Superb work with Zeynep in particular. I’m super picky and careful with my nails, but I can actually trust her with all sorts of shapes and colors for my nails. Here’s my latest with her:

The way you treat customers is very bad and insulting, and there is no credibility in appointments
Be honest and say we have no appointments or employees, but it is inappropriate for a customer to arrive and there is no service or employee

Alina and Albina were wonderful and professional. Both ladies did a lovely job with my Mani and Pedi. Would highly recommend them both.

Visited the lab for the first time and was assisted by Bope for my nails. She's amazing and a sweetheart. Her work is amazing, very clean and perfect. Will definitely come back.

Extremely horrible service. I went to get my nails done and they were so rude to me and my friends and were giving unnecessary excuses. We travelled from very far to get our nails done and we were treated so rudely. I will never go there again they have no idea how to serve customers. Horrible service and horrible staff.

I arrived at 7 pm o'clock and now it’s 10 pm I was in the second branch, and the service was very bad. I had number 124, and the employee was not professional in her work, she did not organize customers. There was a customer who had number 148 and she took my turn because the lady told her, and when I asked the lady she told me wait 5 minutes, and I wait more then 25 minutes, I will never try this place again, and I am still waiting for my turn, I leave the lab without to do my pedicure after waiting 3 hours,
