I am very thankful with The Laundry Hub. They are very welcoming and having a good management.they taking care of their employee well.

Wish I could give 0 stars to that horrible company. They have ruined 5 tshirts which I had literally just bought. When I made the complaint they simply blocked my number everywhere. DO NOT use this company if you care about your clothes and your money.

They don't deserve any star. The worst laundry ever. Poor quality, not professional at all. I gave them 3 new items, 3 black suits for laundry. After 2 days I received my items Damaged! They damaged the fabric. They even cut the tags thinking that they can fool me and try to cover their s#*t! So dissapointed. I don't recommend this laundry at all. They were so careless. Be careful and don't try them.

I thought this company had good potential but I was proved wrong.

I get a corporate discount with LaundryHub and used it via a WhatsApp booking on a 2 piece suit & 4 shirts which I requested to be washed, pressed and folded for travel purposes. Upon return, all items were hanged instead of the service I requested. When I brought this to the attention of the person behind the WhatsApp account they swiftly apologised and acknowledged that there was a miscommunication between them and the driver. All fair and well.

However the unprofessionalism started to unfortunately show when I was requested to drive to their shop to drop of the shirts so that THEIR MISTAKE could be corrected which I politely refused as again, it was not an error on my part. I proposed that instead of driving back and forth, that a small credit be added to my profile so that the next time we avail their services it could just be applied, saving everyone the hassle. I was then told that my order was already discounted so what I was asking for seemed too much for Laundryhub. The mentioning of me getting a discount at this time seemed irrelevant and only further drove the point that paying a discounted price with LaundryHub = them being allowed to do a half completed service. Unfortunately this left a bad perception of LH with me. Had they mentioned that discounted prices meant i couldnt get a proper service before me making the booking then I would take my "discounted" money to another service provider which do a complete job.

In the end the shirts were picked up so the correct service could be rendered, which in the end probably costs more to do then simply providing a small credit.

The Laundry hub provides a great service with very good quality and fast. All items are carefully segregated and cleaned according to the labels. Professional staff and always responsive to inquiries Highly recommended to try their service! Keep up the good work!

The most helpful powerful compassionate laundering him workers that I have ever met in life. They never loses one pice of laundry no mater how long it sits at the office please get your clothes clean at the laundry house

I lost my wallet with valuables and it was surpising that the laundry gave me a call at night and informed me about the wallet. I really appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the people working there.

Our laundry items were satisfactorily cleaned, but I needed to keep calling to arrange both the pick up and return of the items. On both days, they delivery driver came at different times than what I was told he would, which is not always convenient when you are working etc. When I spoke to the shop directly, they did apologise, but I would give them a higher rating if I did not need to keep calling to check if and when my items will be collected and delivered.

I was 3,5 year customer. They lost my items and they delay delivery just because of this. After I realised this and just want to speak but they don't answer my phone calls. As a customer for a period of 3,5 years and spent thousands of dirhem in total, unfortunately I can't find a contract in the company even to speak and solve the issue. I will definitely go to the court because of this attitude. My suggestion is never trust and work with them. That is the summary

I have ordered the laundry hub through Amazon. Ae. They collected my items on Dec 19th and until Dec 23rd I still have not heard from them nor do I know when my items will reach me. I called them several times and they keep on apologizing with no clear action or date as to when do I receive my items! I don’t recommend anyone works with them

It is a shame to say this & leave a poor review as I greatly value small businesses and wish to see them grow. However, this laundry business is ridiculously awful and may perhaps be the closest you can get to a scam when it comes to customer service.

I have listed my below reasons for this:

1) major delivery failures
2) terrible customer service
3) deliberately ignoring my messages/calls (i have taken screenshots to prove it)
4) extremely poor follow up & communication
5) “losing” one of my high value items

I am very disappointed as I never expected such a let down.

Brilliant collection and drop off service. The in between communication was on point. Will definitly use again when we return.

Very, very bad customer service.
They lost my clothes and I didn’t even get an apology. They ignored my texts and when I called they said they would look for it. After 3 days I had to give up and fly home with no contact

The Laundry Hub, and especially our main contact Mohammad Shazhad, has provided amazing service to us during our 4.5 years in Dubai. Shazhad always responds promptly and goes out of his way to help. He is always polite and trustworthy. He has always ensured our laundry is back in time for when we need it. Thank you Shazhad and Laundry Hub for making life a little easier for us.

Twice in a row they have let me down on pick-up times with no communication until I'm asking why they're not here. It's a shame this side of their business is lacking as the quality of the cleaning is good, in my experience.

I have to say I am super impressed! We gave it a try, in october 2019, and now we are loyal customers. These guys are quick, punctual, and reasonably priced. They are easy to communicate with, always available on WhatsApp and always do quality checks before they process the laundry. I checked out their competitors, and honestly, Laundry hub beats them on value, responsiveness and efficiency. Strongly recommend them!

Great customer service and very receptive to questions. They have next day service for a good price. So be prepared and don't do laundry last min when you have nothing left to wear.

When talking about Quality, proficiency, and cleanliness; The Laundry Hub is the perfect place to take your laundry to. The service was amazing and supper clean. Definitely will use their service again!

I absolutely love this service and would recommend this to anyone. I have been using it every week since April. Their speed, service and friendly staff make them a pleasure to do business with. If your in Dubai either on holiday or live here definitely give them a try. My only feedback as that they really need a loyalty scheme to keep loyal customers from returning, maybe like a points scheme or even better a tier system so gold members get discount or better service. Overall fantastic!

Exceptional service from placing the order till delivery. Easy to request the service through the app, and they follow up throughout the whole process via emails so you always know where exactly your order stands. Will recommend this company.

These guys need to be given watches. Cant seem to pick up on time ever. Useless.
Gave them a second chance - they picked up one day late; then on the delivery day delivered 4 hours late. If you like your weekends and making plans othe rthan waiting for pick-up/drop off if laundry then stay well well away.

Can't say that I'm completely satisfied with the company's service. First of all I have to admit that they work fast and I got my suit only in 1 day; prices are average, not to expensive not too cheap. But the actual quality of laundry could have been better, as well as listening to the clients special requests. I specifically mentioned that my suit should be cleaned especially well on the edges, since it's most visibly dirty over there, but my request got ignored and it was just generally lightly cleaned and steamed as usual. Therefore can't really recommend their services unless you don't have anything serious to clean and just wanna freshen up your stuff.

I lived in Dubai for 9 years so far, tried couple of laundry services. I liked this one, tested them with my white candouras. I knew the spots that I need to check. They where returned spotless, collar white, smell good, really good. I liked the service, this company is on my white list.

The level of professionalism and service with The Laundry Hub is impeccable. Tried them after my initial laundromat company failed to provide a good service and I can confidently say that I will be keeping my business with The Laundry Hub
