I celebrated my 31st here with my friends unexpectedly and it was amazing.
The food is delectable and one of the best steak I have had.

I would like to express my full satisfaction about the restaurant, it is one of the best when it comes to everything.

This can’t be fully satisfied without the friendly and professional staff, very big special shout for Asma and Hafeez for their sincere, professional and exceptional service.
The Talk Restaurant is really lucky to have them among the full staff, keep going guys you are doing a phenomenal job.

Everything is great in the pool, there was rubbing water, always free and clean towels, they gave me a cake for my birthday

The Talk restaurant at Mövenpick JBR in Dubai serves an exceptional international buffet. Gopi, the restaurant manager, provides outstanding service, making the experience memorable. The diverse menu and top-quality food ensure a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended.

The food is so so but the main challenge is the cleanliness of the place. The floor is has grease all over it. I slipped on it, could have been very bad was able to save myself. The plates and glasses had stains.
The food taste was not that good.

Went for a Saturday brunch and had a great time. It’s family brunch so they had many things ready for the kids like playground, bouncing castle and kids food station. Staff was super nice. We were served by Rabih, Danish, Zin, Nadun and Terrill. They were professional and very friendly. Choice of food was endless and super delicious. Lots of fresh seafood options. Live music was great as well

This restaurant is a part of Hotel Movenpick, JBR. It serves intercontinental food. The restaurant is on the second floor of the hotel. The quality and taste of food is good. Most of the Chefs are from Srilanka, middle east and India. The services are good. The staff is well trained and courteous.

We had our lunch with my husband and my kid. The ambiance of the place is fancy as well with the services the waitress Mirabel, Laxmi, Jenny, Irene, Bristi, Wai, Zin and Nyein they are so friendly and the food is amazing! You gave us outstanding all over! Thankyousomuch!

Really good Iftar experience. This is in line with a 5 stars hotel. The food was tasty from starter to desert. Great choices.

Very bad buffet, food variety is too little, service was terrible, meat in the BBQ was not cooked well, very poor experience, I will never be there even for free

Had our dinner last friday and everything was a blast! Amazing foods! Tastyyy drinkkksss! And friendly staffs esp.the Mirabel who served us she’s so kind and approachable! ️

Very Friendly People but the Buffet is to be improved!
The sushi is very small with only rice and no protein!
Paella is not good …

I've been staying in this hotel for the past 6 days and as always the staff in this restaurant are very kind and very approachable.today, someone surpasses my expectation.the definition of going on extra mile.displaying kindness and concerns.
I was doing an event here in JBR and sure lack of sleep and long hours of work took toll in my immune system.i Got colds, after my Breakfast, i was in a hurry when Kaur greeted me.and she noticed im not that well offered to make Ginger tea for me, but i said i need to go, i ask if she could put it in takeout cup, she said they dont normaly do that but she went and get it for me.at first i was thinking it was flavored tea, ginger as she mentioned.to my surprise, i arrived in the site, i checked my tea, it was black tea, with fresh ginger, mint leaves and honey.that is why it took her a bit of time, she went to the kitchen to get it for me.she is amazing and i really did not expect that.thank you so much Kaur, i feel much better after drinking the tea.this gesture maybe small yet can make anyone extreme happy and grateful.kudos to the talk and all the staff.

**** Perfect Mutli-Cuisine Buffet ****
Went with my office colleagues for iftar.
Their buffet had a great variety of Arabian, Indian and Continental dishes that catered to everyone’s needs. The food was flavorful, outdoor seating is perfect too. Exceptional service by the staff. I will definitely return.

I went for Ramadan Iftar there and its was really great, food was well prepared, tasty and the staff were really professional. Thanks to Hazel for the excellent service.

Went there without high expectations. But what a good surprise! No fancy here but food is really good)

Ramadan Iftar has very limited selections with below average food quality, and very expensive comaring to the served options.

Unsanitary. Chefs not wearing gloves while cooking!

Very bad experience. The food was awful. They don’t refill the buffet unless you ask them. Some dishes were soaked in Salt and overcooked.

More than amazing, the bbq and seafood quality are unmatched, very very special service from Ankur and definitely the rest of the team.

We love it, Excellent food, great ambience. We had breakfast and dinner buffet, staff are friendly.

