I worked with Kevin as a manager and his team. The team is professional and diligent, and the price was reasonable and better than I found in other shops.

Kevin was able to accommodate my request for powder coating the metal structure to change its color, and the result is good.

There were some minor delays because of wrong measurements taken, but the communication on it was smooth, and I enjoyed the service.

The showroom is also great, where you can see everything in action and explore different add-ons.

The lead time was also better than other competitors.

I am already a customer and I needed to have some wind damage repaired as well as purchase two new umbrellas. I contacted the team via WhatsApp and not only did we seamlessly arrange the repair but we also were advised on which umbrella to purchase for our particular conditions. The process was amazing, including video demonstrations of the proposed options. I am so happy with all the team who dealt with me and in particular George who led the interaction and the process. The beautifully repaired and the new umbrellas were successfully installed yesterday and demonstrations on how to operate them were given.

I contacted shading company by whatsapp at night as I needed an umbrella shade quite urgently for the balcony. Stephen responded to me and was very helpful in suggesting which type of shade will be best for me.delivery was done at 11am the following day and installed by Jitu. He also taught me how to operate the shade. Everything was done effectively and promptly and I am so satisfied with my purchase!
