I am writing this review as one of the owners of Home of Chess FZC. We hired "The Online Creatives" for our chess website, about 6 months ago.
The company is thoroughly professional, and our website was delivered within the estimated timeline, while making us stand apart from competitors. The process began with the designing phase, wherein we as a client frankly had very little idea of what we want, and where we wanted to be in the online space. The online creatives were very friendly and patient, and not only came up with the design templates, but also guided us in the way we should project ourselves online, the user experience and the work flow. We were taken aback with the depth of knowledge that was offered to us. Following this, the timelines were set, and requirements from all parties concerned were outlined. The project was rolled out within the estimated timelines, with excellent updates at all stages.
We were very happy with the pricing offered too, as it beat the competition by a fair margin. In all we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work done, the style of content and copy writing, the timeliness, the website delivery and the support post that.
We definitely recommend “The Online Creatives” and would definitely like to work with them again!

Working with Online Creatives has been a pleasant experience. Easy to work with and very responsive. While building my website, the customer service has been prompt. They have been professional, comprehensive and competent throughout the process of working together. They handle things very efficiently and are available for any questions you may have. The Online Creatives didn't just do as we wanted, but studied our industry and came up with great ideas of their own on how to market our services. They created videos instead of just using still images, with clean design that matches our style. They reinvigorated our branding and now we have a site that we are excited to promote! Great Job!

The Online Creatives recently designed a website for my Equine Bowen Therapy business. Online Creatives were exceptionally helpful at guiding me in what was required and how to provide it. I had no idea about how to set up a website and O. C made this process really straightforward, and took care of everything very efficiently. Online Creatives were available at any time to answer questions and to provide feedback and for me to also make minor changes and tweaks until I felt I had my perfect website! No request was too much and no question left unanswered, Online Creatives were totally accessible and I felt they were as passionate as me about creating my website. O. C's had lots of original ideas and I trusted their judgement on all aspects of site design.
