The Regal Tower

Do not hire a place from here, terrible management, there is no single time that all the lifts work,

Its in business bay so traffic is a hassle. But otherwise the building is beautiful and well maintained.

Regal Tower deserves nothing short of a five-star rating. My experience surpassed all expectations, from the impeccably maintained facilities to the attentive and professional staff. The ambiance is both welcoming and sophisticated, creating a delightful atmosphere. The management's commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the Tower's operations. Without a doubt, Regal Tower stands as a shining example of top-tier hospitality, earning my highest recommendation.

The new maintenance company they have specially the engineer Mazar has attitude and does not understand the importance of time. I can see Regal Tower suffering because of people like him and his company. Appalling services from Regal Tower. Really pathetic!

The public toilet in the 5th floor is stink and dirty, in addition no tissues available in it.

Nice building. But area is always crowdy and finding car parking is always an issue. Paid car parking is mostly a solution

Regal Tower is one of the worst building I have ever seen in my life.

1.the biggest issue is traffic and traffic start from inside the building and You will struck inside the building, and it will take 2 hours to get out of the building

1.if you are coming with car there is no direct way to enter in the building you need to take U trun form the signal then again you need to take U turn and then you need to right minimum you need 15 minutes for this.

2.they have only 7 lifts in which always 3 lifts are not working.

3.common washrooms are untidy, and always bad smell is there and no issues available also

4.no tissues available in the mosque / prayer room.

Lifts are not organized. It's fast but not in a proper synchronization with each lifts.

Went for an interview my opening for a company but no job vacancy there just gave resume to companies inside

The building is ok, and the shops around are fine too. The worst thing about the building is trying to leave it during rush hour. After 5pm for about 2 hours it takes you an hour just to exit the parking because of the leaving work traffic. Would not recommend because of this reason.
2 elevators have been down for days now and wait times are crazy (you almost never are able to take the first one, have to wait for a third or fourth to stop) & everyone thinks it is perfectly ok to shove themselves in and overcrowd.

Regal Tower is one of the buildings located next to Business Bay Metro Station and it’s walkable distance,

This Building has a special connection for me as our Corporate Office is operating here.:)

Very bad facility management specially the Nepal security guy at the entrance have zero customer service and very bad attitude. Considering Regal tower located at one of the most luxurious business hub in dubai the building management must look after the team and focus for hiring the right staff with costumer service skills.

Regal Tower, in Business Bay Dubai, paid parking for visitors is available. Very nice clean building.
