I visited the restaurant today with my husband after shopping in outlet village and we had a great experience served by Mr. William. He was very professional and very kind. The food was so great and tasty as well. Mr. William help is to have warm and cozy experience. We absolutely will visit again in future if we have chance to. Thanks a lot to Mr. William
Valentina is a really kind woman who always makes sure that everything is fine. She even took the initiative to check for me the timing of the bus going dubai park and resort. Excellent food and service were provided. She made my meal a happy occasion.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting The Daily at Rove Expo Hotel in Dubai, and I must say, it was nothing short of disappointing. As a letswork member, I expected a certain level of service and hospitality, but what I encountered was far from satisfactory.
First and foremost, the customer service at The Daily was shockingly poor. The staff seemed uninterested and untrained in handling guests. From the moment I entered, there was an atmosphere of indifference and neglect. The lack of warmth and welcoming gestures made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
What bothered me even more was the treatment of my guest, who was also a letswork member. Despite being accompanied by a member, the staff showed a complete disregard for their presence. They were left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time before being acknowledged or served. It was clear that The Daily did not prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of their guests.
The negligence and lack of attention to detail were evident throughout my visit. Orders were frequently mixed up, and simple requests were met with incompetence and confusion. The staff seemed ill-equipped to handle even the most basic customer inquiries. It was evident that proper training and supervision were severely lacking.
Moreover, the overall ambiance of The Daily was underwhelming. The atmosphere lacked character and charm, and the décor appeared dull and uninspiring. The seating arrangements were uncomfortable, and the noise levels were excessive, making it difficult to have a peaceful conversation.
As a letswork member, I have had the opportunity to visit various establishments across Dubai, and The Daily at Rove Expo Hotel falls woefully short of the standards set by other venues. Their lack of attention to detail, unprofessionalism, and indifference towards guests are simply unacceptable.
I had high expectations for The Daily, given its affiliation with Rove Expo Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by their low customer service standards. I urge the management of The Daily to seriously reconsider their approach to customer care and hospitality.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend The Daily at Rove Expo Hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. The poor customer service, unwelcoming atmosphere, and negligence towards guests, especially letswork members and their guests, are major areas in need of improvement. I hope that the management takes immediate action to rectify these issues and create an environment that values and respects its patrons.
We tried the iftar and we were pleasantly surprised with the variety of food. Thank you to Hnin (wait staff) and Ibrahim (Turkish ice cream corner). We had a good time.
For a very busy restaurant at iftar time, the service was impeccable and fantastic courtesy from Leonard, very attentive and accommodating despite the busy house. Marian is fantastic too, shss super smiley and managing all superbly. There is gaming for kids too! Great seating outdoors and lovely lights. Only downside is the busy iftar time but that's normal.
This is one of the best hotels to book when you want to be near Motiongate, Legoland & Bollywood Parks. They've got deals that offer free tickets or discounted tickets to Dubai Parks.
The food was fresh, healthy and tasty. Some fun options too- we liked the chicken tikka tacos. All the food was presented in interesting ways and the place had a light and fresh feel to it. Our servers, Shafiq and Sandun, Nargiz at the door and the manager were super attentive and quick to help. We felt welcomed there. It was a nice touch that the manager came by to ask how things were going. I recommend this place.
Disappointing! I visited the daily at rove hotel inside dubai expo. Staff is friendly but that is the only positive thing about it. Menu is very poor, very limited options, costy ones too, food is a disaster. Ordered three different plates, none was good. Portions are small, taste is poor. Too bad for the only restaurant inside the only hotel in expo. Eat outside better, there is plenty of food options as you walk through expo.
One of the most enthusiastic staff across dozens of Dubai hotels I have visited over the decade. Kanika, Alex and their teams are superb! Food is great and coffee was awesome Cheers!
I have nothing, but great things to say about The Daily restaurant located in the Rove at the Park hotel. I booked an extended stay at the hotel, and every night The Daily presented a wonderful buffet with a variety of foods for everyone to enjoy iftar meals with their families. Good food brings people to a restaurant, but great service keeps them returning. Rowena and Shaikh are the gold standard of great service. They are very friendly, remember people, and call them by their names. The entire staff is courteous and do everything to make your dining experience a pleasant one. I would recommend The Daily to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience.
The food is great, I hope they could include more Filipino food since a lot of Filipino are checking in, staffs are good service, from waiters and waitress especially ms Melissa from reception area. Thanks and continue with excellent service.
The ambiance in The Rove at the Park is very quiet and very relaxing. We had breakfast in The Daily resto. I love the breakfast especially the croissant coz it's very flaky. Melissa is very attentive in our needs which makes our overall experience enjoyable
Great food and ambience. Fast service and friendly staffs especially Ms Melissa. A little suggestion, if filipino food choices can be added as there are many filipino guests in the hotel.
Wouldn't let us order breakfast at 11 even though everywhere online and on their menu it says it ends at 11: 30, either update your info or serve your customers. Disappointing.
I had a breakfast at the restaurant 3 times with my family the food was tastey and fresh with many lovely options reallly I would like to express my appreciation and the thanks to Joy for his efforts and services that makes us enjoy the breakfast.
I meet the beutiful girl who is name is Mercy, She works in the resturent of the rove At parks, She was very kind to service us, She asked us what we need and the food was very good we are very happy to be here with my family, Thanks
The staff at The Daily are extremely friendly, and make every dining experience a very pleasant one, right from the restaurant management to the servers to the Executive Chef. Guests are always greeted with a smile, and it's hard to single out just one or two people who provide exceptional service. Kanica, Mel, George, Shillah, Joy, Ismail, Ryan, Jen, Mercy, Fazeed.thank you all for making our stay so much more fun with your cheerfulness and friendly banter. You guys are amazing. Keep it up, guys.
The breakfast is very fresh and the service team at breakfast especially Joy and Ryan always started our day with smiles and excellent customer service.
It’s a brand new hotel that is very gorgeous. The breakfast is wonderful. Thanks Jennifer, a lovely waitress, always busy and smile. It’s good to meet her.
Modern chic and spacious even on a busy weekend. Breakfast is well served with a variety of choices and unlimited hot and cold beverages as well as fresh greens and bread. It’s definitely worth it!
Nice ambiance.variety of items for breakfast.you can find rice bread beans (foul) eggs are not around so you have to order them.the orange juice is concentrated not fresh squeeze. I loved the kids corner buffet.thumbs up
Here has the best draught beer.but the food was not the best.i ordered burger, the meet was smelly.honestly i relly did not like the food but for beer i will back when i pass by.
Lovely restaurant at the bottom of the Rove at the Park hotel!
This place became our local for dinner whilst we stayed at the Rove! Facilities were nice and clean, service good and menu diverse with a nice mix of cultural influences.
One big positive for us was the chef’s willingness at make minor adjustments to the menu to cater for our children’s allergies. That was fantastic and really appreciated!
Only negative I would have is that during our stay they continued to progressively run out of beer on tap (down to only Heineken at the end). Not the end of the world, but over five nights we were surprised it was not replaced.
While our stay in Rove at the Park, we came across the daily restaurant and the ambiance was great. We decided to have breakfast and it was delicious. The tea was complimentary and the place was huge with great room for seating. Overall, it was a lovely experience and the views of the outside pool were also amazing.
