Think twice before you sign up for their wifi setup. It's overrated since the quality of their setup and configuration is not stable and always requiring their support. We are constantly calling support and all they do is reset. Our Google mesh was more reliable. They are also overpriced. I made a mistake by going with them. I'm writing this for others to avoid

I have been a client since 2018 and I met Mr Karan then when they came to install my equipment.
Today Mr Amit came to solve a connection issue and was very helpful even showing me tips to improve my service. With professionals like Amit I believe Wifiguys will be successful for a long time.
If I have an issue with my local provider I just call the Wifiguys to help me. Much faster and personalized service.

Made an appointment, got a message to confirm appointment, got another message confirming the appointment an hour before. Waited for hours, no show and am nowtold the person is sick

Supposedly the local experts at wifi but my wifi (not etisalat) keeps dropping. They still havent solved the issue and I keep having to contact them and still no solution. It worked ok in the beginning but not anymore. If they fix the problems I will get them 5 stars but for now only 2 stars.

While they are good they are extremely overpriced, what's more is that after s short time when things don't work as they should the price offered for rectification and upgrade is very prohibitive. This has been my experience with them for over 10 years until I thankfully found much more efficient alternatives.

Never had to chase a business so hard to give them my money and business. 0 customer service/communication

Wifi guys asked for 2 devices and installation for wifi extendord, 2600 aed. I called someone else, and paid 930 aed. See the difference. It’s better to stay away from The Wifi Guys. They are just notorious scammers. Overpriced for no reason. Better to look somewhere else. Enough professional companies who provide Wifi services for a honest price.

I am one of the earliest customers of the WiFi Guys. Honestly they provide you quality and excellent work. The owner Karan is hands on guy and their entire team especially Daniel, Dilsher, and Meheraban Ali are amongst the best. I would definitely recommend them always for any tech upgrades to your home. Multi talented and they are always bringing the latest test solutions to town. They really are the best in town. Don’t go anywhere else. I’d give them a 10 rating.

Stay away from these people. They are way too expensive. I paid 2500 AED for an WIFI extender, you can easily buy it anywhere for a quarter of the price. Or even cheaper.
There are plenty of other companies that can do this. And if you ask them to reinstall the same junk in your new house, they come up with all kinds of costs and charge 400 aed for basically only re-installing.worthless company

An extremely smooth and pleasant experience dealing with The Wifiguys. They are so professional right from the time you go to their kiosk (in Arabian Ranches community centre) to the installation. We have installed the Ring doorbell and couldn't be happier. It has to be Wifiguys for any home automation or wifi solutions.

My experience with WIFI Guys has been seamless, right from their product recommendation to installation and after-service has been amazing.

The Ring, one of their products is an absolute essential for home owners. It’s mobile app offering with front door camera and two way conversation makes it very convenient to monitor when not at home.

I am posting this because I don't really know what else to do. We have spent close to AED 15k on hardware and networking with the WiFi guys and AT BEST our wifi is patchy and intermittent - most of the time it just doesn't work at all. I even have to post this one star review using data from my phone because the WiFi doesn't work.

The team are unresponsive and when 'turn it off and on again' doesn't work, they just give up. The problems have persisted for a long time, almost two years, and their solution of spending another AED 8k to upgrade the hardware has only made it worse.

We are moving house soon and I am looking forward to leaving the WiFi Guys behind

Wifi guys in a true sense make your task stress free.one has to just call them and share what is required, the rest is well taken care of without even a second call to you as a client. Brilliant stuff! Will highly recommend you to my professional n personal network. We recently installed a music system and speakers in one of our projects, the leadership team from wifi guys called and changed the cabling since they were not satisfied with what was installed by the contractor. Where in the world do you get such honest work. Unimaginable stuff guys.you rock

I am from Germany 25 years in the real estate business and new resident in Dubai. I never had in my career such a bad experience! For cabeling in my house and Internet I paid over 14.000, - dirham! And as I agreed on the contract, they offered me ob top that I have to pay extra for the wholes kn the ceiling and the closing, again 3.500, - Dirhams! Also the“ project nanager“, looking like fresh from holidays, doing nothing all day long, I have to explain EVERY DAY new where to put the cables, even if I discussed it with his Boss Karan, which made only the contract and never seen again. Also some of the appliences are placed wrong and I asked them to put it where I want it, again walls open and not closed till now. They said my contractor has to do it! Stay away from this Company, very expensive and extremely slow. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Even they have a counter in Arabian Ranches all day long with 2 people sitting there to catch the new Resident to press out the money, as much possible, because they know the new residents have stress with construction and all other things which has to be done as a new arrived citizen.

