For the past five years, I've been using the Entertainer app. During the first four years, the annual price was significantly lower than the price for 2024. However, upon renewal, I noticed the price had doubled compared to previous years. Despite this increase, given the savings I've experienced using the Entertainer, I decided to renew my subscription. After purchasing the app again, I realized that the 25% discount, which I heavily relied on, had been removed from the list. This discount was particularly beneficial during group gatherings. Concerned about the higher price and fewer benefits, I contacted the Entertainer to inquire about the removal of the 25% discount. They explained that there had been a change in management, leading to an increase in the annual rate and the removal of the 25% discount. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the subscription since I had already used it. However, I've decided not to renew the Entertainer again due to these changes. Additionally, I have other free discount cards, such as Fazzaa, that offer similar benefits.
Terrible customer service: The lack of regard for customers and no follow-through.
I purchased the 2024 entertainer in-app on 22 Dec 2023. I had hoped to make use of their promotion which gave access to 2023 deals along with the 2024 package.
It has now been 2 weeks and my app has not been activated. I raised a query with them on 23 Dec but my case has still not been resolved (6 Jan). At this point I would just like my money back.
It's very good product to enjoy Dubai without spending a huge sum of money on food, clubs or desert safari or any tourist activities. I have saved substantially from using this app over the past year.
The Entertainer was one of the best apps, after it was sold in 2021 its to the worst every year. They promise offers when buying which are not there, i barely can find proper offers and restaurants.most of the places i used to go to are not there any more.
We love having the entertainer as a family. It has helped us thru the years to save on everything. And now, we actually plan our outings based on the app. If a place is on the entertainer, we will definitely go.
The Entertainer is getting worse and worse every year with less merchants, more limitations on availing offers or buying back with points. The customer support team are on a different level of bad, no words can discribe the attitude. It's sad to see this decline. Please go back to what you used to be in 2017
As a college student, my friends and I love using the epic offers on the app to save. It has certainly stretched my allowance to enjoy the things I love.
Very poor customer experience on the chat assistance app. They have not thought it through after making changes to family membership. They have not thought of the scenario if changes are requested for and how they can assist the customers. All it takes is another company out there to implement this type of a change and Entertaimer would lose their customer base. I really do hope they realise this. I would definitely look out for other options as we are paying for this and not getting the required support.
Horrible customer care, instead of helping customer care was giving back me rude replies and had no intention of helping
app shows lot of options but when u actually click on delivery places hardly few outlets deliver and major would reject order.i faced problem of processing payment few times as well.lot of outlets disagree in accepting entertainer or charge high price. Even the app is very bad and major time keeps buffering.i had very bad experience.
Can’t recommend…Bought for children, to use attractions and leisure items, but in few months they suddenly disappeared, as support answered its “renewal process”. Where is Motiongate? IMG? Dubai Parks? Aquaparks? No sense to use it now, because in restaurants I can go without this app, I suppose to us it more for kids. Dishonest policy. People bought app and it is changed before the end term.
Used Entertainer for over 6 years and in the last year it has gone majorly downhill. Most of the useful offers have been removed and worst of all, they have now limited the amount devices that you can login with the app. You'd think this major change in policy would be highlighted (as it should) at time of purchase. Will not be renewing again.
Worst experience with this restaurant! Ovenstory! They are a cloud kitchen with no real restaurant and after accepting the order on entertainer and charging me the payment they cancelled the order! I kept calling and there was no reply from multiple numbers that I had! Entertainer kept me waiting on the chat wasted 1: 30 minutes and multiple times changing from barry to alex to God knows who? What a harassment! And when I finally gave up and informed them that I will complain to the consumer department, then the rider lands at my door after 2 and half hours! Shame on such un professional standards, they had already charged me when the rider came the manager was on the phone and I clearly heard he said…. So? What was the woman saying? ……. Seriously? Is this what is service standards? The food that was stale and more than 2 hours late was of no use to me. Do not trust the fake cloud kitchen and fake promotions that do not know how to fulfill their claims! Truth is that They have mostly cloud kitchens that take tge payments and cancel the order and make us go through the ordeal! Shame! Will not buy this nonsense again! So much of stress! I rather call a real restaurant and order! Pathetic
Highly not recommend for this year as many of good restaurants have been removed and they created this new monthly plan worth AED 3000 and they added all the good stuff there! I paid AED 700 like every year and I regretted for this year! Very bad strategic discussion from the management! I will never buy it again
They play with terms and policy's every year okay with our mind, between classic or gourmet they move offers Between both packages, and create exclusions which could disrupt your plan
The prices on the Entertainer App are way too high compared to the prices on the restaurants. This company is just creating psychological games with customers by making us believe that we are really getting a Buy One Get One well in fact we are almost buying one item for the price of almost 2. A perfect example is on Hub 7 which they are selling Beef Tepanyaki on the restaurant for 48 dirhams, but on Entertainer, it's 78 dirhams. So much of misleading offers + very poor customer service experience!
