The Oberoi, Dubai

It was my second stay at Hotel.
I want to say special thanks to Mr. Mustafa and Chaima for excellent support and hospitality provided.
I also want to recommend Mr. Jora for excellent service, support and higly customer oriented way. I recommend him to provide higher responsibility to contribute more in hotel sucess in future

Great place to stay, food is second to none, great service from Aung, Madhu, Dony and all 971 restaurant team, big thank you to Abdul, Anthony and the chef that prepared gluten free food for us on BBQ night, Thanks to Ms. Tzoulia for taking her time to check our satisfaction, the whole experience was fantastic. Thanks to Kamal and Ashish from Housekeeping. We will definitely come back soon.

The rooms are large and spacious, the automatic blackout curtains are comfortable, and the city view looks beautiful at night. There is a dressing room, a large bathroom and a bathtub. Comfort has been considered. The mini bar is large and there is a nice desk to work on. There was no adapter in every room in the hotel; But I had it in my room and had no problems. It is about a half-hour walk from Burj Khalifa, and the walking path is also beautiful.

Excellent bbq at the Anantara - restaurant 971. Chef Sammy made amazing lamb chops and waited on by an attentive Aung. Thanks for a lovely evening!

First time staying in this underrated hotel. The food was excellent. Approach also very convenient. The staff was very cheerful and welcoming. But one member of the team had to mentioned separately.

Ms. Gladys Toluhi from Housekeeping must be appreciated beyond what words can do. I have hardly ever seen such a housekeeper in any hotel. Her conduct was very courteous and helpful to an extent that I would ask for her even is she was deputed to a different floor and not to exaggerate, my next stay in this hotel will be because of her. Keep it up madam. The establishment must recognise her contribution towards repertoire.

Veranga is been really great helping and monitoring on everything.

The Anantara hotel is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooms are beautiful, large, well kept, and very clean. However, the best part of my stay would definitely be the staff, especially a gentleman named Veranga. Anytime I had a need, he would always be there, offering additional services to ensure my stay was exceptional and memorable.

I would definitely come back to this hotel, and urge anyone reading this review to do the same (and make sure to ask for Veranga!)

Thanks a lot Gayal and Prameela for making my room so immaculately pristine each time I return from work just like the very first day I checked in. Makes me forget about the stress of the day every thing is ready and set up for me. I also liked the welcome desserts on the first day. Also thanks a lot Alice from In room Dining for preparing a jug of ginger lemon honey tea for me when I got a cold and had to stay in. You guys really looked after me and made my stay so happy and memorable.

Great location, superb breakfast buffet, super courteous staff, great housekeeping (by gayal) made for a very comfortable stay in dubai! Will definitely book the property again during my next visit to dubai!

Excellent service! I lost my wallet on a random taxi that I took in front of the hotel, and I didn’t expect Anantara would be able to help me find out the Taxi number because anyways it takes a lot of efforts to look into the security camera tape.but they did! Really grateful for your help!

Great place with great view of Burj Khalifa, hight standard, nice location close to dubai mall and downtown dubai

This hotel is only worth it if you don't care for the style and luxury of Dubai and simply want a cheaper option. We could see the Burj khalifa from our room, but the room was old, dated, dusty and minimal. The service was terrible. I was rudely dismissed when I asked if I could heat some of my own food up. The look of the room and the dirt in it made my stay in Dubai miserable. The buffet was decent and we met a nice staff member there who advised us on tourist activities, but that's the most positive thing I can say about this miserable outdated hotel.

We (me and my wife) had a great stay there. The staff is excellent, specially Mr Jayesh, Mr Rahul, Mr Ganga, Miss Achilla. The stay was extremely comfortable, clean rooms with great views, excellent food and great ambiance. Worth every penny.

