One of the best bike shop in town. Staff are great and highly knowledgeable. Thanks to Mr. Gerard for guiding me through buying a bike there. He carefully listened to my needs and advised me with a suitable option. The after sale service and follow up was amicable as well. I can’t recommend them enough.

Very highly recommended for all cycling enthusiasts. Very friendly and knowledge staff, in particular Abdullah & Tyrone with many years of professional experience, who are there to help and advise (rather than sell). Great bike brands, Pinerello & Spelialised and accessories alongside nice cafe: what more could you want? A cyclist's heaven!

Arrogant staff, medium knowledge sadly they got Specialized as a brand so we are all forced to go there if you don’t have Specialized do avoid them, lots of better bike shops for service and retail in Dubai.

I have recently used Cycle Hub Jumeirah for a service on my Trek bicycle and I found them to be very helpful and professional. Following the service I experienced some problems which they attended to without question. They are particularly good on communication with the customer and even contacted me after I took delivery of the bike the make sure that the problems had been addressed. Gérard particularly was very helpful.

I purchased a Specialized bike from CycleHub and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly professional and helpful. They made sure that I got a perfect fitting bike and the mechanic did a great job tuning it. I'd like to give a special thanks to Cyrus who assisted me during my visit. He was really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. On top of that, the food was really nice! I would highly recommend it.

I love the place, both in Jumeirah and Motor City shop. Good ambiance and spacious. All staffs are friendly.

If you are a newbie and wanna improve your ride, increase performance, ride longer and pull stronger, it is highly recommended to do Retul Sizing or Retul Fit. A big thanks to Francis, Jumeirah branch, he's the one who do the sizing for me. He explained to me everything about cycling. Very professional and knows a lot in cycling. He gives professional advice and recommendations. It improved my ride and performance.

JR is amazing!
He goes over and above his job responsibility to make sure you are happy.
Genuinely the nicest guy you can meet.
He spent extra time with me outside the store teaching me how to ride for the first time with clipless pedals.
He treats you with the same care that he treats his own son, who he is currently teaching to ride a bike.
JR even accompanied my friend for cycling at Meydan.
What an awesome guy.
You cant say enough about him!

I had an amazing experience at Cycle Hub Jumeirah! I bought my first road bike with JR. It’s honestly from far the best customer experience that I had in Dubai since a while! Thanks JR for that. I did few weeks after my bike fitting with Francis, again the level of the customer experience and service was very high! Thank you both for this very high level of professionalism! I can recommend this place to all my friends with close eyes and full trust!

There is no better place to purchase a top class bike than Cycle Hub Jumeirah. Exceptional service and after sales service. Staff genuinely care to put you into what fits your requirements, work with you and maintain you as a client for life. I have purchased Two top class bikes, my main go to person is Ernesto! If your serious about bike riding, what to join a community, this is the best place to start. If you want to deal with a trusted person, who cares what’s best for you and look after everything, ask for Ernesto! He is an asset to the company.

I needed some advice on buying a mountain bike, I wasn't sure if I was going to buy new or second hand. I spoke to Cyrus who is the mountain bike guru, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. In the end I bought secondhand, Cyrus, then set the bike up for me explaining everything in detail and answering any questions I had. The service and knowledge was outstanding, thank you Cyrus. As an aside, I have been to Cycle Hub Jumeirah on many occasions and all the staff, both in the shop and in the cafe are super helpful. Thank you all.

I rented a bike from The Cycle Hub while in Dubai, and not only was the service and bike perfect, but the sheer friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge of the staff absolutely top. I’ve never met such an awesome team of people in one shop, this was really refreshing! They were eager to share routes and provide assistance whenever needed, and the shop itself is really cool — not only full of amazing bikes, but where else do you find a sparkling Penny Farthing bike AND a coffee shop in the same location? Here, that’s where!
If you plan on heading to Dubai and need to rent a bike to ride the Meydan loop or head out to ride the Al Qudra track, go straight to these guys. The help and friendliness I got from Francis and Jonalyn made it the best experience. Would absolutely recommend!

Cycle Hub is a very good bike shop and they have nice crews especially Sir Jr and Sir Martin, they attend to what you need, easy to talk, knowledgeable and helpful and great customer service, highly recomended bike shop!

