To begin with, i don't visit salons that often or easily as I have a picky skin and had some unwanted experiences before. So let me say I was pleasant surprised by my visit here. The atmosphere is pleasant, calm and welcoming from the minute you enter and so is the staff. The rooms well equipped and very pleasant to the eye, like your in a wonderful oasis, very clean and neat. My therapist is one of the many skilled students of the clinic and I was impressed by her already gained skills and knowledge as well as how smoothly she interacted with the trainer without even a moment making me wait. I did facial treatment and let me say I am super happy with the results and the freshness of my skin. Dearly recommended. Keep up the wonderful work.

Had done facial treatment here with one of the students. It was electrical treatment, face massage with coconut oil and facemask. Their students are trained really well. Inform you about every step they do. They use high quality products. Really feel well taken care of there.

I visited Dubai for a holiday from Australia. I was referred from a friend that's is a regular customer here. Wow what a experience this place blew my mind from decor to customer service second to none. The place is super clean and has all the latest equipment.all staff have the best training and experience.you will not be disappointed.

Nordic is very easily one of the best beauty centers in UAE! What makes them special is how understanding and capable they are. That coupled with their resort-spa vibes and interiors truly guarantee an Amazing experience. They make you feel welcome and safe in their hands. They give you a sense of comfort and I have always been very happy with their services. I highly recommend them for their haircuts, eyelash extensions (which is just absolutely incredible), and facials.

I have been here so many times and cannot stop going for facial treatments my experiences have been always amazing. My skin has been always shining and clean after each treatments that I have done with them. The trainers are always checking on the students that they do the right job.

Yesterday is my first team to come to the Nordic.and I feel so amazing the staff is so lovely, friendly, and welcoming me ask the model for the facial.and guide me to the seat in the relaxing area during to wait for the timing.the room for the facial make me more relaxing with the music is so lovely, during the facial Michelle was so lovely explain more detail about my skin condition.and giving me advice what's should I do and how to take care more about my skin also make me feel so comfortable during the time of the facial, thank you so much love to come again?

The worst service and experience. Fristly, they double booked me - so I had to wait 1 hour just to be attended. I understand the students are providing the service, but unless they are trained with the basics, they should not be handling models/people. Plus it took 3hours for just a basic haircut. Absolutely disappointing and I would recommend everyone to stay away from this. Also, not to mention, the student almost burnt my scalp!

Volunteered to model for electrical facial for 12: 15 pm today. It is 2 pm while I write this and ai am asked to wait for 30 more minutes. Have heard very highly about their services but booking for a slot and then making a person wait for more than two hours is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Nordic with a NO!

The Nordic International beauty and wellness center is a quaint and serene establishment on Al Wasl Road. A great place to get all your beauty treatments undertaken. The jewel in the crown has to be the hair stylist team led by Jalal Hafed and supported by Mahmoud El Zeblawy.

Jalal is a well known stylist to the stars and someone who is at the top of his profession in all aspects from styling to coloring and everything in between. You just need to check out his social media to see why everyone wants to get their haircut from him. He delivers the best in the middle east if not globally, he is that good. Mahmoud is also a great stylist and someone who shapes beards better than anyone i have seen, a real credit to the team and someone who makes you feel a million dollars after seeing him. As a team, they are the best and if you want the best you NEED to go and see them.

These guys become friends and family over time and once you receive the world class service from them, you will never need to see anyone else again!

Nordic Beauty is the place to go to! The staff is friendly and approachable, you always get welcomed warmly and they answer any of your questions, even the one you might find silly to ask! They are extremely professional, both students and qualified staff and their hygiene measures are spot on! It’s always a lovely experience to come back for a new treatment!?

The school seems very professional, the students are trained by very knowledgeable teachers, at least it's the feeling I got from my last 2 visits.
Nilo has done my facial and she was very professional, gave recommandations, tips for my skin type and routine, what products to use and when. I had a lot of facials done elsewhere but this was one of the best. The massage was very good and technical. Loved it!

Thank you for giving me the chance to try your products and your specialists. The students are trained well and they used all necessary guidelines to make it a hygienic procedure and pleasant spa experience.they guide all the students and the area for facial treatments was welcoming.

Nice haircut but only advice I would give would be to get accurate costs BEFORE you commit. I was quoted 300 AED for a haircut with Jalal. When I got their he decided to put in hair keratin treatment and said I should dye my hair, BOTH OF WHICH I DIDN'T ASK FOR.
At the end the bill came to over 1600 AED which included 450AED to shape my stubble (less than grade one) done by a junior (Mahmood).
I have no problems in paying for services I have used however I do feel I was ripped off as no prices are published or printed anywhere and they carried out the treatment and dye without me asking. In hindsight I should have clarified any additional costs beforehand but who would ever imagine being charged 450 AED to shape 'stubble' at the neck and cheeks. I paid but left feeling ripped off.

I have been modelling for the Nordic beauty many times and I must admit today I had the best electrical facial, performed by Emma (from Sweden). Her profesional image was immaculate and made me feel I am in good hands. Her caring approach was reflected in every stroke she executed on my Face. Emma explained every step and consistently checked for my comfort. Incredible massage skills! The whole experience felt like a high end beauty salon! Would have never guessed she is a student. I can see a bright future for Emma! Thank you Nordic Beauty for providing an excellent training for the future beauticians!

I went here to get a facial by one of their students. The entire process was seamless! The environment/vibe is calming and eveyone is very professional. The care and thoroughness of both staff and students is highly evident. My facial was soo relaxing - Maya, has magic hands!

