They have variety of furniture to select from but the shop is smaller than the Jumeirah branch which was closed permanently. Parking is bad in that area. Staff are helpful and very friendly

Had a sale advertised online so we went and at check out they said that was old and is a mistake

Then they promised once there is a sale they will adjust our price, sale came and now they claim they can only do adjustment if purchase is within 3 days.

I tried calling their head office to inquire about some products, but the Kenyan receptionist was very rude just told me to check the website.actually after checking their website i wanted to clear some doubts but she was not feeling like talking. 0 Stars for customer service.

Bad experience, some of the staff are not helpful and unprofessional at all and i was shocked when they ask me for extra 1 AED for the bag

It was a great experience. They have variety of furniture items. We really liked their bed frames and sofas. We were assisted by Mourice and Addison, they were very friendly. Overall good experience!

I do not recommend this shop. The staff are unhelpful and appear to regard it as a burden to assist potential customers. It's not worth the high prices they charge nor the limited opening times.
They should realise that once bitten then twice shy. And my opinion wasn't firmed by one visit, but 3-4 in fact. It's no good making up for it now.

IMO its the most reliable furniture, very helpful staff, high quality materials therefore its lil bit expensive.
