So much choice. For adults down to little people. The care and attention given is what you would expect but more so.
Lovely little touches everywhere.
If you are stuck for dinner choice, we’ll go here. Everyone will be happy with something.

Amazing buffet restaurant in Juneirah AL Nassem hotel. The food variety is probably one of the best in dubai. The views and location is excellent. Service needs some improvement. They charge are lot of money and then end up charging you for tea which is a shame.

Beautiful ambience overlooking colorful burj Al Arab view and food is super delicious with variety of dishes.

Kitchen closes too early and that's so bad with such good weather. Dubai is known for late night stays, and the place closes by 10pm.

The place is really nice, clean, beautiful, inspiring and with very delicious food. The breakfast buffet is super, so many choices and a selection of food, fruits, cuts, drinks, I could say it's over-filled, but who will complain about this:) Chef, please accept my delights and admiration, it's really good

Special attention that you receive from staff gives one very warm feelings. They are all nice, kind, attentive and do jobs with care and heart.

Great atmosphere for a quiet dinner. Very spacious and welcoming. Friendly staff. A very impressive buffet with regional themes that taste good. Their continental selection of bread and pastries were really great. Would highly recommend for an office dinner or lunch, if your company is footing the bill:)

Im so glad that i visited this restaurant, i was devasted when i was told it was fully booked but thankfully i was able to contact Mr. Emad the wonderful server and he told me he'd work through it for my family and i to have an amazing iftar. Eventually we were able to get a table. Also id like to point out the delecious
food. I defenitley plan on visiting this fantastic restaurant again. I Highly suggest it.

In my opinion, this is the best buffet type restaurant you can find. Always excellent food and what amazing service! You forget it’s a buffet. I don’t know how the stuff can even remember our names! We are always made feel welcome and like a family. Thank you, Emad for being so kind to us.

Loved the place amazing cuisine and service especially waiter Emad he greeted my family properly with upmost respect and care with excellent service, overall the restaurant was beautiful and a wonderful experience highly recommended it.

The palmery has always been one of our favorite places. But their ramadan buffet this year has been truly spectacular. Every single food item, every detail was perfect. The staff were friendly n professional n on point (mauyree was super delightful). The ambiance was lively but charming n chilled. Everything was perfect. Other places should take note.

It was nice Iftar and service in the restaurant and special thanks for the hospitality of Emad, Mahendra, Tauseef and chef Ahmed.

I love this place it was fancy and nice and the food is amazing, fantastic and the waitress are so nice especially Mr. Emad was very helpful and nice. There’s even a kid’s station, donuts, marshmallow and you can can dip strawberries in chocolate I love it️️️️.

Located outside the Madinat Jumeirah Shopping area and overlooking the Burj Al Arab hotel, The Palmery is the perfect location for an outdoor dinner (and not only).

Absolutely first class buffet dining for families. The views of the Burj Al Arab are enchanting, as is the general ambiance of the Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel and it's outdoor areas.
Food is of a high quality and truly international: Pasta dishes made-to-order, delicious Indian and Arabic cuisine; Fresh fruits and vegetables, soups, seafood etc. Desserts are a real highlight. Only things missing are live music and the possibility of a juice bar where one can ask for fresh juices on demand.
One little minus is that the general area is not particularly wheelchair friendly or easy for those who have difficulty walking; they are bound to indoor seating mainly.

Food great. Service good. Will visit soon again. Do recommend if you love tasty and fresh food then its a must go place.

Due to covid there is no longer buffet just a la carte but this is actually better as the buffet queues were long.

Sadly another casualty of COVID seems to be the lack of efficient or polite staff across the rest of the resort (I’ve found mainly at the managerial level).

But today our breakfast was enjoyable due to the efforts of our waiter Thomas. Earlier in the week Praveen was equally charming. It’s lovely conscientious staff like Thomas that make up for the other issues. He’s tended to our every need with a smile and courtesy. He didn’t understand why we’d asked repeatedly for children’s cutlery every day and not received it. He brought it immediately without being prompted.

Food is lovely and nice options, they tailor to your tastes.

If you visit here don’t wait at the main entrance as instructed - check in from the pool steps.

Tried and tested - you can be left checked in at the main entrance while staff say there are no tables and while you wait someone can rock up poolside and take a table immediately. Just infuriating.

Jumeirah Group always is the best,
We got our break fast in August 2020, regularly it is buffet but because of corona virus it in served in table and you can order what you want.
Their service was great especially the restaurant was full with people.

The concept of English style breakfast is much better than buffet. It was very nice to see that they kept separate colleagues to sanitise the table and chairs. My friend Aswini and his team was remarkable. Thank you.

The buffet choices are very limited and can be improved especially because it seems busy but the service is world-class and the views are spectacular.

Very nice location but not the best in the Madinat Jumeirah complex regarding foud. Service needs to improve and food is often cold.

Ambience is dull, looks old. Service is OK.
Buffet is limited, not worth using as part of jumaira dine around.

We came here with our kids and absolutely loved it! It's always difficult to find a buffet lunch on Friday which isn't boozy a brunch and is suitable for families, but this place is great!

Enjoyed a delectable buffet dinner at this eatery. The buffet was varied and it was definitely worth the money.
Staff was friendly and the ambience was cosy and peacful.

A friend and I were here for a Friday evening buffet with a variety of delicious salads, appetizers, and entrees from around the world, including Arabic, Japanese (sushi and sashimi), Chinese, Indian, and Italian. There also are stations for fruits, breads, and cheeses. The desserts also were wonderful and were primarily in the American and European traditions of tartes, cheesecakes, creme brulee, and so forth. There is a nice alcoholic drink menu for those who want that with the meal.

We were there in the middle of brutal summer heat so everyone was seated inside, but there is a lovely outdoor section with lots of greenery for dining in the cooler season.

Servers were attentive and polite, and we didnt feel rushed even though we were there for 4 hours chatting and eating slowly.

The atmosphere is unfussy upscale casual so it's suitable for families with young children and for dates.

Valet parking at the hotel is free with the restaurant's validation.

They gave me a 20% discount off the bill for using a Visa card.

The first time for me at this restaurant, I believe it is worth to come again. Staff are friendly and smiles of hospitality with full anx in time serving as they are shows their high quality if services. Variety of foods that is suitable for all tastes, chefs are experts of what they offers for guests

The Palmery is a full day dining restaurant at Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel. Great service, good food and beautiful interior with amazing view of Burj Al Arab hotel (when you dine on the terrace). Perfect place for the family and when you have friends in town!
