Very bad experience. I called them and arranged to have a Bow on my Vehicles cost: 350 dhs.and they confirmed the availability of the size that I requested!
But after I reached there, they informed me that the size I want is out of stock and needs 2 weeks to order from abroad and the available size is triple the price which is 850 dhs!

Even their owner doesn't have the attitude of how to solve their mistake and she acted carelessly!

Ballons were pretty and good quality, however, the customer service I have experienced was just a horror which I have never had in my life.

I have ordered balloons arrangements for the special surprise celebration.

Firstly, no one called upon delivery - there were a few confusions with assembling it, which can be easily resolved by a simple phone conversation. No one called and clarify which was necessary.

Secondly, when I spoke to the representative over the phone later, the person started to shout and was extremely impolite. And as I figure out later it was the owner of the company Natalie.

Thirdly, 1 balloon was broken during the assembling which is an unfortunate situation and can be understood. However, they did not have a replacement of 1 broken letter and just fixed the hole with tape (which is a shame for the arrangement for 900 AED).
No one called even to apologize and offer any solution.

When I called Natalie myself to tell that we cannot accept it, she mentioned that there is no replacement of the letter and they can only redo the whole word which changes the sense of special arrangement,

I argued with Natalie about that for about 5 min and asked why the communication and set up was so poor. She mentioned that usually with another customer they do it differently, which does not really make sense as everyone is different and has to be treated according to the situation. I mentioned also that it is essential and common sense to offer the solution. Natalie said literary ' I have no common sense and I will take balloons and refund your money"

How is that to hear it from the main person in the company guiding the agency which makes special arrangements for the special events?

After that was said, Natalie hangs up the phone. I called back a few times and she did not even have the courtesy to pick up the call for the respected customer.

I expect apologies and compensation for the attitude and not professionally delivered job.

Excellent team and one of the best customer service experiences i have encountered in the gift space. The owner and team really went over and beyond to deliver a huge surprise to my girlfriend on our special anniversary occasion. I hope they expand their product line of balloons though to be come a complete and Perfect Gift store and beat out the other balloon stores at their own game.

I came across this place while trying to set up a birthday party for my baby girl. They transformed our living room and set up a great display complete with balloons, flowers and also the birthday cake and desserts. Our daughter was super happy and the party went swimmingly, great job to the team!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I received this gift from my fiancee - very elegantly wrapped in a beautiful presentation! The roses very fresh and big! I was not home at the time the delivery man went there, so he called me and gave me the option to come back or to deliver it to me wherever I am! Ordered a 3D cake for baby shower with gender reveal cupcakes, very pleased with the cakes and speedy service.

Disappointing, unacceptable first and last experience with this company. I paid 550 AED, or $200 Canadian dollars for a cake to be delivered on a Friday to my brother's 1st anniversary party for the family business, which I could not attend from Toronto. This cake was my way of being part of the celebrations. Imagine my disappointment now when I received a note saying the cake had been delivered, but a day later, still no word from my brother and family in Dubai. In short - the cake had been delivered - saying it was from him, to him, with none of my personalized message attached. Moreover, the company called me and woke me up at at 4: 30am to confirm details of the order - which I was happy to give. But all of this only to have the cake show up with no recipient message attached, and to be told that the driver 'lost it' on the way and 'was confused by the question' of who it was from. Completely unacceptable. What an absolute waste of time and money.
