The One and Only Royal Mirage is Dubai's classic true Gem, classy and elegant. Its decor i consider one of the best, has beautifully manicured gardens for those who fancy walks. A great Big Thank you to all staff, masseuse and managers for making Al Jalilia private party a great success and making our day!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. We requested a late checkout, and they were totally on board. We called the day before checkout to confirm the late checkout, they said yes no problem. The day of check out, at 4 pm, they hit us with a call that we needed to pay $1700 for the late checkout. I would highly suggest not staying at this hotel. Overall the grounds are fantastic, but the restaurants are not great, and the service is horrible. I think in my opinion, the most important thing about a stay on a vacation is food and service. This hotel lacks it.

I ordered Classic Tiramisu. The bowl was smelly & it wasn’t quite clean. After eating it, I got stomachache.

Have stayed at this hotel many times, absolutely stunning place. Must stay I loved how the hotel was 12 years ago. It has changed it's characteristics- please do not develop anymore. Still love this place, service is impeccable, location is brilliant and best of all you can't beat the interior. One of the best hotels on Jumeirah beach! I was here for business doing bridal makeup.

Probably the friendliest and most helpful staff of all time. A bit overpriced for food and drinks (a £16 bottle cost us £75 in the hotel) but apart from that 10/10

What an amazing sight when you drive up to the entrance, the gold camels and their riders. If you don't want to check in for the evening you can have as much fun and a relaxing time at the lounge having afternoon tea and play a round of card with friends.

It is a good hotel, but I would say nothing extra ordinary, same as every other 5 star. Very quiet (not sure if it due to covid, or it is always like this), if you have children who always on the move you have to look for alternate activities.
Hotel has a good access to the palm monorail or tram (just across the street) so if you are in mood for a bit of adventure it has a best spot.
Beach is average, with all buildings coming upwards it has been left with a little ocean in the corner.

Nice location, beautiful place, this is the one located at the Marina. Attended the world classy musical instrumental event at the ballroom, which was entertaining.

One of the best hotels in town. We had cooperate Suhoor event in the ballroom of the Palace Wing of the hotel. The decor and ambience was very good. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful, a rarity I've seen in 5 Star buffet arrangement. Unfortunately, the food was not that great. Maybe our organizers didn't pick the right items. Overall a very good experience. BTW the valet wait was also not that long.

This Palace brings you back into the Islamic Golden Age. The decor is sensational and the service is stunning!

Des ultimative, exclusivste Hotel in Dubai (es braucht dafür nicht 7-Sterne). Dafür ist es persönlich, herzlich und hat viel Scharm.
Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man ein spezielles, excellentes und aussergewöhnliches Hotel sucht.

Great hotel, awesome restaraunts and facilities.
Dubai is just a great destination overall.