We had dinner today with arount seven of us. We really had amazing time. I would like to mention Cheris (Hostess aplogies for wrong spell), Laxmi the team leader & all the staff for their phenomenal hospitality. In food I loved the Pizza.see you guys soon

We came for open buffet on Friday and I had reservation before, then after I asked for the price they informed me the price 179dhs for 1 persone without alcohol (so using the Entertainer will be 1 and 1 free) and after we finished the bill came 300 and after asking why the price had changed the answer was because you are using the Entertainer the price will increase.
So they doesn't respect the entertainer policy! And they infrom the customer random prices!

Me and my family had iftar and here is my rating: Very helpful kind service they even specially ordered us french fries. Not much of food variety but good taste; fits different tastes. Maybe only increase the variety of fresh fruits and juices, seafood, sweets. Hot drinks were fantastic and great. Overall good experience but wouldn't really comeback again; however, if they worked on these stuff I would highly consider coming back because it was a very welcoming warming atmosphere.

I have seen many good reviews but not during Ramadan. I felt the food variety wasn't really good but the staff are helpful

I was so disappointed with the options. The buffet is definitely not up to par with the competitors. We went on a Saturday night. I literally went home and made dinner.
Don’t waste your money.

A glamorous dinner! A wonderful place to be specially on an evening. The dinner brunch was simply amazing. Very friendly staff who is willing to go the extra mile for customers. We went with kids and they asked for cherry cola it was not in their regular menu but they made it and gave the kids. Also we had a birthday and aksed if can get a small piece of cake with a candle they surprised us with a square cheese cake and the whole staff was singing happy birthday and was a real celebration!

Great brunch. Service and food excellent. Special thanks to Laxshmie, Keisha, and Mary, who were so attentive and friendly. It is an ideal setting for families and couples. We were suprised with a celebratory cake. Lovely afternoon. Thank you to all. Highly recommend.

Good brunch, well it would have been just another good brunch in Dubai if we wouldn’t have been served by Andrea, she made it a great experience. She really worked hard to keep us happy, engaged and went the extra mile if needed. During this “special” times for the hospitality industry we need more Andreas to keep the experience alive.

Good selection of breakfast and mostly healthy choices in the buffet. I'm glad that they have a section for cooking eggs and pan cake and waffle section in they buffet breakfast hours. The staff are really nice and professional especially Laxmi, Samirla, Chariza, Justine. Fascinating that they are good in remembering the guests' coffee and tea preferences.

It seem to have improved from our last visit or perhaps it's just that - consistently a hit or miss. We definitely enjoyed the food this time. The service is good too.

It's a good restaurant at the Walk at JBR. The buffet dinner was ok when you consider the low rates.

I would give 5 stars for the food, and also for the staff, especially for Kaur, wich is very nice all the time and very professional.

This was my second time here, sat at the bar this time on a semi busy Wed. Overall it was a good experience with excellent bread and oil and a delicious eggplant ricotta app to start. The cocktail was very good too but one of my pet peeves is not having prices for cocktails listed. Why is that allowed? We split a spicy shrimp pasta dish and arugula salad, prices about $23 and $11. Folks sitting at the bar were friendly as was the bartender although he bordered on too friendly. Then again that's better than a bartender who barely acknowledges you.

My first taste of Dubai restaurants and I was not disappointed. Thanks to M for the wonderful service.

Food was nice but sooo enpensive hahah.my boyz hd 2 pay 4 most of my food but still it was good.only go here if u got monee to spend like others in dubai hhaha

I have been there for iftar, Great buffet with many varieties (Mediterranean, Indian, Italian.etc) quality and taste is good, staff very friendly and polite, would like to thank saxmila for her great customer service

We have been here as a couple, with friends and family and all the time everybody is amazed by the service and quality of the food. Enough choice between meat and fish and lovely and tasty deserts. The price is good and during brunch there is some nice entertainment. Bouncing castle for children and a live band are examples.

One of the best and luxurious buffet setups I have ever seen. Friendly staff and amazing presentation and display of their food and desserts. Was here for lunch which had a lovely Ambience that was setup with the Lovely lively duet. Will be definitely back for more.

Food is good. Buffet is nice with good food. Sea food available. The oysters bot so good, very small. The service was not perfect, waitress take too long to clean and to respond to our requests. Deserts were very good.

Normal but delicious food, the quantity is not that much but the quality is good, Very friendly staff, the sweet is amazing. Price is reasonable. In my opinion it’s need to put more options for food. The live section of pasta is not available any more. So the pasta section was not good.
