A visit to Third Avenue can be described as follows: “It’s not the place that makes the person. It’s the person who is the place”! So, first of all, I express my gratitude to the waiter Khaled Nemri, thanks to whom the evening I spent in this establishment became one of the best in my life! Khaled recommended a great place for me to view the fountain show and take cool photos near the tallest tower in the world. He also recommended dishes:) Overall, I definitely recommend him.
As for the establishment - 5 out of 5, excellent view, cozy atmosphere, the view from the terrace of the fountains and high-rise buildings around is simply gorgeous! The food is delicious! I recommend visiting!

V60 جاء بارد وبعدين الكاس كان مكسور

والي جعل الأمر يكون غير مريح تم إضافة مبلغ ٥٠ درهم على الفاتورة بحجة طلب ماء وتم إبلاغهم بأن الفاتوره غير صحيحه وذهب الشخص ورجع ومازالوا حاطين مبلغ زايد على الفاتوره بعد ذا كل كلهم يتعذرون بانهم لم يكونو هم المسؤلين عن خدمتي خلال الفترة الي كنت فيها موجود.
ولو فيه اقل من نجمة أعطيتكم اياها.

High Hopes, Mixed Reality: A Culinary Journey with Upscale Views and Disappointing Tastes

I had high expectations for my inaugural visit to this restaurant, but unfortunately, the overall experience left me with mixed feelings.

Pros:

* Location: The restaurant boasts a spectacular setting on the 5th floor of the mall. The balcony offers an elevated view of the fountains, creating a picturesque scene overlooking Souk Al Bahar.
* Décor: The interior design is modern, stylish, and sophisticated. Whether for a romantic meal, work lunch, or a gathering with friends, the ambiance exudes an upscale luxury feel.

Cons:

*Service: Despite the abundance of waitstaff, the attention to customers leaves much to be desired. Multiple servers attending to the same table led to confusion in orders and overlooked requests.
*Food: While the starters were passable and fairly tasty, the main course (Salmon) was a disappointment. It turned out to be dry, tough, and devoid of any notable flavor. Despite sharing my dissatisfaction, the offer to prepare a fresh plate resulted in a similarly disappointing outcome.

Despite my sincere desire to enjoy this establishment, especially given that I had organized a meal with friends to celebrate their recent marriage, the experience was thoroughly disappointing. The quality fell short of expectations, especially considering the price point. Regrettably, I won't be returning, and I cannot recommend it to others in the near future.

Food is good.
Quantity is small compared to price.
There is difference in prices between arabic and english menu.
Menu needs more choices to be added.

صراحه لا الاكل يشجع ولا اليلسه والمنيو بدون صور يعني اقرا واختار وانته وحضك

The view is amazing. But the service is horrible. We didn’t even finished our starters the waiter already brought the main dishes. He was very unpolite. The food is good. But nothing special. You pay for the view.

I had a very special evening in the third Avenue I was amazed first of all the outdoor view is something else a very romantic thing where everyone enjoying the food with such a view second thing catches my attention is how they make the Ramadan menu with a special deal and a variety of different food with a appetizer and main dish also drinks and dessert where me and my wife had a excellent iftar meal together and had a fun experience watching the dancing fountain from our table we really liked the Vimto drink that they had.

فطورنا كان عندهم و صراحه اللبن و الفمتو احلى شي ف السالفه جدا رهيب و لذيذ طلبنا منيو الفطور في اشياء تقدرون تختارون منها و في اشياء هي واحد بس المشكله كل المنيو ثابت لانه زحمه و الاكل حلو امانه بس يعني الناس اذواق مثلا الورق عنب في الي يحبه حامض و في الي يحبه حار ف في تنوع اذواق بس اليلسه حلوه الخارجيه تشوفون اضواء برج خليفه و عقبها النافوره و الستاف محترمين جداً و بشوشين و انصح فالمطعم و خاصه الرزيتو ️

The location is the star here … the service of JOHN is great, even though the other guy was not gentle. The food is okay but not worth the price charged. Basically just go if you wanna enjoy the view and not the food - if you are hungry will be disappointed.

