The executive tower is a lovely town to live in, fully facilitated in the heart of DXB. Classy people and a beautiful society.

Beautiful place to get everything in one community, Residecy, offices, restaurants and much more

Very good for families but a bit expensive.
If you can afford a little expense, then go for it.

A one of a kind condominium. Centrally located, access to all major sites possible with ease. Has most facilities on premises. Beautiful jogging track. Good mix of nationalities. Wish guest parking was a bit easier.

For all executive tower they have visitors parking next to the building for going inside of the towers you must will have you relatives and customer for parking entrances number and tower Number.it will help you a lot to get easily there otherwise you will keep on walking its a big area there are many security guards you can ask them too

Perfect location close to DIFC and the Downtown district, including the Dubai Mall and Burj/Fountains. Within the Executive Towers complex there are high class restaurants, cafes, juice bars, shops, supermarkets, clinics, spas and a children's nursery, as well as the Taj hotel with its trendy restaurants, rooftop bar and terrace. The community is well maintained and the flats on the higher floors have breathtaking views of the sea or the Burj.

It is a amazing experience for the whole family where you can easily spend the whole day with restaurant's and 2 play grounds, a thing to do on my bucket list

Very nice towers with beautiful views from the high floors, good facilities management of the buildings, a lot of restaurants around, also available supermarket, clinic, hotel, play zone for children, very near to downtown and Burj Khalifa. Easy to reach place from any direction. Everything in one place

Excellent location! Very Live. One of the best communities in the UAE. However, Horrible management. Dubai Properties should stop being a dictator and give up on community management as other international management companies can handle it well. Over priced management fees and their attitude towards the residents are the only reasons I would give 4 starts. Taken them out and it is 5+

A very peaceful residential building with lots of food outlets inside it and a skateboard area outside.

Disappointing. Maintenance is below standard. Too many problems. Neighbours partying all night and security does nothing. Security, maintenance have keys to the elevators that allow them to go from floor to another without stopping in between. I watch the elevators pass by my floor every day without stopping. Can spend some time waiting for the elevator.

Very disappointing that such a great community in a good location has the worst maintenance and management, i am living in tower b the entrance is from parking and there is no proper lobby but at least they can keep it clean! Always dirty, garbage on the entrance floor and also in the lifts, always 1 lift is out of order, the garbage room next to entrance is always open with bad smell, parking area very dirty and old, wall and everything old and dirty, shame! Its been a 2 weeks there is a maintenance in tower b and it is like ruins in entrance, even we cannot invite a guest so embarrassing! I don't think keeping clean a 2x4 entrance area is difficult or installing a nice picture or putting a plant doesn't have any cost but can be a big change for residence.
