As a vegan, I really appreciate the vibrant atmosphere and great service at your establishment. The variety of fresh juices, detox options, smoothies, and teas/coffees is fantastic.

I've enjoyed spending time catching up with friends and taking advantage of the WiFi access for work. Your staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall experience.

However, I've noticed that there aren't many vegan options on the menu. Offering vegan choices would not only cater to a growing customer base but also encourage more people to stay for food instead of just drinks.

Adding vegan options would not only enhance the inclusivity of your establishment but also showcase your commitment to accommodating diverse dietary preferences. I believe it would be a win-win situation for both your business and vegan customers like myself.

I am asking every time, but I feel like your staff not sharing customer feedback with you: Make a picture of each of your dishes! Like in any other coffee or restaurant in Dubai. Do not confuse your clients when they get not what they would like to eat.

This place is great.if you enjoy a swarm of flies encircling your food every time you visit. They really need to resolve this issue. It's not just one or two flies. It's like 20 at all times.

Food and drinks are fantastic. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Especially Kaye who served me today. A warm and friendly welcome were no request was too much. Will look forward to visiting again

I rarely leave a bad review for a place, but this place deserves it, offers really bad service but lack of cafes in this region of the Dubai forces people into bad service and few choices of beverages and food, if you have no other place close by it’s good for you also expect rude staff (at least 3 so far are rude)

Good food friendly staff, and I will tell to my friends about it. Such a good Hospitality they have.

Top of my list for best coffee and food. Food is seriously tasty & satisfying here. I like all their Dessert menu and especially the poached pear tart. Full service or managed service would have been a better option for this type of cafe!

Less than satisfied. Good food and great options, unfortunately rude staff, bad service and dirty tables.

Bad Survies they told us the order for eggs takes 30 min we said we can wait for half hour, and now 1 hour and 10 minutes and still waiting for our eggs? So annoying

Nice cafe - recommended for those in and around the area, especially if you’re looking working from home. Biggest letdown was the WiFi only works for 2 hours a day on one device (!). Food wise, I had their king breakfast and it was delicious and very filling.

It's lovely to eat here. Good choice of gluten-free and dairyfree products. As a family, everyone found something to eat. The child meal came with a drink in reusable containers, not packet dinks. Vegetarian option went down well. Large portions and take away boxes available for leftovers. We went by another day and bought cakes, a good selection of gluten-free, carrot cake delicious.

I was excited to know that The lime tree cafe is in town square and was actually thinking this is going to be my new place to work from everyday, but to my surprise this has changed 180 degrees because of horrible customer service and inexperienced management! I went to work and ordered my coffee to start and was told by the staff that the wifi is open to join, so i did then in the middle of a call the 2 hours wifi expired (so the call was cut). I then went to one of the staff and asked to renew the wifi and the guy no it’s only 2 hours. I asked him to speak to the manager and was starting to explain to him that i was just in the Sheikh Zayed branch yesterday and that they renewed my wifi after the first 2 hours (which is pretty normal haha). Manager said, no mam i’m sure they didnt (cant believe that managers nowadays dont take the proper training of you cant say to the customer “no this didnt happen”, absolutely ridiculous). Anyways he said you only get you hours and we dont renew these, this isnt ok in any books, your cafe and you are expected to have free wifi that doesnt cut after 2 hours, and if it doesnt you need to renew it FOR SURE. So DONT go to this cafe until they change this branch manager and for sure change this wifi policy that is extremely outdated!

Coffee was also good and as per our instructions.
Very nice, polite respectful and friendly staff. Parking is also available outside. The place could have been a bit cooler but it's definitely fine.
Recommend it for brunch, coffee and pastries.

The food at Lime Tree is incredibly fresh and well prepared. You will easily find a few healthy options to choose from. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. I have already been back and will certainly return again.

Amazing experience! À la campagne style, very cozy, kind staff and most importantly delicious quality food.

The food is great. The location and the ambient are pretty awesome. The service is great and the staff is very helpful and professional. The sanitizing of the tables and the whole restaurant is always on going which made me feel more comfortable. I found out that the napkins are made of 100% recycled material which is awesome. I recommend visiting the place. Next time will try the sweets.

Amazing food! My favorite dish is the mixed salad and my favorite drink is the mint and lime refresher its so tasty

If you haven't tried their mushroom and truffle pastry, you are missing on a real treat! I love the fact that Lime Three have not only great food, but also care about the Planet. Everything is either biodegradable or recyclable. For those who eat meat, food is halal and range free, while vegans have also plenty of options to choose from.

Again some new place in Nshama.
It's nice to have a kind of a little coffee/ restaurant place. They have a very healthy menu and the prices are reasonable. They have a healthy menu only for the kids as well.
I checked the whole menu they have many nice healthy meals.
