The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina

Nice hotel but service out of control. When we arrived there was only one employee at the check-in counter and we had to wait a long time. There were three concierges, but they didn’t know how to check in. The service is particularly bad in the breakfast restaurant. We are rarely asked about our wishes. Empty plates are not cleared away. The service in the dinner restaurants is often poor. With half board we are denied the included wine until I ask for the manager. I have to wait 15 minutes for a waiter to come near the table so I can ask for the bill. The service at Sui Mui was particularly poor. On the beach we sometimes get 2 bottles of complementary water, sometimes not at all and only one bottle upon request. Overall, the staff doesn't seem to know their own rules. The rooms on the city side are loud. Construction noise and noise and bragging cars. AC is loud too.

We came for a beach day. Sat by the beach for food - wrong order came which meant my son was left waiting for a long time and there was a fly in the seabass. Team took the Caesar salad off the bill to compensate. The pool was heated and my sons said the ice cream was the best they’ve ever had! So some wins. Would come back for the wins
Also the heavenly spa was amazing! The butterfly massage was one of the best!

I came on the 24th of December with my relatives to the Mina Kitchen the buffet restaurant.
Food is very basic, no service, kids are running without control in the restaurant.
Definitely a shame for a 5* hotel

One of my favorite hotels in Dubai, it might be my 5th time visiting this venue, it seems always as first time, friendly staff, delicious food on breakfasts and dinner buffet, clean rooms, kids activities are very nice, over all they deserve 10 stars
My only one note is the new water bottles, the taste is wired and sweet, please consider changing the Type of water

I was so lucky to stayed at this hotel 3 times. Every time I go there they surprise me with something new. The stuff was very kind and helpful specially the room service supervisor. There was a tiny issue in my room and in a couple of minutes they fixed and they leave a nice note with a kind gift and flowers.literally they deserve the 5 stars rating and am sure if am not satisfied with them i will never back again so keep up!

The private beach is the highlights spot for visitors.
Location is good.if u want to access the palm Jumeirah.

Location is just breathtaking. The ambience is on another level and feels like home away from home. Breakfast was great, lots of varieties and felt like a brunch literally. Good staff as well especially Sathish who was always ready to help. I highly recommend this place

We had a lovely stay. The property is gorgeous and very kid friendly. Breakfast is top notch! Service overall is amazing. Only issue was room cleaning.it was never done properly and always had to call to get the coffee bar replenished.

The hotel itself is Beautiful and the grounds and rooms as well and everything is spotless.
We actually transferred over from St Regis Palm to be on the beach but wish we had stayed there our whole trip due to the superior service they really make you feel you and your needs are important.
The staff will happily bend over backwards to help you in any way possible. I would like to give a personal thanks to Careem the front desk manager for making our vacation extra special.
Katerina at the travel desk was great booking all kinds of fun activities and great communication, the Concierge desk went out of there way to help us get our covid test results calling the service every 5 min which I believe was the only reason we made our flight. (Side note the outside service not Marriott promised results in 8-12 hours and got them at hour 15 on our way to the airport so be careful)
I am a Titainium member with Marriott for 9 years which means 75 nights a year and this is the first review I have made so that says it all.

Had dinner with girl friends. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and staff were very accommodating. Will be back definitely!

Bubbalicious brunch, spot on dining and nice guests. Better now as it’s not as loose and chavvy as in the past, has a nice relaxed vibe. The staff are great and attentive and the food simply excellent.

A wonderful place! Service is excellent and the architecture and interior design is a pleasure for the eyes.

This “hotel” is infact a nightclub with bedrooms, if you plan to sleep, this is not the property for you, blasting bass music is the all night speciality, and reception claim to “send security after the noise” when it’s coming from the club in the hotel. Alot of construction work inside the hotel that can't help to sleep with manipulative behavior from the mangers in the hotel and with alot of promises to compensate and in the end nothing.very bad experience wasting time and money

Rude staff, very noisy place - banging and work being carried out, 4-6pm, during a function at Mina's Kitchen. NOT RECOMMENDED to go again.

We had dinner at Bussola restaurant which is one of our favorites in dubai, and we visit once a month on an average. The food quality and quantity is great, the options plenty and the staff very friendly. Prem is one of the regular waiters that serves our table. Very calm person, very friendly, and attentive.
Highly recommended.

Visited several hotels in Dubai - this one was a best overall experience. Pools and beach are great - you can choose grass or sand or enjoy in the adults area while very welcoming personal taking care of your kids. Well done to the manager.

Genuine pleasure to stay: style, ambience, service and especially cuisine. Far cry above the neighbouring Le Meridien

Visited this magnificent hotel sometime in 2012 for a Conference Event, and it was the host chosen location, The place was fairly new at the time and all the amenities are new, the lawns are well manicured and the food was delectable. Was not able to visit the rooms though as I was booked in another hotel, but I am sure it would have had premium quality. Love the place and would definitely come back soon if given the chance!

This place has a beautiful, lively, relaxing and comfortable vibe. The buffet brunch is to die for. Every conceivable type of food was on offer. All of it expertly cooked and prepared. Great selection of alcoholic drinks. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff.

It was an experience I will never forget and I must return one day soon!

Perfect for the brunch! Great view with variety of food counters from various countries. Non-veg lovers can feast on seafood and different kinds of meat. Limited options for vegetarians but smacking starters. Don't miss the cocktails and deserts which are top notch and refreshing! Don't have to worry about kids as they have a small play area with fries and pop corn served.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast and very large rooms. Also nice to see little details like celebrating Nutella Day.

Westin hotel is famous every where with the elegance and clean. Good staff so I guess whatever I wrote wont be enough.

An excellent functional business hotel with variety of services and amenities. Located on dubai marina and very proximate to Jumeirah Beach Residence JBR. Have a beautiful beach and access to multiple swimming pools. Suitable for families and nice vacation as well. Indoor shopping is available and the variety of food in the multiple restaurants is amazing. 30 - 50 minutes away from dubai international airport (according to traffic). Staff are super friendly and helpful.

No need to stay at the Burg when you can stay here! Great pool scene, excellent food choices and exceptional service.
