The Kana Cafe, Motor City

To the management, please provide a private space for your smoking employees. 8 of them are smoking next to me simultaneously in the patio in front of Al Ansari Exchange.

Food is great.
We tried steak!
And pie.which was above average.good service and enough staffs!

All in all a dplace to hangout!

Restaurant was so busy. They have sheesha which makes them crowded.

Very nice to smoke shisha, really good fresh juices, good food, it's a really nice place to meet with friends.

Nice Shisha place, food was not too bad, fast efficient service, getting to the place is a hassle and the GPS location takes you somewhere else But once you get there, it's all good. Fresh juice, nice menu. Typical Arabic Cafe.

They are great in service, very polite and helpful! When the restaurant gets busy, it’s a little slow on the service which is understandable. They never give us a parking voucher, so we ended up paying for the parking.

Cool place to hangout, Shisha lounge, lots of seating, underground parking 4hrs free. Remember to get a voucher for the free parking. Else you’ll be charge for it.

02.07.2021 First time. Place is huge and really busy, full of energy and buzzing with noise from the tv, music, from the conversations, clinks of cutlery and shisha apparatus. Shisha is good but they charge extra 2 dhs for the pipe (couldn’t remember what exactly). We ordered boneless chicken wings which was nice. Took us quite some time have our order taken.

The ladies bathroom had no soap and when asked for it I waited for a good 10 minutes and nobody came to refill it.

Place is big and well decorated however, the service there wasnt that perfect, plate served to us was dirty, soup served without spoon and.

The shisha was bad and it was so loud also the lights were not strong after 1 hour I have a headache and I had to leave

I tried the shisha and the tea, both was very good. Staff are very nice even the place was full all the time. Recommended for sure

Love this place, its does not feel crowded even when its full, the food and drinks are tasty, the staff and the service are amazing, the only draw back is the shisha its Ok but it could be better

The parking is bad, the first two hours are free, and then you will have to pay AED10 for each extra hour.

Amazing please. Process are reasonable and the start were super friendly. Really cool ambience and decor. One can sit, smoke sheesh'a, sip a cool beverage and work for hours. Highly recommend place for a good meetup with friends or spend time by yourself. Enjoy!

It was our first time to this establishment. Gonna say the service was great the food amazing and shisha very good.
It was my friends birthday and Jason politely helped me with a cake and sang happy birthday. It was such a nice surprise. Definetely gonna come back

Very busy during evenings even during weekdays.
Parking space is not sufficient. The basement parking has very limited spaces so I had to park in the adjacent aerodrome parking (aed 25 per hour)
Food service was very slow on the evening I went and it was not even a weekend.
Sheesha is good and the sheesha service is prompt and efficent

Looking forward to seeing further branches.the best in town so far.also in my opinion the food at kana motor city is one in a million. Vine leaves oh my lord. Lemony delicious and reminds me of home. I wish they have loyality programs or member ships so people can benefit from being regular customers. 5+ stars for sure.

Nice place to hangout with friends. They have area for shisha and tv in most table for watching the football matches (maybe for other sports as well). Love their food and drinks. The staffs are friendly. There is a basement parking free within 2hours stay and 10dhs/hr onwards.

Shisha is sometimes great sometimes awful! Never an in between with this place

UPDATE: I saw the bill but The waitress put the wrong bill price on the machine, she tapped my card and she did not give me a receipt. I paid an extra 50AED and I did not realise it until I got home! I won't be back to this place, she knew what she was doing!

Kana’s traditional Jordanian and Palestinian cuisines are my favourite.
She has the best Mansaf in Dubai, her catering quantities are reasonable.
To give my review some credibility, I must admit that wraps at Eva Kana needs a lot of improvement.

I liked the area and restaurant, food was everything perfect except the staff. They were looking sad they weren't smiling. I hope is only that day.

Nice atmosphere, lovely cocktails and variety of drinks. Shisha is nice here, the food is nice sometimes gets very crowded but thats good for the business. Good to place to wach a football game and friendly staff.

Outstanding food which u dont expect such tasty food from a cafe! I ordered Kofta with Taheni and it was so delicious we also tried Ryash (Rips) and it was well seasoned well cooked, A place where you can also have decent shisha with friendly crowd, Underground paid parking which is usually full! Located in motor city, Staff are not so helpful.

They have abad service specially the waiter makram.he doesnot know any thing about services and not kindly to clients

Great ambience, authentic ME atmosphere, off course you should be ready to accept shisha smokers. Very good Turkish coffee.
