There are two North Face stores quite close together in Dubai Mall. One of them is excellent, the other less so. I got great stuff at a good price.

I bought my 1st men's exploration trouser from Adevture sports of size 30 x 32 Nd it was perfect fit
Later i purchased the same size online from SS sports and they are loose but why. Is that SS has a diffent north face or were they fakes

Absolutely worst staff and no proper knowledge. Selling a international brand and does not understand basic things from a customer. I totally made a mistake purchasing from this store

There are 2 shops of the North face in dubai mall, one is regular and the other is the fancy expensive version on it

The items are limited and basic. The sales girl who helped us shop was nice and informative.
They can definitely add more items and hire more informative staff.

They woudn't give us a refund because the item was on sale, only there were no indication on the receipt or in the store that they had a sale. Apparently all of dubai mall had seasonal sale so they counted that as them having a sale.what a SCAM. Truly a TERRIBLE experience.

Very nice place. The store manager Mr. Abdalsattar is a man of a professional manner. He was very helpful and costumer need oriented.

مكان لبيع الملابس الشتوية التي يحتاج إليها الشخص أثناء السفر الى الدول الأوروبية والتي تنخفض فيها درجة البرودة الى تحت الصفر. أنصح به وبقوة.

I always like to buy from North face especially for bags. And yesterday I bought a bag from this branch with the help of the amazing staff I chose what I came looking for.there was a lot of options and can be confusing some times so it was fun choosing with staff's assistance. Thank you TNF!