That was my first visit to that hotel. Access is a little complicated but not so hard. Located in downtown dubai and close to many other areas. I was in dubai visiting on business and although i did not get the chance to experience their facilities i still found the pool impressive. Breakfast is sumptuous and the staff are very experienced and ready to assist at all times. They have an indian and asian restaurant too but i believe both are outsourced. The room was extremely spacious and had an amazing city view which i absolutely liked

I didn’t stay at the hotel. However I got a buffet lunch a few days ago. I’m so impressed by the service and food. It’s a representation of excellence. Well done

I stayed at this hotel for just one night as I wanted to experience staying in downtown dubai before heading home. I was happy that they accomodated for my early check in (I was extremely early) and they allowed me to go right up to my room. The lobby is so grand, clean and smells great. The view from the room of the city is breathtaking. I really liked the design of the room. Very open plan, but the bathroom blew me away. It was huge, with once again, the view of the city (and burj khalifa). There was a huge shower and bathtub. The metro station and bus station are very close to the hotel, a spinneys across the road and a skatepark too! The valet people were great. I would stay here again.

One of the best Hotels I stayed at after Dustin Egypt. Big room, View Burji Khalifa and breakfast is super.

Loved the hotel. Nice ambience, ample sunlight, friendly staff. Located near a few of Dubai's landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall etc.

There are very few hotels who provide warm hospitality and great service. @oberoihotels is one of those chains of hotels indeed doing both.

The food, service, hospitality and overall warmth made our experience so good when we stayed at the hotel earlier this year.

The rooms and the view is just amazing. The buffet spread at breakfast was so good in terms of variety and taste. Lot of varieties for both vegeterians and non- vegeterians. They also have a rooftop lounge which is so vibrant and classy!

Great hotel and we tried Punjab Grill which was also one of the best Indian food restaurant in the area.

The entire experience was superb and possibly one of the better massages we have had as a couple. The facilities were amazing and the service outstanding in a very clean and well presented treatment room. Highly recommend as it seems to have proper therapists!

Friendly staff, everything is really great the only set back was the parking entrance. If you have a sport's car or a supercar DONOT ever take your car there. Was the worst mistake i made. You will scrape your whole underbody. The worst parking entrance ever.

I came to Dubai solo for a solo get away and My stay at the Oberoi was phenomenal thank you so much to the staffs for making my stay perfect they was super professional, friendly, helpful with all my needs. The room I stayed in was big and spacious and super clean, the food was delicious I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely be back thank you:)

This is a 5 star hotel in Business Bay Dubai, the oberoi hotel is connected to the oberoi tower which is a commercial tower. Connected and sharing common basement parkings but access is with different high speed elevators. Parking is paid parking for everyone unless you’re a guest or dining or shopping from any of the restaurants or outlets on the 1st floor then you can get your parking ticket stamped. Amazing hospitality, great restaurant, polite staff and very clean with highest hygiene standards during pandemic.

Breakfast was just above average, room service was good, hotel doesn't allow guests not even your family who visits you.staff at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast, service, hotel policy, staff all I covered this all you need to know. When there was occupancy an Indian lady staff at reception helped me out for burj khalifa view.

Well clean rooms, though some commented maintenance could be improved · We liked to have large bathrooms, they need to improve in facilitate management get good deal online instant of walking customer

Incredible customer service and breakfast for royals. I sent my mum on a lone visit and they looked after her every need. She described the staff as attentive, kind and always once step ahead of the game. They made sure rose petals were waiting in a filled hot bath. WOW!

The experience was good could be excellent, from rooms to the service to staff everything was perfect so we were there for 2 days and one day was v.day eve so couldnt sleep the whole day and night as the music was loud and it was really painfull esp with small kid that they dont have any sound proof things, we were staying in those burj khalifa facing room (oh yea picture perfect place) but couldn't enjoy due to that. Next day was better but due to first day we were exhausted enough to just keep sleeping.
Oh and i love their soap i dont know some organic stuff but smell really nice. Breakfast was also great, esp thw option to get the ordered one make it feel better. Overall its a good experience.

A typical Oberoi, good food and hospitable service. Was there for a conference so cannot comment on the rooms, but the view is great.
