The Opus by Omniyat, designed by Zaha Hadid

The Opus was envisioned and designed in its entirety by architectural legend, Dame Zaha Hadid. From exterior to interior, each detail is a powerful testament of her unique aesthetics and vision of the future.

It’s a rather dazzling building thanks to its shape and very beautiful interior and its spacious and clean offices.

The prayer room are at the basement nearby the loading/parking/garbage area.
This is how it looks before you enter the female prayer room and inside you’ll find some garbage and cockroaches roaming around and weird smell.
Very bad experience

A building worth visiting. The interior hall is a village of technique and beauty. Amazing.

Loud music at night from the bar located in hotel. Super cold hotel, no energy and unprofessional service overall

A must "see" for any archi traveller in my opinion. A work of art and engineering. Beautiful.

What kind of impression did it make? Its shape is unusual and very complex. It's artificial in the sense of non-organic. It's conceptual and futuristic. Truly masterpiece in terms of engineering. The shape and form still made impact - beauty and tech combined in a man made futuristic vision.

The interior design is very much worth a visit too.

I like the design and all, but it lacks functionality. And Cleanliness is not maintained often. That's very bad.

دبئی میں ویسے تو ایک سے بڑھ کر ایک جگہ موجود ہے،لیکن اگر آپ نے کچھ ایسا دیکھنا ہو جس کو دیکھ کر آپکو لگے کہ آپ مستقبل قریب میں پہنچ گئے ہیں تو آپ دی اوپس بائے اومنیات کا وزٹ کر لیں آپکو یہی لگے گا کہ شاید آپ ٹائم ٹریول کر کے فیوچر میں پہنچ گئے ہیں۔اوپس کے اندر داخل ہوتے ہی آپکو ایک فیوچرسٹک خلائی جہاز کا گمان ہوتا ہے۔اسکا انٹیریئر ،لائٹنگ اور لابی میں چلتا ہوا میوزک آپکو حیران کر دیتا ہے اور آپ اس سارے تجربے میں مسحور ہو جاتے ہیں۔

Staff is very rude. I was not allowed to use the prayer room even though I had a meeting there and consumed at their lounge. Very arrogant staff at the reception.

Has two tower which include Me hotel, Roka, Inayah TPA, National life and general insurance company and more.

Fabulous building an architectural wonder infact. Located in the heart of the business district. Has both hotel, office & apartments. A definite visit if ur an architectal buff.

Office's are beautiful but the management is lost. The washrooms are horrible they have no staff to clean or they are under-staffed. I stayed in the hotel one night which was very clean and nice but the price was not worth it

They don’t clean the common areas, it smells horrible inside the toilets. It’s just beautiful from the outside. Just the hotel is well maintained

Beautiful building with excellent location in business bay district. Valet parking terrible!

The place was lit. It was just the dj who wasn’t play songs the customers wanted. There was was one apple certified musician but wasn’t allowed to play his music or perform it I don’t what the dj had in mind but but shame on him

Amazing architecture with great staff to complement the building.
The office side of the building sometimes feels quite warm and humid in the corridors, however once you inform the security, he quickly ensures that it’s corrected and attended to by the maintenance staff.

If u love aesthetic design, this is MUST visit place and enjoy the cake named zaha Hadid at lobby floor. Worth it!

The design aspect is ok though not excellent, persons at the reseption are not very friendly they do not welcome the guest with a smile

The best architecture by the amazing architect Zahha Hadid. The outside and the inside are like a beautiful memorial to Zahha.

One of those projects that are a must to see. I was visiting it during many stages of the development, it is an amazing tower!

I love this place because this tower having multipul choices, for example retail, hotels, night club, swimming pool, residences, gym, bars, and much more.
