I wish manager will give more attention to a Good VIBES for his staff coz we are customers feel it and for sure SEE it. If place doesn’t have happy staff, even wonderful desserts taste much less delicious.

Thanks to Ronald, he was looking after our table. He is very polite, made our visit more nicer.

You need a better management structure and service cause it’s an utter 0. From the waiters who don’t answer and are forgetful to the managers who sit in client’s chairs as if they are the clients. A TOTAL HOSPITALITY SERVICE DISASTER on all levels. Let’s start with Issam the manager who does not have an Ipad or list or any precedent set to make sure he follows a waiting list by arrival. He proceeds to give people he knows or speaks arabic with the best high tables even though we were there before and then wanted us to sit outside or take a low couch table. The waiters all over the place and not one of them replies to you on time or remembers that you called them to order something. My friend’s americano took 30 minutes. It took the waitress 20 minutes just to acknowledge us for drinks then another 20 minutes before we ordered food. Would not come back, good food needs to be provided with a certain level of hospitality

The place has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere while also providing great selection of coffee’s and sweets. Also a special thanks to Ford for his great attitude and service.

Amazing ambiance.food is good, the chocolate with crossient not what I expected
the service is good.

I gave it a 2 star for the service; i called for pickup and as said it would take 5/10 minutes max, i called 15 mins later and was ignored, i called back again as i was in a hurry and the order took so long, they tried to ignore what i’m saying and closed the phone while i was talking. Unacceptable &r rude!
However, the (doughnuts, miso caramel) was a 10/10.definitely worth the try but i was disappointed with the service!

Great work space with minimal music. Ford has been a great service this evening! Definitely a place I keep coming back to.

Had an amazing cup coffee, Ford was our server and he was very welcoming and served us perfectly, glad to have ford as our server for the evening
