My rate 5 stars for my parrot which she's with them more than 10 years now and they're great and the best although the price a bit high, but still there work amazing.
For my dog sorry no star I don't like there work at all. They took my maltees dog and shave it zero from head to tail no any efforts to make shape or design ear or tail nothing.

It’s amazing and very friendly staff all the products are available very good and experience groomers you must take your pets for grooming

Hi I just want to tell everyon that my dog was very bad conditio even vet didn’t treat him well then I visit to the pet spa and I meet abdul lateef he it’s amazing person very good exprince and his the one treat my dog now thank god my dog doing good thanks to abdul lateef and the pet spa

Nice place, staffs are very friendly and accommodating, place is big not cramped as other stores.

This is the most convenient pet spa near my location and relatively cheap compared to others.and they were able to pacify my aggressive cat.

Had a grooming here for my furbaby. Everything went smoothly from booking the appointment til the end. Their staff are very accommodating and attentive. Highly recommended for furparents.

PET SPA is the Best i can recommend and pure professionals attitute of all the staffs there in handling the clients. If you wish to feed your Pet whether DOG or CAT. THE BEST BRAND i would recommend is HAPPY CAT HAPPY DOG. They just have ammazing many flavours and varieties in food! If we cannot eat everyday the same food why should our CATS & DOGS eat the same everyday surely they will feel Bored! And again its German Brand and manufactured in Germany under high standards & then exported to all countries. I LOVE HAPPY CAT & HAPPY DOG ONLY

The owner of the Pet Spa spoke to me and investigated the matter. The staff involved was warned and I was offered a free grooming service which I availed yesterday. This time the service was satisfactory and the owner assured me that the service quality will be best in future too. I thank the owner for the her courtesy and the offer. However, the issue of price is also explained to me. There was an offer on Sundays for discounted price of 147 which I had availed previously and the full price was was 173. So, the increase was about 17% and not 30% as mentioned in my previous posting. The full grooming price is AED 210 currently. They offer discounts now on Wednesdays.

Hi everyone, I used to deal with pet spa since I got my dog five years ago I have one dog and two cats but today i booked appointment for my dog grooming and shower for occasion we have, first they mixed the appointment with tomorrow and when I clarified this they sent my dog back saying my dog is not fully vaccinated and they want to vaccinate him in the shop or he is not allowed (his last vacation was feb 2021) which is definitely not expired.
If this how they treat loyal customer anyone should
Think twice before trusting them with their pets (even during lockdown and every one was scared from infection I kept going to help them not to lose business)

It's a lovely pet store. The staff are kind and have been working for years. It's a business owned by an Emirati family and they take care of their staff, as the same staff has been working for them for a decade. The business was started by Mohammed who was a fine young man and left the world too early (God bless his soul). My daughter loved going there to pet their dogs as a toddler and she still loves going there at 12.

Two white kittens (one of them with odd eyes and another blue eys) looking for forever home! Blue eyed kitten seems not well, my place is full with 10 rescue cats and 2 dogs, cant take anymore.
Hope someone comes up to adapt 2 kittens together and offer the health support!
