Very bad experience. I tried mani/pedi normal color. Not professional at all. I do it better than them. I paid for very bad result.

I was so happy back then I was always doing my skincare nails hair etc but now I’m so disappointed. The new staff is rude, not clean either.
I went there with no appointment
and I got told they are busy in a rude way and they can’t take me almost ignoring me. They didnt even offer to make an appointment. Shame it has become like that.

This is my go to place for the services related to hair, makeup and manicure pedicure. The staff is so friendly and expert. Gemma is the best I have come across in Dubai. Highly recommended her for all services related to hair and make up.

Went for facial it was not at all good mostly they used some devices and no effort in massage the steps were very bad the products they used felt very cheap and it was very expensive ambience is very poor and not at all professional.
I just saw some positive feedback but I am disappointed. It was a waste of time and money

I always do my hair with « Jemma » the Philippino girl in the Sarab branch al Barari. She is so polite and kind. She is a hard worker. I have curly hair and every time I do the Blow dry, I am impressed by the results. She takes her time to do it properly especially the roots in a way that stays longer. I really love her work and I do recommend everyone to try her. She is a Queen of Blow dry. Thank you Jemma. ️️

I have been to this place several times. I got many of the services done. Very nice place, very caring staff and the services are really good. I got my hair colour done, I got pedicure, manicure, facial and many other services and I must say I am really very satisfied. All the services provided were up to the mark. The salon is quiet busy sometimes and it has to be as services are really great! So it’s a must try! I just loved my hair and my nails. If you want quality services then it’s a must go!

They left my feet in water (that got colder every minute) for over an hour while they did my manicure and hair.

My nails are generally strong and gel polish lasts for AT LEAST 2 weeks. But when the manicurist did my nails, they lasted one day and everything started to chip. Four of my nails even split in half. I had to have them fixed at a different salon. Complete waste of money and my nails are super brittle now.

Lady who did my hair offered to do my pedicure (?). She also worked as the receptionist. Basically the woman was single-handedly trying to run an entire salon.

I checked reviews before I went and most of them seem to be from men which is odd seeing as this is a ladies only salon.

So yeah, don't bother.

Amaizing place, frendly staff, professional work. 3 in 1.full package and they my wife so happy. I cant regonize her after the hair treatment. Amaizing job.for sure will we recomend to our friends and come back again.

It was excellent, exactly they did what I want. The attention was very nice and affordable. I will come back.
