Unreliable! I booked an appointment and on the day/time of the appointment they just didn't show up! Nor they answered any of my messages and calls!

I booked an appointment 1 week in advance. On the day of the appointment, they don’t respond, no answer to the calls & messages. You are left waiting & wondering on what went wrong. No decency to inform the Customer, forget about being on time.
