Had meeting very often there, valet parking staff are very helpful, specially bishnu he is very efficient and helpful, thank you.

Ritz Carlton is a great hotel conveniently located in the Dubai International Financial Center and very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Our room was spacious with city view. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. I highly recommend staying in Ritz Carlton if you are visiting for business reasons and want to stay in the area

Very nice hotel with large and clean rooms. Has several restaurants and bars /cafés, so variety is definitely there. It's located in the DIFC which everything easier for business travelers with a connection to the DIFC

It was awesome place, it's in heart of the city. The view is awesome. It's very close to all the places. It's located in shk Zayed road.

It's already almost two months past from the time the Ritz Carlton in DIFC set me up. I am still in the same problem because of them for 2 months already. Because the hotel can not make a simple request. My Personal point of view but if you are willing to pay $200 - $300+ for a nice hotel and a good service you are in the wrong place based not only on my experience. This is a 0 service hotel. I am facing huge problems because of the unprofessionalism from their side in simple things. They don't care about anything from my point of view they don't even bother to reply to my comments, the same way they didn't bother to help me in my small query I am saying they're replying only to positive comments and it seems that they don't care in which situations are people got because of their 0 services. I am not forcing anyone not to stop in this hotel I am just sharing my awful and very very very bad experience by the end of the day the call is yours, But if you will ask me they didn't bother to reply to me here, why they will bother to provide you a service.

We all know how good this brand is in all locations, rooms and breakfast food was very good BUT what was the beautiful difference in our stay was the staff! So congratulation to the managers and special thanks to Satava and Jiryes, for their dedicated, kind and professional attention, you are the people we always want to find in all accommodations, thanks for making our stay in Dubai even more memorable.

Great hotel with so many nice places to hang out. Nicely located at DIFC wherein one can find world class dinning restaurants. You name the cuisine n its there.

We attended the new year event at the cafe belge and I cant recommend my dear Geetika enough. She was a star and so helpful and attentive. First class service even while under pressure during new year. She deserves this review especially for her. Well done! Great staff.

A disappointingly low quality Ritz, which resembles a Sheraton more than a St Regis. Rooms are dated, our sinks clogged and shower head spraying in multiple directions. There is no option to play Netflix from your device (something even the aLoft hotel has!) and the night stands have docks that feature 16 pin Apple devices, which expired in like 2008. What is worst, is there are close to no benefits at all as a Platinum or Titanium guest.it makes it pretty much pointless to stay at the hotel. Lounge access and cocktail hours are all chargeable, as well as breakfast unless your rate explicitly states it. In a city like Dubai that is quick to tout its luxury hotels, this property falls massively short. Disappointing. Not Ritz level.

Pay attention to how companies treat their employees during this time.
It speaks VOLUMES to their core ethics.

Of course! This is such an amazing place known for its luxury. The concierge team is exceptional especially I met Mr prakash from the lobby and he was a smart proactive chapter to help me!

Visit the executive lounge quite beautiful and attractive. Try the in room dining continental breakfast which is great! Highly recommend to everyone!

This place is beautiful and Elegant. It's good for Business travelers or those who are looking for a great place to host thier meetings. Try to reserve the Club access rooms since you won't have to pay for food for your entire stay. If you don't like the fancy restaurants here you can always walk to the Food court in the adjacent building.

Upmarket hotel located in the heart of the city. Excellent for events and banquets. It is a regular spot for corporate events.

Service went down from being excellent to mot acceptable. I booked an executive suite and been changed to delixe room when i changed the date. I am spg member and the did not mean anything to them.

You get a great service in line with the brand. Went there for a conference. The catering was exceptionally good, the coffee shop also very pleasant, while the prices are obviously not for the faint-hearted!