Made a complaint they never called me back. Offer don’t let you choose 2 for 1 on delivery it automatically selects 25% discount. Restaurant rejected order through entertainer. Big waste of money don’t buy!
I’m from those people who strongly believe that this application is getting worse and worse every year in all aspects without any exceptions (offers, delivery, holidays etc). I definitely won’t renew my subscription for next year.
It use to be a great app. I bought the UAE BUNDLE and it is a total waste of money. Now restaurants don't even accept it even though they are listed in the book. Beach and pool passes are a few and only to 3 or 4 star hotels. Shame on the Entertainer FZ.
All delivery options are not working. Saying location is not valid Even restaurants 100m from my home Seems something wrong in the app. I called entertainer team more than 10 times and they didn't succeed to help They say things such as reinstall the app which I did but nothing happened

The entertainer used to be amazing a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, it's now getting worse and worse every year. They do promotional offers before the new year to allure you to buy the new one thinking that your favorites would still be on it. And then surprise you when the new year starts that many are gone. This is staring to feel like a scam.
Looks like my review will not change the situation. But here it is, bought Gourmet subscription with them. Their app shows 1000+ different offers, but the majority (70%) of these offers cannot be used - when clicked on the item, it requires you to buy another subscription:). No way to filter out these offers, because otherwise only 5-10 offers will be left. This is totally greedy behaviour - showing to the active subscription owner offers, which you cannot use or filter out. Why should one spend his time/internet bandwidth on this useless list? Once a good app, RIP
Very bad customer service, chat not working! Restaurants which used to be in the UAE bundle are now bundled together with the 30 day Soleil offer, which is a total rip off. Too bad, the Entertainer used to be very good but everything declined in the last few years. I guess this was the last time I bought it.
Been using entertainer for 4 years and the participating restaurants has gone down. This year will be my last. I have been calling their customer service and been chatting but no one is anwering. Until now, I cannot access the 2022 vouchers.
Some restaurants, such as Flavours, have a separate buffet rate for the Entertainer 2for1 (AED 155) as opposed to regular rate of AED 125 per person. And the AED 155 does not include drinks. Yes you get 2 people for 155, but that's not exactly 2 for 1 is it? I have experienced this in several restaurants. 2for1 should be on the regular going public rate. It's '2 for 1'. It should do what it says on the tin.
I don't see The Entertainer doing anything about this.
I am very disappointed with the entertainer 2021. Restaurants keep denying the orders. The delivery ones are mostly pizza and they also deny your orders. I wish there was some way to get my money back. I have been a client since 2016.
Delivery is not your area, so don't deal in delivery. The worst service for every single orders, delays, poor responses, cold food. If you are using a third party then go fix your SLAs or get out of business. I'm out, never again.
The moment you are in a mall or a restaurant where the entertainer can be used at that moment itself the app does not work. We end up paying full bill. The minute you step out of the mall or restaurant and try the app it opens in a second. Not sure if it's a way to trick us into paying the full cost.
Customer service is so bad, i have spent so long writingy inquiry again and again, and every time they ask me to wait for a moment, and then chat expires and gets disconnected! I wrote my inquiry four times, and asked the last time to be contacted on my email, as it keeps getting disconnected, and she kept asking me to wait. Also the app is getting way too slow and keeps freezing.not happy
السلام عليكم لقد اشتركت في انترتينر 2020 قد كانت المطاعم جميلة ومتنوعة ولقد قرتت لاشتراك انا واهلي واصدقائي لكن صدمت في انترتينر 2021 لقد تمت ازالة كافة المطاعم الجميلة بابا جونز لوكا ستيك هاوس كرسبي كريم والكثير الكثير غيرها لكن اليوم لدى ذهابي الى مطعم تامو الدمام انه لم يخدمني بوجود انترتينر لوجود مشاكل بين الشركة والتاجر ولكن اين حماية المستهلك اليوم سوف ارفع شكوى الوزارة التجارة والثقتي في القانون سوف استرد حقي والرجاء عدم ايهام المشتركين في الموقع لاسف انه موقع جميل واستثنائي ولكن يحتاج المزيد من لاهتمام
Worst customer service ever! I have been trying to contact them through their own chat for more than an hour now and with no luck, I talk to someone who asks for information, then asks me to wait, disappear and someone else show up asking me to wait and then they leave and so on. I bought the application but the offers its supp0osed to have are not there!
