Excellent hotel! I was lucky, I met the best hotel workers, Assad and Farid. Thanks to their attention and care, our stay at this hotel was excellent. I recommend to everyone! Magnificent view, variety of breakfasts, service. Beautiful and comfortable rooms

The service was excellent (Farid) was superb and did a great service from check in till check out, would recommend and visit again

I came to the hotel to celebrate my birthday with my wife and my daughter however we had a very bad experience with the guest service, house keeping that was provided including the in room dining which was a complete disaster.

However, Mr. Fawzy tried his best to do with providing additional services as a compensation but even though it was not to the standards of what Dubai provides at the 5 Star Hotels.

Maybe it is just that we are Emaratis it doesn’t really matter to them to provide excellent service, if we were tourists “westerners” they would have cared more.

We celebrated birthday at The Restaurant last night. It was amazing view of creek and outstanding service from the staff. Dear Sahanaj and Atikullo (sorry if we spelled it wrong) we greatly appreciate your efforts and kindness. It has been so helpful
And special thanks to Chef Thilan for the beautiful, healthy, gourmet meal that was provided to us

I’d like to thank Angel, Sally and Jennifer for their professionalism. A great team, and one of my favourite hotels in Dubai.

كانت زيارتي الاولى الى الفندق بالاضافه الى منطقة كريك هاربور مع عائلتي وكانت الزياره ممتعه جدا وكانت معاملة الموظفين في الاستقبال في منتهى روعه وخصوصا الاستاذ فريد كان ودودا ومتعاون الى ابعد الحدود

Had an amazing Easter brunch and the food was really delicious, lots of food choices from starter to main course to dessert and the food presentation was superb.thumbs up to all chef and f and b service at The Restaurant.

Wonderful location for iftar.
Staff are very friendly and attentive, kids play area is great to keep the little ones entertained. Ibrahim is very pleasant, provided us Arabic coffee!

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by your staff. First and foremost, I want to commend Dorina and Asad from the reception team for their warm and welcoming demeanor upon our arrival. They were incredibly attentive to our needs, ensuring that the check-in process was seamless and stress-free. Their professionalism and efficiency were a real asset to the hotel and we felt well taken care of from the moment we stepped through the doors.

During our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting Fiorella while checking out. She was courteous, kind, and incredibly helpful, ensuring that our stay had met our expectations and that we were satisfied with our experience.

Ibrahim, the bellman, was also outstanding. He helped me with my luggage while checking out and made sure everything was taken care of. He truly embodied the spirit of hospitality and made us feel like valued guests.

Finally, a special shoutout to Murugan from the valet team. He was always prompt and efficient in retrieving our car and ensuring that we had a smooth departure. He always greeting me with a smile and making sure my car was parked safely and efficiently.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was simply outstanding, thanks in large part to the exceptional efforts of the staff. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience, and we could not be more grateful for their hospitality. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in the area.

Went for Iftar and it was a wonderful experience. In particular, Ibrahim was very kind and cooperative.

Loved this hotel. The staff was great. The hotel manager Lukas V was just amazing. What a classy guy. Cares for all his guests and was even there on the weekends ie on his days off! Hotel grounds are gorgeous and very clean and the rooms were perfect!

A wonderful and friendly welcome from the staff and The sunset and sunrise view from there is incomparable.

When it comes with Address hotels, we consider a high standards.

But with this hotel, it doesn’t worth a penny, saying that after staying at all address hotels including this.

1. When you having breakfast, expect to see flys around you and everywhere.

2. The check in took longer time than it should be, we waited 1.5 hours to get our room.note that we already put in special request that we need it within time frame.

3. With regards of The lobby, the staff are rude and not attending, we ordered creme brûlée and beverage, it took them 45 mins to bring the cream brûlée only, the beverage never came and i had to cancel.

I have many feedback, please don’t fall in the same trap.

Not worth it.

Worst service ever! Staff are rude and very slow! Not welcoming and not in the mood to serve you! Its very disappointing as if the waiter will be paying for my drinks and desserts! No body is there to accommodate you! Its a new hotel I believe fresher nicer ppl should’ve been employed! I’ve been to multiple branches of the address but this one is the worse!

Super residential complex, has all the fitness, room for work and play.the pool ‍️ is beyond praise.at the reception Security is attentive to everyone, always with a smile

Problem, what is missing and I beg you to add wi-fi on the second floor, it is not possible to work with a coach remotely because there is no wi-fi and cellular communication does not catch!

please add a barbell with free weights and a barbell rack, the Smith machine is not suitable, for training, you have to go to neighboring towers who have internet and a barbell! Thanks)