Everything was great! The food, the service, the location! Our waiter John was most helpful, very attentive and quick. Definitely will be back!

We decided to come for lunch, it was my 4th visit to this restaurant since Feb 2022 and the service was excellent from the reception desk till the seat. The food quality and variety is excellent, the waiters are helpful. Overall the experience this time was beyond our expectations where we enjoyed the food in an excellent atmosphere either inside or on the terrasse with the lovely view of dubai water fountain and burj Khalifa.
Keep improving guys!

خدمه سيئه للغايه ومعظم الطلبات غير متوفره ، وتاخير في الطلبيه مع العلم انها قليله والشاورما قديمه جدا واعادة تسخين عاملينها يجب تجيك يومي على هيك مطاعم بالاسم معروفه والتقييم تبعها لازم يكون صحيح.

Great location to The Dubai mall fountains. Food is excellent. View is wonderful for outside seating.

The pasta abd the risotto were good, but the fries and the calamari were the worst dishes I’ve ever tasted. Service was okay. Food takes a long long long time to be ready.

I came to the restaurant and there guy his name is freppen (fripen)

I ask him to set in the back side and he replay to me no no no! Go there that’s not acceptable at all

The food we ordered was nice, with several dishes that I have never seen before. The service was exceptionally good and the view from the balcony overlooking the Dubai fountains and the Burj Khalifa are an asset that add to the dining experience. Best to book ahead to avoid a long wait.

Spectacular view of Burj Khalifa and the fountain, beautiful place to visit and impress your guests. By far, the best passion fruit Mojito in town. Very friendly and amusing staff. Well done!

A very beautiful restaurant, it has a nice looking interior and a very gorgeous view. You can see the fountain and the beautiful Burj Khalifa. And the food is delicious. It deserves to go there.

Well the food is ok "not bad" but really expensive. I don't think I will go again because I can find the same dishesmenu in other restaurants more delicious with reasonable prices.

The food is good.but, Being an Indian I faced racism from this cafe. I was ordered to be out of the fountain view, because there are some other "arabs" came to see the fountain view. It is truly unfortunate to be a victim of racism in premium places like this cafe in dubai.

Good Food, Good managers especially one with the name of Courage who has a pretty good background. I advise many of you to also check it out!

زيارتي له كانت في شهر يناير ، مستوى جودة الاكل خصوصاً (الحلى) تعتبر سيئه مقارنه بالسعر العالي ، وغير كذا فيه واحد من عمال المطعم مسوي فيها ظريف كان معي كيسة فيها تكرمون جزمة جديدة يقولي هذي هدية لي! ويوم جاب الفاتورة قال حط لي بخشيش! رفضة طبعاً بجاحة زي كذا ماشفت

Want to enjoy the meal n view together then you must visit third evenu and rest just leave on their amazing service you will enjoy thoroughly with the view of burj Khalifa in front of you like I did I visited third evenu for the lunch and I had a blast, I was so excited to try their exciting menu, so here what iv ordered.

The desserts (showstopper, Lady rose and The edible flower pot being call “Awwww”on their menu and the taste is priceless.
They also have chocolates of their own brand you must try.

Cotton candy fluffy creamy ball of field with vanilla ice cream inside is a must try one.

The calamari pizza was so addictive.

I tried The best salmon with quinoa served with sautéed quinoa asparagus grilled zucchini, green peas, coriander and lemon sauce.

Healthy blossoms coated and fried onion on top with mozzarella and levant spices.

Overall it was wonderful experience great food, luxurious interior you get the royalty feel very Crative and fashionable fusion dishes with amazing staff services they know exactly what they’re offering. This cafe is my favorite now. At last they offer you traditional perfume from their own brand you must get your hands on.

المطعم غالي تقريبا وفوق هاذا يطلبون البخشيش (اكراميه) اول مره يصادفني مطعم يطلب اكراميه كونه في مكان راقي

The food is not that good, also the past served cool, the tuna salad was salty, also the tenderloin not that good and the prices were high
