The Hamptons Cafe Jumeirah Islands

this is one of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch in Dubai that i keep coming back to with family and friends. This location is easily accessible with a nice view and a playground nearby for little kids. They have a wide choice of food with high quality ingredients. I love their salad choices. I had the Asian shrimp salad last time and it was tasty but I had to order more sauce bc it wasn't dressed well.
My son enjoyed the Mac and cheese but ordered it without the turkey bacon.
service is friendly and prompt.
The coffee is delicious too and comes with their own macaroon that tastes lovely dipped in the coffee!
unfortunately their eggs aren't organic.

Nice location with a relaxed atmosphere. Food is good with a nice selection. Service was fast and efficient. I have been back since this visit and will go back again. It’s a perfect place to meet friends and not overly priced.

Sitting outside on the terrace, facing the water, the view and atmosphere was nice.

At first, we had to call for service, but then they were very attentive.

The date milkshake was delicious, the bread basket was fresh and tasty, and the waiter recommended the turmeric coffee.

It's a beautiful place to meet friends and spend time relaxing.

We order shakshoka and cheese it was very delicious and avocado salmon toast,
I loved shakshoka more and it came with very tasty bread I highly recommended to order it,

I loved the Macrons which came with the tea very delicious and fruity tastes and the cream was soft and sweet,

The place atmosphere very nice and the rooftop with the interior design and the plant it give very nice view and touch to the place

The staff was very friendly and the service fast

Fantastic place if you like a quiet corner to have lunch brunch or a meeting or just chill by the sentence lake view. Completely recommend the mussels in coconut and tandoori prawns!

Staff and ambience were fantastic, setting was lovely. Great coffee. Food was fine - fresh but underseasoned. The 'medium' eggs were rock hard. But overall, a really nice experience.

Good view and atmosphere but terrible experience, we were not served the food we wanted and waited long times for simple things. Should be visited during non-peak times only.

One of the famous cages and restaurants in jumeirah Islands Dubai. Excellent for a quite meal with great views.

First time to visit yesterday 18th. A bit noisy in the morning since it was busy for breakfast. It just goes to show the place is a frequent go-to for a filling breakfast and calm, nice views. We were there for quite some time and it was just really accommodating of the staff though there was a sign saying maximum sitting time is 1 hour 30 minutes.they are friendly and professional. Good coffee and there was a variety of breakfast and lunch and snacks options.

A nicely designed restaurant emulating the New England style, with a vast menu and mostly delicious food. Couple of points for serious improvement: the chairs, while pretty, are terribly uncomfortable. More importantly, the service is subpar. A waitress came to take our order and we never saw her again. After 40 minutes, still no food, we caught someone else who eventually brought it. It was a bit cold so I assume it's been sitting on a counter with no one to pick it up. Also, different people came by and brought food items. No one checked if we were happy with the food, whether we wanted dessert or coffee, etc. The hostess at the entrance didn't bother to look at us when we were leaving, let alone say goodby. It is beyond me why so many restaurants in Dubai don't have a concept where each table has an assigned waiter who then takes care of the service flow, ensured quality, controls waiting time, etc. All in all, clumsy and unpolished service unworthy of an otherwise nice place

We went here for our Anniversary and they had forgotten about our reservation and special request etc! They turned the night from the worst to best anniversary for us. They went and bought my wife some flowers, we had a complimentary dessert.
Mr. Ernest is an amazing manager, and Mr. Ahmed was Superb! The service was amazing. Specially Mr. Ahmed.

Great place in a very beautiful location, cosy seating area and nice terrace. Great menu with a lot of different options of food and desserts. Highly recommended

Great view of this particular location and I normally really like their food at the Jumeirah branch I’ve visited. This particular branch was utter chaos. I booked a table in advance for a weekend, got there and was seated immediately upstairs by the hostess. However THROUGHOUT the 2 hours we were there we must have had to call on A waiter or hostess (there was only one manning the entire upstairs area) several times. “Please take our order” was asked multiple times. Once we got one coffee and waited another 30 minutes for our cold eggs, we asked for extra bread maybe 7-8 times after in a span of another 45 minutes. They also brought only 2 out of 3 entrees and when we asked for our third we were just brought the bill to move and clear up the table and the staff didn’t seem to be bothered. Many people were having issues around us with the wait time or their orders. Pathetic service, cold food and confused staff sums up our brunch

Superb venue if value for money is not a focus. Aed 124 for a pile of potatoes and two slivers of fish? ! This is certainly top of the list for unnecessarily expensive for no reason! Portions are a joke. With soft drinks and dessert and a starter you are getting into the aed 250-300 per person territory. Do not waste your time or your money at this place

We have been here for my birthday at lunch. From welcoming to farewell everyone was smiley and attentive. Our lunch was amazing and to serve cake manager himself Mr. Bakhti approached our table. Near the lake, very good cozy atmosphere. Surely i'll visit again.

One of the best breakfast joints in Dubai. Service, food and atmosphere are great. Try the Hamptons Shakshuka - it’s just awesome!

Absolutely recommended place. Loved the decoration and atmosphere. I tried their signature Orange Crème Brûlée, don’t miss it. The coffee, view everything was perfect.

It was not busy at all, maybe 3 table so waiter had more time talking to each other then looking after us. We didn't get everything what we ordered and by the dessert the wrong one. The whole evening was a disaster for us.

That Hampton Cafe is 5 Star service which we really enjoy each time when we are here from.

It's one of my favorite coffee and dessert places in Dubai. Very comfortable, low light, flavorful desserts, friendly staff, good coffee. All in all good experience every time i visit. Their croissants and desserts are to crave!

It s such a shame that we had to wait more than one hour for only a sandwich and a salad. As good this restaurant is but the service is horrible.

Beautiful presentation of food, great taste, nice ambiance & service - horrible.
The only person who was smiling & engaged was the staff member who delivered our food. From the hostess to the server there was no eye contact, no engagement and no care.
The food was delivered and that was the last we saw the server (Tracy) she never checked up on our table (were there from 9: 30am - 11: 45am), didn’t clear the table and we had to physically walk up to her to ask for the bill as she walked past the table several times and wasn’t paying attention.
The only saving grace is the food and the location.

Amazing food, friendly service. The service is superior from Mr. Ahmed. He always gives us sterilizer. From the beginning we entered the restaurant until we finished breakfast. Really excellent service. The restaurant is very clean. Food is delicious. Thank you Mr. Ahmed for your interest in us?

I love the place, the food is great, the location and view deserve a 10/10.
But the service is slow a lil bit, and it was too hot inside until we asked them to turn on the AC.
Overall I enjoy my visit in everytime.

I am a regular customer of Hamptons but I have to say that my last visit was a big disappointment. I ordered egg benedict and had to wait for 80 mins. Whenever I asked, waiters said I will get it in 5 min.
They not PET FRIENDLY anymore also it is such disspointment for me.

Lovely place and views, but extremely poor service. They should have an exclusive area for noisy kids, like keeping kids under 10 years old on the ground floor only.

Location is one of the best in the country however eggs Benedict a bit overpriced for what you get, not very balanced flavor wise. Other food looks very good
