Celebrated our Anniversary here. It was our first time and we had an amazing experience. By far the most authentic thai restaurant we've been. We were well taken care by the staffs. Special thanks to DHAN KUMAR and HNIN who made our day more special. They were so attentive and polite. Excellent customer service ️️️️️

I wondered in expecting a normal Thai restaurant, but the experience was so much more.
Unknowingly I visited during their Saturday brunches. It was a course, so no free choice, but don’t worry. There were so many dishes that I got to try, and each were delicious.
Though I had no space for seconds, my waiter was offering me seconds.

Dili Raj was my waiter, and was amazing throughout my meal.

I can’t wait to bring my friends and show them the gem I found

Amazing view of the fountain. Great food and the best part is if you have entertainer you get buy 1 get 1 free so we technically got 50% off so for such a high end fancy place we paid regular price.

It was one the most amazing evenings spent in DXB. From the checkin to bar to my dinner table everything was amazing. My server Monu was pleasant, courteous and very efficient. I had the best table with fountain and burj view. The food was by far the best thai green curry and the crab/chicken cakes. Thank you Thiptara I shall be back to try your brunch:)

The staff was very friendly! The food was savory, I had the black cod fish with bbq sauce. The view of the fountain was breathtaking! I was a solo traveler & not once did I feel awkward. I felt very welcomed.

Food is delicious, service is great. Salahdine was our waiter and did a great job helping us. Definitely recommend the place on the terrace. In short, delicious food, with a top view.

Loved the whole experience and environment. I took my partner there for his birthday. We were seated by the fountain facing Burj Khalifa. We were treated by Babar and Gaurav. Food is good portions. Overall, we enjoyed every bit of it and thank you for making it a memorable memory for us.

Amazing time right on the waterfront and live fountain show. Right next to Burj Khaleefa.
Chef was so kind to come out personally to ensure we - pure vegetarian family - get the best Thai variety. They pampered us with equally great service.

Delicious. Definitely not cheap but everything we ate was incredible. We took the CHEF’S PREFERRED SPECIAL SET MENU which included nearly all our favourites. I especially enjoyed the thai green curry and the chicken skewer. Can highly recommend coming here. Definitely not cheap but very good.

Settings don’t come more romantic than down at Thiptara. Sitting by the waterfront of Dubai Fountain, tuned-in service and prime views of the iconic water show and Burj Khalifa come with the territory, as does fine Thai cuisine with an emphasis on Bangkok-style seafood. While dishes are classic, they’ve had a rather indulgent makeover, so be sure to advise your other half to arrive hungry and/or wear loose-fitting trousers. Who said romance was dead?

We had a wonderful brunch in Thiptara. Dili and Jojo made sure we had enough food and drinks. They gave us a warm welcoming. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic. Food is beyond usual.
I enjoy our time here. We will definitely come back again.

The manager of the place is so rude! Aneel Rameesh the manger is so rude! He doesn’t want to talk at all due to any reasons! And he makes drama and not willing to discuss

Dined at this restaurant twice between late-January and early-February whilst staying at the Palace Downtown hotel. Professional, courteous and considerate service throughout both experiences and the restaurant were able to accommodate my request to be seated at the outdoor terrace, despite the short notice provided. Food menu is extensive, flavoursome, authentic and only the highest quality ingredients are used at this establishment. Food is served promptly, discretely and without the diner feeling either rushed or left waiting for their next course. Views of the dancing fountains and the Burj Khalifa are awesome and the terrace offers a prime viewing location, although I would recommend advance booking. Hope to return here when I’m next in Dubai and thanks again to the team at Thiptara.

It's a classy and beautiful restaurant in a great location. Food is nice but not so special. And a bit overpriced in my opinion.

So for the money May be one of the worst Thai’s I have had, we Only went to the lounge bar due to a €180 minimum spend in order to eat in the restaurant and just wanting something quick, we had the steamed vegetarian dumplings, very bland, Tom ka mushroom soup also bland, and a pad thai which was also completely lacking in any flavour, the setting is great, the service was exceptional, the plates looked great but the flavours were non existent, if you really like thai food I wouldn’t recommend.

Our waiter Baiysh was very polite and anticipating. Also the birthday decoration with flowers for my wife was very well Organized and looked beautiful. The food was timed perfect and starters, main dish and dessert tasted all very good. I would love to come again.

Amazing place with the worst manager. Some guy called Anil has the worst communication skills ever. Having dined at many other Address hotel restaurants (mostly good experience) other than this, I thought they would be open to feedback. My mistake! This guy gets very defensive, thinking I was after some sort of refund. The idiot keeps asking for medical record when I said we vomited all night which might be related to one of the item we had at your restaurant. I have no idea how he made it to this position with this attitude. Awful experience! I would never recommend this place especially if you are going with your clients!

We were hoping for an indulging evening but experienced the opposite. The food is quite good but the staff wasn’t really nice. We didn’t feel comfortable and won’t come again. Save your money and go to the close by restaurants.

I wish I could have given it 4 stars. But unfortunately with the incident that happened with us, I wouldn't even give it 1 star. We had clearly stated multiple times to the manager and the staff that we are vegetarians and yet we were served chicken Thai Curry. This kind of mistake is not acceptable from such a famous restaurant. We came here because of amazing reviews about the food quality and taste. Highly disappointed.

Celebrated my birthday last Saturday and it was an awesome experience! A super sweet gesture from staff because they surprised me with a birthday cake and a lovely song! Location was amazing as we're seated outdoor with a view from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall fountain. They have a Lazy Saturday brunch and can use your Entertainer voucher for a 2 for 1 deal as well. Love their tom yum and chicken in green curry! Will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended:)

Wonderful dinner with view of the burj and the fountain, although was breezy and raining tonight, it's not the most authentic thai restaurant but the ambience made up for it.

Went there for the second time and realized a lot had changed in a year including the menu. But I must say, it’s always worthwhile to go there. The view of the burj and the fountain along with mouth licking food makes the experience awesome!

They cancelled my 8 person birthday reservation last minute for no reason.this restaurant does not honor reservations. Various phone calls and they told me they can move my reservation to another day (its a birthday.).

Below average food quality. Pad Thai was so sour and the other dishes lacked any quality whatsoever in taste. You basically pay just for the marvelous view!

The location is really amazing with a beautiful view on the fountain. Food is nice: pomelo salad was exquisite, dim sums are less tasty than Din Tai Fun, fish curry was pleasant. Service is a bit forced (many interruptions).

Very rude staff. I was carrying a baby and the reception lady didnt even bother to keep the door open while we were following her! We asked for a corner seat but the lady was very rudely saying we cant get it coz we were late to book.

Beautiful Thai food, brought to the table at perfect intervals. Gentle ambiance and soft music. Perfect, romantic setting next to the fountains.

Amazing view with beautiful light show on Burj Khalifa and fabulous dancing fountain. The food is good. I especially like the Papaya Salad and the mango is super sweet and fresh. Wine is good, fruity and smells pleasant. Others are as good as any other Thai restaurant in Dubai, like Benjarong in Dusit Thani on Sheikh Zayed Road is also really good for Thai cuisine.

Ask for a table on a balcony and your dinner will be really special. Dancing Fountains, view on Burj Khalifa Lake and great food will make your night. Portions are big, and we couldn't even find a space for dessert, and it's pitty cause the rice and mango thing sounded very promising.