They redid the wifi in my house and unified the access. It was okay however the wifi range dropped significantly and it wasn’t always connecting. I’d rather not go through the whole story but I was not satisfied with the service received. In summary the service was overpriced and I didn’t get a better wifi than I had before they worked in it. I wouldn’t recommend to be honest if you only need to setup wifi, just call du or Etisalte and use their modems.

I have had the worst experience with the Wi-Fi Guy's. I requested to install a ring doorbell and was quoted 3000 dirhams. I accepted this quote. After two weeks of waiting patiently (without a bell) my ring doorbell was installed. Once installed I asked how do I open the door and the WiFi guys informed me that I could only see who is outside but can't open the door using the Ring App. So basically I still had to walk to the front door to open it! This was never told to me prior. So then I was told I needed to pay another 3000 dirhams to install an unlocking mechanism. Hidden costs! And then I was asked if I wanted a free chime. I said yes. They also then charged me for that! And then an incredulous amount of fees for installing all of these addons. And to make things worse the locking mechanism they installed broke one week after. (PICTURE ATTACHED) Now I'm left with a 6000 Dirham bill with no working door. I called CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 TIMES and they told me they would get back to me. It's been over a week now and no one has called me or shown up. I've spoken to the manager and asked for some help since I was lied to and hustled with all the extra charges. He informed me that if I got more services from them he would mitigate the costs. I asked for a quote to put VPN at my house. Guess what he quoted me? ! 6000 dirhams to install VPN! I asked for a discount and he gave me 200 dirhams off!
Moral of the story, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED AND BROKE. And yes my ring doorbell still doesn't work. Lock they installed is broken and the cheap overpriced lock they installed broke after one week and barely can communicate with the ring app. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND USE A TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST COMPANY INSTEAD.

Good service from The WiFi Guys. Mohammed and his team installed the router, ensuring coverage of the entire house and strong signals. Minor issue on the second day but the support team accessible by WhatsApp ensured the problem was solved quickly.

The worst company i ever contacted, they were late 2 days after they gave me an appointment and they said its not possible to do the work and they are 3 days late for my refund

Absolute waste of money, lol it was 3 months ago not 2019. Useless and still not saying the truth! My Internet is as slow as it was if not even worst, refused to give full refund even thou they admit their product doesn't work. Unprofessional I was surprised as comments were good, they came more than 4 times to fix their mistake and when they couldn't they said will refund only the product but still I have to pay for the usless labour.

Excellent service and advice by Wifi guys. If anyone wants to have seamless Wifi coverage across the house, set up security systems or even have the house wired up for ubiquitous music play across the home - TWG are the guys to go to. Karan and team are very good, provide robust services and have a good follow through for after sales servicing also.

They are my go to guys for any internet related issues at any time. I had installed home network around Jan 2020 and haven't had any issues thus far. Everything is top condition and the range and speed every corner of the house is amazing (even the garden). Their after service has also been impeccable and any issues are taken care of within 15-20 mins mac. I would recommend them anytime. Top guys!

One the best and most professional teams I have used - from the booking process to the confirmation messages - I had to change my thermostats- the team showed up exactly on time with the required tools and materials - they did their job without bothering me - post which they gave me a brief tutorial and guided me on the usage of the thermostat and asked me if I had any doubts or questions on the usage - they cleaned up the place of any dirt and returned the old thermostats to me upon leaving - clean and neat team and I would highly recommend them to any one looking to get any IT / tech rated work done in their respective house hold - great job!

We have used services of WiFi guys for last two years and very satisfied with their technical expertise and service.

I got them thru Amazon’s new service to install the Nest hello doorbell. I have had this bell lying in the box for almost a year and have had several companies come in and explain the process of installation which I found to be unsatisfactory and tedious. When I spoke to these guys and explained to them what I needed, they did their best to install it without creating a clutter. They used the existing cabling to install the bell which ensured that the look was clean and there was no external wires outside my door. They aligned everything to the MM and ensured that it looked neat and tidy. The bell works great. I highly recommend these guys for smart home system installation!

The Wifi guys are a one stop solution to fixing your internet and home networking problems. I highly recommend them to people with strong business or social ties to the US or Europe. The Wifi Guys understand how to keep those connections open and flowing. Some things are best left to the pros. I don’t do my own plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry and now I add networking to that list.

Had an issue with my wifi connection and was working on a very important project at past 11pm. Someone from the team had contacted me the next day early morning on a Friday and got my connection sorted out. Another issue came last night and someone promptly reply even after their working hours and was very helpful and sorted out things for me even though that this is just a temporary solution as the issue was from the service provider. Really appreciate how these guys help out when you need them. Thumbs up! Keep up the good work and I would really recommend them to all who requires their service.