The services range from hair to nails and more - guys too! I definitely recommend checking out the place, not only for the quality services they provide, but their 'Instagramable' photo opportunities

Atmosphere is very relaxing, everyone is very gentle and high profesional services.

First of all would like to start the review by mentioning the lovely ambiance of this salon/centre. They made it feel like you are in a real garden, surrounded by flowers, lovely decor and a bit of vintage vibe like when entering a courtesan’s boudoir.
It all goes in hand with a peaceful music and calm atmosphere while reaching your treatment room.
I was there for an eyelash extension treatment with Adriana, a very capable and welcoming professionist which first asked how I want them done in terms of length and volume. The treatment itself went fast for me as I felt asleep quickly:) She had a very soft touch of her hands and used high quality of the materials (glue and eyelashes) as after opening my eyes I did not feel any irritation or red swelling.
The volume done on my eyelashes was very natural, no one could say they were fake. I actually was pleasantly surprised by this fact as this is the result I was aiming for, getting them done as close to naturality as possible.
At the end because I just opened my eyes, had a delicious espresso as a nice touch.

I had been to Nordic beauty several times and always left with a good vibe feeling refreshed. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. It's a beautiful place to pamper yourself. They use good quality products. My facials with electrical machines went smooth qnd painless. They professionally analized my skin and gave me some skin advice. I could feel that my skin is less dehydrated now. Yesterday, I went for hair highlights and couldn't be happier. My hair was dull and damaged. She took time to learn what I what and gave me recommendations. She spent time to color corrected my hair and gave it a new highlighted colors. I love it. Thank you!

First of all, I'll start saying that this place, besides being a salon and a top notch school, is an oasis. The moment you enter the villa, you'll be welcomed with a warm smile and a great variety of coffee. People are so welcoming that you'll feel home.
Secondly, the team is so professional that I can trust anyone here to deal with my skin. Every time I came here for a facial, I was handled with care and I can tell the cosmetologists have great knowledge. I have found out many details about my skin I wasn't even aware of. Also, not few times I fell asleep because I felt so relaxed. The ambiance, the light colours of the room, the olive tree and the relaxed music create such a great atmosphere. There is also a nice seating area outside where you can enjoy a silent moment next to a tea cup away from the noise of the street, which is just few meters away.
Also, I went for 2 make up session and as the make up artist said, she enhanced my beauty and I could barely recognise myself.

I have been studying at Nordic now for almost a month and I couldn’t be happier with every single aspect. First of all, the centre in beautiful. Not only the decor but the ambience and energy. Every member of staff could not be kinder or more helpful. Everyone you interact with is so friendly and welcoming. It’s like a family.

It's been months since I visited this salon and yet I wanna cry every time I see my hair.or what is left.
I used to have long blond hair (yes I have been doing highlights for the past 7 years - in dubai!), now it's short and I continue cutting it because it's been damaged so much and my hair still looks like an old and dry brush (although using the best hair care possible and no chemical treatments.)

I contacted nordic beauty when looking for a new hairdresser I can trust and stay with. I had stopped bleaching my hair for couple of months prior my visit and asked if they can help me refresh the roots without damaging my hair. I was assured that their salon and hairstylists are using a gentle, topnotch product which can give me perfect results.

When I arrived on time, they made me wait for 2 hours. I was hoping it will be worth it. I was very wrong and should've left!

Their hairdresser Batista overbleached my hair.it looked good for exactly 2 days and then my hair started breaking and falling like crazy. I never had this in my entire life! I reached out to the owner, trying to make him understand what's happening. I was advised to do a treatment which I paid another 800aed for, to try and fix the damage they had caused in the first place.

Even after the treatment, my hair was so dry and tangled up that it became impossible to brush them. At this point nothing seemed to help, I had to cut half of my length (3 years of growing!) and reached out to the owner again, sharing how miserable I felt with the consequences.
I was offered another treatment complemantery, obviously my hair was so damaged by then, nothing could fix it.even when receiving the treatment I was told that I'm living in the wrong country if I wanted to have blonde hair because of dubai weather and water.can you imagine, you seek for professional advise and you're willing to pay over 2000 aed for hair and they end up trying to blame you for their mistake?

I never heard from them again, no follow-up.
Clearly they're just trying to make money, they don't seem to care about their customers wellbeing or longterm satisfaction.my biggest mistake goin there. I could've saved 2K and cut it myself for free with less damage if that's what I wanted.

I did a lash extensions course, for my assessment a family friend of the owner was the model. She talked throughout the service and left abruptly before the treatment was finished. Coming back to start my second lash extensions course which I’d already booked and paid for I was greeted by another staff member telling me my previous model was loud and that I was disruptive to her students, made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I stayed less than an hour for the course introduction before withdrawing from all models and assessments. Nordic refused to refund me anything for the second course I didn’t do.

Thank you Nordic team! I am very happy I received my diploma and also you found me a job in a clinic as skin specialist during this difficult corona situation.

It’s the 2nd time I went to this salon, (3rd with the hairdresser attending in another place). No problems before.
The last time I asked some simple highlights as my roots was already dark. Because the hairdresser (only one attending there) was already busy with another lady, and also because the owner seemed to be pushing him to finish it asap, thats the result. As he was in a rush I felt embarrassed with the situation and I just checked the result at home.

I wish they just told me to come back another day or not make appointments in a situation where you cant handle more than 1 client. Check the result and analyse if is worth it 500 dihrans in a just half head for highlights