The worst ever! All the restaurants I prefer have been removed, so I paid money and getting nothing!
And the customer service agent rudely telling me "we reserve the right to remove any restaurant at any time, it's written in the terms and conditions".

I placed an order on "The Entertainer". But my order has not arrived. I tried to communicate with "The Entertainer live chat". I fought for this for exactly 1 hour. However, I could not reach. Charlie and the others did not answer me. I couldn't get my money. It is absolutely not reliable.
Very deceiving information, after paying 415 Dhs most of the offers were locked "i had only 4 vouchers for dining" and i was told by the unhelpful online chat to pay another 415 to purchase the Dubai fine dining!
I will raise an official complain with the consumer rights department.
Thoroughly untransparent, deceptive pricing strategy. I noticed that the price of a service was 50% higher for Entertainer customers than the price offered for non-Entertainer customers. The merchant said it was part of their agreement with the Entertainer. When I reported this to the Entertainer, they reframed it as a misunderstanding and said that this was the agreed upon price for their partnership. So the so-called 2–for-1 offer listed is actually a 2-for-22%-off offer, artificially inflating the savings customers make, at the benefit of both the merchant and the Entertainer, at the expense of the customer. I contacted them first to give them a chance to rectify in case they weren’t aware. Customer service is deeply disappointing. They called the normal, lower price an “offer by the merchant”, then an “offer by a third party” (the third party being the booking app the salon uses), even when the lower price is identical across the platforms and is not a time-limited offer. The service is still useful here and there but the company has totally lost my trust with this unprofessionalism.
DO NOT BUY AT ALL- I will not recommend this application to anyone to buy as the administration team is misleading and will never give you any benefit at the end.i used this for one year and they never give you what they promise. I wanted to refund and they start misbehaving. Had very bad experience
Worst customer service ever, There is an online chat. I think they have the dumbest service that can be provided on planet earth. Because of their useless help I have paid 400 DHs on product that doesnt really suit me.instead they Just dont clearly provide information to the users. After purchasing they literally told me you have made a wrong purchase his is isnt our fault.above all that their team is completely have no respect when replying to customers
Not as great as it used to be. Personally i use the entertainer to save on dining out, and from that angle alone it was worth it. But they have been slowly separating the app and charging you extra for spa, fitness, adventures, drinks, even dividing food to dining and casual and charging different rates for them both. All this used to be under the initial membership fee, now they charge extra for almost all. I find this very frustrating and limiting, honestly i think the will begin to lose customer with all the new competition out like groupon, cobone, voucherskout, etc. Great start up business, but it's losing its value and just trying to get you to spend more now.
Very shady sales conditions, I end up paying for what they call it a fine dining category subscription (55 $) and for my buffet at the chosen restaurant (48$). But they don’t tell you this and I don’t know why they don’t make it clear that they have a fee After all they sent me an email says (it’s over between us.for now) They asked me to buy another subscription to be able to use unlimited offers. If this is the case so better to pay for the Restaurants instead.
Just purchased now and regret it, this year Yummy Belgian Waffles and Pascal Tepper not included, my kids love to go both places, as checked now for a minute after purchase, likely many good offers will not be there as last year, every organization gets better than last year but here getting low on choices.
Terrible customer service that you will never face in the UAE. They have fair deals but if you face an issue, they will never resolve it and that will cost you money. They have a very poor customer service and the chat is even worse. They don't seem to be interested to do something to improve their customer service quality. I have not received one of the orders but they decided to rely on the restaurant’s story that they have delivered it. If they delivered it to wrong address, then why I have to pay for it? Also the restaurant is not picking up the phone, who can help then?
What makes it further worse that the response I recieved came from the customer service manager, so you can understand
I ordered food for delivery with the new app. My credit card was debitted so I thought I ordered the food obviously. I was told to expect food in max 1 hour. After 1h15 as I had did not receive anything I called the restaurant who told me the ordered was never placed with them. So here I am, with no food to come and no food at home. I obviously asked The Entertainer to explain what happen. Very simple: as they could not get hold of the restaurant within 5 mn they rejected my request, they reversed apparently the payment to my credit card but as it is an autonated system I was not notified. RIDICULOUS! I was told you need to track your order on the app to check the order does go thru. First of all I did not know, secondly I do not want to spend the evening on my phone tracking an order.
