called at 9 am to enquire about meal plan. Was informed that our meal plan professional is not there yet and I have to call back at 12 which I did. I think her name is Jenny if it got it correctly.
First of all she asked my number and my name which she couldn't get correctly twice (at the end of the call I realized that she still didn't get it right). When I asked her to provide me information about the meal plan she said she will send me a what's app which means she doesn't hany any clue on the product. I told her that I called for more details and the rest I can read later. She said ask me what you want to know. That's it. I asked her what makes this company stand out among the competitors and why I should order from them. Reply was one sentence: we exclude sugar, gluten and diary. No more further details or communication, only promise to send what's app. After half an hour I still didn't receive anything at all. So I called back and spoke to Mike that couldn't help.

I don't know if food is good or not but fist impression is bitter and unpleasant. I prefer to stay away from unprofessional customer service.

Salmon tacos to die for. Beautifully executed. Totally speechless. 5 chefs in the cuisine for 20 seats. Professional hoven like in any fine dining place. I’ll service my Shiv here from now on so that I can lunch here. Voila. E.xx

We are on the paleo meal plan and very happy with it. My husband lost weight and is definitely looking much healthier.

Quality and variety of the food options are great and the customer service is amazing. Meals for the following day are always delivered on time with a smile by the lovely and polite driver Hidayat. Thank you for the great service!)

Fast quick service, plenty of options in the menu, I decided to go for the Turkish Eggs on the Specials menu, the food was fantastic, good flavour, great taste and we'll presented

Great place! I come to the Motor City branch regularly. The food is always good quality, creative and tastes great! The staff are always lovely and the place has a chilled atmosphere.

I have been having Cycle Bistro meal plans since 2022 January and could not be happier. Wide array of choice updated every month, the kitchen is always happy to adjust the order if needed, with no grievances for substitutions requests. A big thank you to HIDAYAT for always delivering the food on time and with great care. I love that he always gives me a genuine smile which certainly cheers up my evening (besides the fact that I don’t need to cook and have a spare hour).

I've come to the Jumeirah branch 4 times now; and each time I'm pleasantly surprised by the great food and fab customer service! There are plenty of options on the menu - all very reasonably priced and healthy (paleo). Many of the items are keto-friendly as well. I highly recommend it for a breakfast, brunch, lunch or quick coffee!

A very nice place to ha breakfast and some coffee. I also enjoyed the nice Açaí bowls. They have very friendly staff with Gerelyn, Dexter and Jacky.

The food is really tasty and delicious, We used to go there because of Orlando and the other stuff there are really nice.

I love Cycle Bistro paleo meals! Am so happy I signed on for the meal plan because I know I’m eating well, getting my macros in, and best of all, I always have a nutritious meal ready to eat when I’m hungry.

Love the food and proximity to Al Qudra. Great place for a after ride breakfast or a quick lunch when you are in the area.

Have been to this multiple times and have tried their breakfast and lunch. Once I had Godzilla Salads. That was the best salads I have ever tried. The combination of ingredients were amazing. The staff are really friendly as well.

Bistro Kitchen served us a delicious breakfast. The food is fantastic, and the menu provides a variety of delectable surprises. The service was excellent and extremely friendly. I would recommend it to everyone.

Nice place to fix your bike and have a cuppa and biscuits whilst u wait for your bike to be fixed. A novel idea. Seems popular as it was busy even at Noon in the summer.

For cycling related ask for a guy called Bane. He's your go to guy. The best of them all. He's brilliant plus best deals are with him.

For dining, I think the chef is South African. Touch of class, best breakfast and brisket I've had till date.

Awesome food and service, mercifully open, went for an inner tube and came away with fantastic salad and paleo chocolate cake, support local businesses during these trying times.

Great paleo meals available. I had the grilled chicken on a bed of broccoli with a delicious sauce made from nuts i believe. Worth visiting even if you are not a cyclist.

Good food, a little too ' health-obsessed' for me down to no sugar on tables and have to ask for ketchup etc.

It’s best described a bistro amidst a biker’s paradise or a “sportsy” hangout spot and you’re in a for an experience with a real difference. A special Paleo diet menu, you get served gluten free, dairy free meal. They do massively highlight/market the importance of nutrition and what comprises it, well good for some. For me, I just found it exceptionally cool!

It's hard places that serve good Paleo dishes but with this one in town I have made my piece.
Never was I disappointed with the dishes I ordered.

Friendly hangout for bicycle fans. Small menu of high protein, low carb food - supposedly Paleo diet. Interior is cool - surrounded by gorgeous looking, albeit super expensive bicycles. Staff is very friendly, but not that precise in transmitting orders. Maybe it was communication or it was the chef in the kitchen - but both our burger and our filet steak was overcooked. Tasty nevertheless, but when the steak is ordered medium rare and comes well done, it's a little disappointing. Also has a decent bicycle shop.

Great little cafe set inside the Cycle Hub. Serves healthy food. Not the best spot as a work space but wifi is available and tends to be quiet.

The food is very good though a tad expensive to be able to visit as often as i would like to. They offer meal plans too which is great.

My experience:
They advertise themselves as pet friendly.
I call them to confirm that I can bring my dog. They say "Yes, of course! ".
I go to the place and they tell me, "Ohh we only allow pets during the winter. "

I love their super smoothies filled with goodness. Amazing Paleo choices for breakfast and main meals. Very friendly staff. It is the hub of cyclists from all over dubai.

Slow service. Very late food. They Messed up the order. They were not organised and not following what food to bring first.
The burger tasted bad and the bun Bread breaks and sweet potato was oily.

Good food and fair price. Once food is prepared from fresh ingredients it takes a while to be served.

The menu is very healthy, the kids options are really nice not the usual fast food, I really loved this, nice to see a place who cares about health. Plus the place has everything for cycling, highly recommend it.
