I have been going to TNS Mercato for years. Thalia and Rynnel for nails are the very very best - very attentive to details, amazing techniques including removal of dry skins, outstanding polish application, etc. For massages, Syna is the best, are hands are magical. They are all super lovely and I am always so happy to see their smiles every two weeks!
I was really unhappy with my visit yesterday. I usually come to TNS to relax and receive wonderful treatment and service. But yesterday was stressful with Thalia as she wasnt open to listening on how I wanted my nail art, and not friendly at all, which was a first as your staff has always been very nice. She didnt want to give any ideas or suggestions and did my nails in frustrarion, charging me a very high price for it. I m extremely unhappy with the service, and not what I usually receive.

I have been a customer of the nail spa mercato for years and never had an issue with them until today, I was very disappointed with the receptionist, I’ve always visited with my daughter however today the lady kept giving me excuses to not let my daughter in claiming she’ll be “noisy” to other customers? I visited several times with my daughter and she was never noisy or of disturbance and when I said that she gave me another excuse “oh we’re doing acrylics the smell might not be good for her” unless you have a policy against having children in the salon she had no right to give me excuses and refuse my services becuae I had my child with me! Very utterly disappointed.
Booked a pedicure at the TNS branch in Mercato mall - it was very welcoming and structured. I showed up on time for my appointment and they were ready for me with no hesitation or hiccup. Mavi was so good and sweet.
Never again. 1, way over priced 2. Didn’t do a good job on a basic manicure at all. 3. Took 1 hour and 50 mins for just a simple manicure! 4. Can’t book online. 5. The chairs are not clean! Asked them to clean it it was greasy other clients hair and dust on it was so gross they moved me to a cleaner one but this shouldn’t be the case!
Their service was terrible. The quality of the French manicure was terrible and it started peeling off from the second day! And to add to that they claim ESAAD discount is only applicable to the ESAAD holder, even if it’s one bill and 1 person paying. This is the 1st time I hear of such a rule, since every other saloon I have gone to, charges the ESAAD discount on the final total bill.
Am a regular customer to TNS and what used to take me there is the fact that i want to get a spa-like nail treatment which i didnt mind the price difference and what i have noticed is that how the place looks now as overused, the place is dirty the staff as well they dont care about hygiene anymore, the technician took the chair table plate from the floor and handed to me to use! I asked her to sanitise and started to grin, the table and chair and tools are dirty! The place is now more commercial than ever, the uniforms are worn out the interior is 10 yrs old the chairs are no longer comfy, the technicians are all chit chatty or loud or singing, its like a fish market. Yes this would be acceptable if this is a normal salon but not for a spa-like service its nothing like a spa neither in the look and feel nor in the service am so disappointed how this place have ended up i’ve been a customer for a long time and this was my go-to place to relax
Love the service. Specially they take very good care for waxing. Barbie and MJ is really good and makes sure that we are relaxed and don't feel much pain while waxing.
من اسوء الصالونات التي زرتها. اعجبني الاستقبال و نظام المواعيد فقط. الخدمة سيئة للغاية. عاملات غير مؤهلات ابدا. إزالة طلاء الأظافر الجل كان إجراءً صعبًا بالنسبة لهم. المانيكير الجديد تضرر في نفس اليوم وخلال ساعات بسيطة. و المكان قديم جدا.
One of the worst salons I've visited. I liked the reception and scheduling only. The service is very poor. Unqualified therapists. Removing the gellish manicure was a difficult procedure for them.the new manicure damaged at the same time. The place is very old.
Took my little daughters to The Nail Spa as a friend's Bday gift. The girls were treated so well by the staff. They were very caring and took all their requests very seriously. My girls loved it and want to go back again. Thank you The Nail Spa.
The team are consistent and reliable, they are always friendly and accommodating and very neat with nails. I would prefer if they were less repetitive and sales orientated about packages and products during the nail or massage experience and left it up to the cashier only.
Great service. I was on holiday from the UK in Dubai and wanted a mani pedi. Called TNS who booked me in at Mercato Mall. I received lovely treatment and the nails were done to a very good standard. I opted for a gel polish but as I wouldnt be able to have this removed at the salon the lovely girls doing my nails gave me instructions on removal and some nail foils to take away. I was able to take them off no bother thanks to their advice. Will definitely visit again when im back in Dubai!

Been a client for almost 10 years in the Mercato branch even though I now live in Mudon. Will never change TNS. Training of therapists is so consistent that I can almost to any of them and get the same great treatment. The receptionists and managers in Mercato are sweethearts. They really deserve recognition. It feels like family. Every visit to any other salon, which I only use in emergency, just reminds me why I have been with TNS so long and intend to stay. Thank you girls
