I went to the Bally location of this courier. The agent was very courteous and helpful. The price is also very reasonable. Just a suggestion, they should also sell some packaging materials so that when customers can find them in the store rather than going back to Bally Bally Bazaar

Great guys, good service, proper plan given with prediction of delivery, nice staff, responsive and clear thought process to make customer understand

Negative rating if possible, very unprofessional, my item was missed and customer care were very carless, chilled and rude.
Pay a little bit extra and go for well known companies, dhl, aramex.etc

This service dosent deserve a single dirham, wondering how theyr still operating after all these negative reviews.

Worst courier company they don't answer calls and delaying the COD money. Not recommended send by this company. Such stupit peoples are working here and all Malabari staff need change. They don't respond calls and they don't want to return money.

Realy this company chose wrong company name it should to be unprofessional courier, it is the most worst company i see in my life, i'm ruing for my item to got it since 5 days but they can't delver it and this affect our business, it is better to deal with real company not 4 guys with 4 cars.

If possible would've give this company a 0 star rating. One of the worst courier services ever. They are super rude and have one of the worst services. In addition to that they always try and sneak in extra fees such as "admin fees", "convenience fees" etc.

The worst company of all the time, not professional at all they came without appointment the ring the door bell and when no one answer him he open the door and inter the house, i called there manager his name is sharf and he did nothing at all.they are punch of unprofessional thiefs.

We have initiated a courier for birthday gift and not yet reached destination even after birthday.

When i call them to their Dubai office for getting back my parcel.they dont know where is has kept.

More over who ever picking up my call talking to me in Dubai office very rudely as like i have done something wrong.

0 stars (if I could) for the unprofessional staff and lack of clarity in the agreements.

Nowshad is rude and has no manners when it comes to talking to business clients.
Abraham lacks clarity when it comes drafting agreements for opening a business account.
They don't know how to deal with start up e-commerce clients.
If you're are looking for a shipment partner, stay away from this company.

Truly horrible experience with this company.

Unfortunately there's no minus rating if not would have happily given them -10. Rude staff, Unprofessional couriers, unapologetic and has the audacity to shout when enquiring about a parcel pending for delivery since 10 days. Playing ping pong, giving each others numbers. Wasted time and money.

I got a call from the tele executive& he told me about the courier arrival.
I said I'm working in Dubai Industrial City, he gave his phone to Mr. Abraham (claiming as Manager) - he said there is no service in this area.
I told him it was good if this was informed in India during booking the courier because it's my work address where I will be available here in day time.

According to Mr. Abraham, the address mentioned was only PO Box & nothing else, so how can the Indian team know where in Dubai.
I repeatedly asked him " ARE YOU SURE ONLY PO BOX IS MENTIONED? " Mr. Abraham claimed YES.
Mr. Abraham went on top of his tone, fine I will send this courier back to India if you can’t provide the substitute address.

Later on my call was handled by the tele-executive.
I asked the tele-executive can you please read the address mentioned. He said COMPLETE ADDRESS.
THE TELE-EXECUTIVE COULD READ THE COMPLETE ADDRESS WHEREAS MR. ABRAHAM FOUND ONLY PO BOX FROM THE ADDRESS
I told please pass the phone to Mr. Abraham & informed Mr. Abraham - it is mentioned Dubai Industrial City in the parcel.
MR ABRAHAM SHUT THE CALL BEFORE CONCLUDING THE CONVERSATION

I have decided & informed my clients not to use this service – so that not to get into any mess.

VERY RUDE DELIVERY PERSONS. WE HAVE TO SEND OUR PERSONS TO COLLECT OUR COURIER FROM ROAD SIDE. THEY ARE SAYING THEY DONT HAVE MONEY TO PUT PARKING. WE NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPERIENCE IN LIFE.

They lie about not being able to reach clients and blame everyone else. Mr Abraham doesn't reply to messages and when you do get hold of him he only has excuses. He's hung the phone up on me mid conversation. Disgusting and rude service. Would not recommend this at all to anyone ever. There is nothing professional about "professional couriers"
