Just now I visit the the store for pickup but I feel guilty when the black guy misbehaved with me.i ask for the order but he show me bad attitude.very bad service must teach staff how to face people. I visit just now in aswaq pet shop.

Pet Shop has been my place to take my baby girl for her dietary and grooming requirements every month. It may cost you premium but is worth every dirham. My cat is my family and deserves the best.

You can buy all kind of pets products and including medicines located in inside aswaq al wasal

Very poor supply chain planning. It’s difficult to find the same products and you have to look for Al alternative

Asked for discount for a very costly item because of clear signs of usage and wear and tear - answer: take it or leave …

Bought a k9 harness from here. A little pricey and no big dental bones for dogs but has everything else

My dog had a very bad experience recently. Their grooming was terrible. My dog looked as if he had been abused. With pink skin seen in patches. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience, lazy staff, there are no visible prices for more than half of the products. Customer service equally bad and careless.

Easy to find. If you will go thru front store make sure not to miss the service lane right after the traffic lights. There is also way at the back. Both ways will have entrances to their free parking.

The Grooming service is very professional.
Michelle, the Groomer did a great job. From his way of working we can understand how experienced he us. Very patient. Nice person. Was very patient with my cat. Will visit again. So happy and satisfied with their service. They have a BIG shop. Lot of varieties available. I was stunned. Well done Guys. Kudos.

Great place and i was satisfied about what i was looking to have, but prices are a bit high which i can say still is good option

Terrible experience! I have placed an order 2 days ago online (the website promises same day delivery) and after 3 rescheduled deliveries they still haven’t delivered! The customer care is utterly incompetent and unprofessional. The website is a nightmare to work with. Will never order from you again! Disappointed!

It is at a great reachable location. I am a regular customer. We buy things for our cats & birds from here. They have most of the products available here, though a little less compared to the DIP mega-showroom location. We do place online orders too. Very friendly and approachable staff, they assist in choosing the right products.

Ms. Patience elevated our shopping experience with The Petshop to extremely pleasant and happy. She was very thorough in her support for missing accessories to a Trixie Trolley item we paid for and left at the shop pending finding the missing accessories.

She was also very pleasant and supportive and very proactive in messaging us the very first thing the next morning to update us on the status of the accessories.

Such pro-activeness is difficult to find and she is a thorough and capable sales person who deserves all the appreciation possible.

Thank you very much for making our shopping experience so smooth, wonderful and pleasant even at times of concern and every time we've seen you there!

Hands down the best pet supplies store in Dubai. They always have what I need in stock and the delivery through Instashop is always on time. Highly recommended!

Very helpful staff members. I walked in there confused about what to get for small kittens and came out with everything I need to start making home for them. They were very helpful and know their stuff. But the price was a bit on the high side.

Hey. I would like to know if you had supplies for baby bunnies since mine is too small and I couldnt find supplies good enough.

I have a serious appreciation for the staff that work here, they are so helpful and friendly. I always take my dog with me when I head to pet shops and the staff are always so sweet to her and she loves visiting them.
The groomers are great and talk/sing to the dogs to keep them calm - especially with my dog who is a major scaredy cat!

We ordered a dog sling for our new puppy & on the first use the strap snapped (he weights less than 1kg. Luckily I felt it sliding & my puppy didn't fall to the ground. I messaged the shop & they said they would check my order & get back to me. It took 1/5 hrs for them to reply & say they would send a replacement. Why would I want a replacement if there was a possibility that the same thing could happen again! Appalling customer service!

Slightly pricey but still worth it because of the service and support they offer. They cater to 90% of all things thats required for your pet.

1) Refund process is worse.
2) Refund in form of gift voucher.
3) expensive compare to other pet shops.

Im sorry for the 3 star im just here to ask if you guys have baby bunnies like maybe 4 months old since im trying to find a store close to him and if you do have bunnies are they lion heads? Can you answer me fast

The attitude of the person selling me guppies was, "wrap it up, don't ask too many questions, hurry up select which fish you want" and when I selected two guppys, he put in a wrong one and then resisted in changing for what I wanted. He gave me a statement when I complained that this is a wrong one "sirrrrrr, this has changed its color due to stress and when it will relax it will become black again. And sirrrrr, no exchange or return of life stock! ".
Petshop is a good store, but the Aswaaq branch needs better staff such as the shiekh zayed br. I'm never going here again.

Bought online Padovan - NaturalMix Parrocchetti (4.5kg), was bad quality.pets are also living things & deserve better food.

I have taken my furry Persian baby for the first time for grooming at the pet shop al Wasl branch, we highly recommend this place as trustworthy and skilled professionals. Mr Jason the groomer took his time patiently grooming my fur to the perfection that we were impressed with his skills. Even the store is one stop for all your pet needs.

Nice petshop with small but good range of items. Downside is the staff stand in a group (probably more than 5 girls) at the front of shop and seem more interested in gossip and tsimis than helping customers which makes it a bit off putting. There were quite a few customers in the shop but only one member of staff seemed to be attempting to help them. Even if I say I'm browsing, it would still be helpful to have a member of staff close by if I have a question.

This pet supplies store has almost everything you need. Many great brands are available, which are not only for one kind of pet but for a variety.

Very expensive store. In UK everyone knows that Lilys Kitchen is a bad food full of false information on the label. They actually put huge amout of artificial flavours and a very small amount of meat. The pet shop advertises it as its something so good and pricing it very expensive. Their grooming is another story. Again its way overpriced for wt they are doing putting my dog on a small dirty table trying to shave its hair completly. The way they are grooming i could have done it myself. I called the store but nobody seems to care. We paid the full price thinking it will be a good experince. Total waste of my money. My poor dog was very silent sitting in the room after that wanabe spa session. Never again.
