Threads Burjman has become frustrated, no que management, even with given slots time there were huge line. Youngsters/students at the counter are unable to handle the customers, i bought girl leggings 3 paired pack M size, i got different packing without sticker 2 paired leggings size S. And staff explained this is the right one which you saw its sample packing.

This place was ONLY for my kids and this is a store where you can get uniforms and shoes etc. But the service quality was nice and it is only meant for dubai private school like gems legacy, gems Morden academy, Winchester miluemm. And so on and if you're going shopping for your kid then this is half good cause the main cause of this store is about school uniforms thank you so much threads I loved my experience visiting your shop.

It was an horrendous experience we had with the shop. It is extremely disappointing. We visited the shop almost 7 to 8 times to get the GLS school uniform which is extremely disappointing and feels harassed. The quality of material is also very poor and unsatisfactory with respect to the price they are charging.

It seems that schools are making some additional commission by forcing parents to buy from threads store and they have created a monopoly.

Schools and the entire lobby makes the education system as a profit making machine and poor parents do not have any other option.

Further, I think it should be simplify by removing the monopoly/lobby and making the school dress open to all shop owners and giving them also a fair chance to do the business why a specific store should twist the parents hands and take their hard earned money.

I think the overall education system focus has been shifted towards profit making instead of preparing future generations.

All your school apperal needs are fulfilled here. One stop shop.
But only downside is the pricing. All stuff the overpriced. If you are will to search. You can find cheaper deals elsewhere in Dubai/Sharjah

The worst uniform shop I have experienced. I have not been able to get the PE track pants for 9 months, almost the academic year is ending. I have been informed 3 times to come to collect the the track pant and all 3 time when I visit the showroom they didn’t have the pants.

I am not sure why schools are depending on only them. The quality of the uniform is very poor.

No option to give Zero star, Very bad service from the staff, They are not aware about anything about the uniforms and schools.after waiting 1 hour they are saying particular uniforms are not available.

One of the worst experience. Last week only I bought GLS girls uniform for my daughter.one week only she wore but threads are coming out and looks very bad quality.prices are also very high. Dont buy GLS girls uniforms here.very disappointed.

To the parents:

1. Take appointment and go even if you are visiting for the 2nd, 3rd or any further time. With appointment waiting time will be less after getting the token. In my case it was around 20-30 mins.

2. May not get the full uniform set as some items are likely to be out of stock. Also it is very difficult to know if the item which you are looking for is available or not without getting a token and reaching the counter. (In my case, PE uniform set was out of stock when I went initially went in the month of February, I went yesterday again, however only got PE T-shirt and the track pant was out of stock and this information I came to know once I reached the counter to pay for the items, i.e. Even after selecting the size of the uniform)

To Threads management:

Kindly make sure adequate supply of school uniforms are available, also kindly inform the parents when out of stock items becomes available. This will save time for you and us, and also will reduce the crowding at the shop which is currently creating a difficult time for parents as well as your staff.
The staff at the shops are having a hard time because of the chaos, however trying their best to manage the situation. Appreciating the efforts of staffs.

YES THE PLACE IS OBVIOUSLY GOOD FOR THE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE IT IS THE largest uniform company for all the gems school and we get all the dresses but when the item is not there they also help us.

Unorganised with unexperienced students handling the shop, appointment system is the worst and even during rush hours all cash counters not open - waste of time visiting this shop - no option Monopoly of GEMS

Quality of their products, awful as ever.

Very bad service. Every time. No proper stock keeping. Bad customer relations. Highly unreliable.

Well organized but expensive though. The quality is also not upto the mark - colour from the trouser coming off when put for washing; PE trousers keep ripping off.

Once you are at store it's ok but once you try to call them.impossible to reach these guys by telephone.it's very very expansive and only option to buy kids uniform.

Highly unprofessional, over priced items of poor quality fabrics. Should be reported to Dubai Economy department for quick action.

The stuff and the manager deserves 5 stars for working and performing in such a messy store. Threads managment is repsoible for the mess in the store as 6 schools uniforms are only sold there and the store is smaller then most of supermarkets in Dubai. Since the school uniform is transfered to threeds couple of years ago the uniform quality and location became missrible.

Pathetic service provided by the company. Products are extremely terrible in terms of quality. Looting parents in simple words.

Veru friendly and efficient staff, i forgot the guys name, i couldnt find parking. So i just popped in and told him, he made sure to change the shoes for me quickly and brought to my car while i was on double parking beside the parking lot. Very kind of him. Thank you

Absolutely pathetic, never answer the phone.
Never upto date with their inventory.
The staff don't even know what they have in stock and whether the item would be in stock exchange ever.
Their clothing designs, especially the sweater is from the 80.
Unnecessarily overpriced.
Zero quality checking on their products.
Their name "Threads" actually matches their clothing line, threads hanging in and out of everything you buy.
They take down your number but will never call.
Such business needs to have professional quality checking every now and then and they need to teach their staff to pick up the phone.