Great place to get a bike, service one or correct your posture, the team is technically competant and would give you the right feedback.
The coffee shop is a pleasant place to be in, coffee and coconuts are great, haven't tried food yet the whole shop is a positive place

I was looking forward to a delicious breakfast. I sat down and was quickly handed a menu. And then I sat and waited and looked around but no one bothered to come and take my order. I sat there working on my laptop for over an hour but no waiter. I would've waived one down if I'd seen him but whoever he was he seemed to have disappeared. So I left without breakfast after over an hour. Nice place to work. Food would've made it even better

I finally found my bike shop! This is a wonderful bike store, Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of bikes, Oleksandr totally did an awesome job for me! Buying the bike was a pleasure, and he helped me every step, Thanks mate. Cycle Hub is a top-notch bike shop in every aspect. They have an extensive selection of high-quality bikes, clothing, accessories and gear. They are very knowledgeable about their product and the industry, is the most complete and the best equipped shop in Dubai. They make a big effort to be helpful to new riders. Thank you for all your help with my new bike. I'm in love. Looking forward to join your group rides.

I recently bought a bike and had an excellent experience at Cycle Hub Jumeirah in particular because of the customer service provided JR.

The diligence, patience and care provided by JR is at an exceptional level that make him an outstanding sales associate. He really goes out of the way to help customers and is extremely knowledgeable. He brings a lot of passion to his work and it shows.

I had an exceptionally positive experience at The Cycle Hub. I went in looking for clothing mostly, and I was greeted by JR who was a great help from start to finish. He was very friendly and accommodating, and after chatting with me he offered to help me get my bike fitted (one that I had purchased from another store and feared was too large for me). I’m new to road cycling so he offered a lot of advice and answered all my questions, giving me more time and attention than I had expected when I walked in. I will definitely be back for all my future cycling needs, and would like to especially thank JR for his superb customer service.

This is to give a massive shout out to the best service I ever experienced in a bike store by Jonalyn, Ernesto and Rafa! Not only was I impressed by their professionalism and immediate follow up on questions, they were very patient, kind and fun people to work with. They view you as a relationship and look after you in all little things that make a huge difference in cycling, being a bike fit, components, feedback, follow up service and even offering a free bike packing to get my Venge home. Jonalyn was smart enough to take a picture of my receipt for tax refund and WhatsApp it to me before I managed to loose it! That’s special, you guys are special! Awesome to work with you. G

Had heard about the Motor City store. Never knew the Jumeirah branch existed. A pleasant surprise. The store is huge. Very capacious. You want to spend time here - that's the feeling you get.

Went earlier today to have my cleats fitted. Haven't bought the bike or the shoes from them.

The service was exemplary. It was almost like a visit to the doctor. Simon was patient, explained everything and hopefully the issue is fixed- will know when I cycle next weekend.

Highly recommended.

I just bought a bike carrier from Amazon which Jason so graciously helped me to fit onto my suv without charging anything which is amazing and also did an incredible job in fitting it as well! Although I haven’t bought anything yet from the shop I will recommend anyone to go and check out their stuff due to the professionalism and honesty of their staff which is second to none!

Staff are super friendly and the place has a cafe inside, very nice to wait in while your kids find a bike or get it serviced, the bikes are of good quality and there is a balanced variety, I bought my bike rack from here as the staff helped me a lot to set my mind on the right one and so installed it on my car, highly recommended

Had a great experience buying my first bike in years. I bought two bikes, a road bike for me and an e Bike for my partner. I dealt with Rafa who could not have been any more helpful; answering my questions on what's app, advising me on the necessary equipment and staying behind after his work day was over to deliver the bike to me. A true 5 star service from Rafa - thank you. I would highly recommend buying a bike from here - the cafe is pretty nice too!

Ok, let me start by indicating thy Rafa works there. He is a very good advisor and very empathic. He used to work in other cycling shops and he always maintains his professionalism. The manager and other staff are either angry, overworked or think that you have lots of disposable income that you are willing to throw away. What is very bothering is that the items there are way over the international price. Like a cycling shoe costing 425 usd anywhere is priced at 540usd there. Like what does the owner think? He can just mark up prices endlessly. Shameful attitude to say the least. The cyclist community need good advisors and affordable or at least fairly priced goods. Will never step into this shop again. Please boycott and let us force vendors push prices down. There are lots of local shops like basso and cafe peleton and pedal cafe that are considerate and excellent. Please visit instead

Mohamad, like all business, it comes down to customer service and being treated fair. Every business needs to make money, rents are high and staffing costs. While it’s true you can save on price, by the time you ship something to dubai it adds up to close the price, the difference is Cyclehub stands behind every purchase. Trust me, I am a fan of the shop and yes wish prices would come down in dubai but sadly we live in the best city in the world. This comes at a price. Work with Ernesto, he will treat you fair and listen to you! Let’s go biking one day.
