Lot of school’s dresses are available, easy to visit place but very busy always. Sometimes the size mentioned is not the same for all pieces but helpful in exchange.

The worst store. I've never seen anything like this. I came to the store with the children in July and took measurements. We waited for the order for 1.5 months, in August they did not find my order, as I had to order everything again.my children went to school without a uniform.in the end they sold me an extra uniform. I told about this in the store. Well, the store refused to make a refund.it wasn't my fault. It's illegal to behave like this

Worst store ever, I bought a girls pants only to be given a boys I return it I am told it’s out of stock. Then I am told I will be phoned and I ask how are you goner contact me because you did not take my number, the lady says she will call the manager the manager comes and says I must take a picture of my slip that is so unprofessional and he says I will be phoned in the next 48 hours till today I am still waiting. I call no answer this is a joke the schools are open already

Dill was a great help throughout our whole experience in Threads. He was positive and always ready to assist if help was needed.

I had a good experience at your store yhe quality was amazing. I had a good interaction with the staff “ Omair” he was very humble and helpful.

The items are properly arranged, the staffs are very accommodating and assist politely. Janine assisted me and it was quite quick and I got everything I needed.

The customer service has always been good at threads. They’ve been accommodating and well organized.
But I have reservations about the quality of fabric. The one I get is not the same as the one I try on (which is always the better one.)

A place where monopoly and money making is rampant. The new model trousers lost flexible elastic, nothing kept inside in the rigid trousers to open to get some extra comfort so that customers buy new item. Dubai economic dept. And KHDA should audit these kind of place as it’s design and prices has direct impact on health and comfort of school children and their parents.

Waited for an hour inspite of prebooking to hear that the uniform size is out of stock.after having token number and waiting to pay.u guys are doing this for years and should be much more organised

Worst experience ever, non professional, non organised, very long queues, oppitment meant nothing and after 3 hiurs they are out of stock, very very very bad dont deserve one star even

Low quality for the price that we pay. There is no other option. Terrible experience with the service as well. They always mix up things and we don't check that in the first place there is a chance that you end up going back to replace the items.

They are getting worse by the year as always out of stock on main uniform items.accept appointments but then you have to go and wait for an hour before you are even allowed into the shop.bad customer service.their online shop shows the wrong school uniform under the school logo.if there is anything lower than 1 they should get it not to mention the quality of the uniform.they need to loose couple of schools to improve their service its becoming an unbelievably horrible experiance that I dread every year

Management is not committed to the system it has set You are required to book an appointment and wait hours afterwards for someone to help you And the manager explained to you that the appointment is reserved to visit the place only!

Chaotic, the prices don't match the service and the staff are not trained to be customer facing.

We booked an appointment for kids uniform we fill the details such as age and school data. So upon arrival then we were told they dont have our childs age uniform size. Is it a joke what kind of company is it.

I see a lot of parents complaining about the staffs but seriously when you people talk at the store with those little humans there have you seen your tones. I saw this Indian men yelling at the girls face even though she is trying her to help him and he have no respect for her.when I walk up to her and told her why u didn’t say anything she said ma’am I am working here and I am doing my job those students stand there whole day to help you with your child’s uniform and you have audacity to yell at their face shame on you. Imagine your kid standing there. When I saw her face I felt like crying for her. Be nice to those students they will give you their best

The quality of the uniform cloth is very poor. More bad is the time they seek for any stitching alterations, 10 days for length changes? This isn't fair. GEMS management should opt to select better company than Threads, the ones with better customer care, faster response time and better quality materials.

Not bad. But the process
Of getting your kids clothes very complicated and average waiting time is not less than 40 minutes to one hour. No refreshments for customers. No many clothes options for kids. Quality of textiles not that much. Sizes strange as it’s like 4,6,8&10 no sizes in between. Form of selecting required products too much tiring. It could just be mobile app or I bad.

The store usually is out of stock for most of the items. Schools need to provide alternative options to this store. Waste of time

Worst company ever. Tailor took the measurement of my child but when i got the uniform it is smaller than his actual size. No school logo, no pocket on the shirt. They charged double price because of we order different size and tailor took measurement. One shirt is 78 Aed but they charged 112 aed. After one month PE dress still pending. Quality is worst.

Worst company to make uniforms the staff think they are the owners of the shop. They don't assist customers they do not make the uniforms as per the size given. GEMS group is making a big mistake having contract with them. The quality is very cheap and not at all lomg lasting within a few wash the colour gets faded from blue to white plus the price of the uniforms are extremely expensive which does not meet the quality.
Gems group should give us other company to deal with.

I wish I can give no stars to this place. Horrible service, worst quality. No one picks up the call. With pathetic sizing you pay extra for Made to Measure and after 10 days you keep on chasing them on phone, outlet and they will keep on saying will be ready in a day will deliver. Despite of sending an email that the uniform is ready you go to the store and they tell you that no it's not ready and will take another 20 days for Blazer which they won't mention while taking the order. Stay away from this store.

I had the most horrible experience buying physically and buying online from this shop.
Online it shows items available once you order you don't get any reply or delivery dates after following up for days still same.
On site no 1 knows what's going on some says stock available & some says coming in few days.
As per them they are taking our details and they will call back after 15-20 days when we call them thr answer is shipment is still delayed.
Past 3-4 month shipment is delayed.

The fabric of the uniform is falling apart in the second week of the school. Despite the high price tag, the quality is poor. I hope quality inspection could be conducted to protect consumers.

What a dreadful place. We had to go there to get the uniform for our kid, but omg. There are so many staff but noone understands what they actually do. They make you queue at the entrance for a very long time unless you have booked an appointment (you still have to queue). The alterations were not available the first week of September as "too busy mam". The quality of the uniform is terrible! We had a hole in the shorts after 1 day! 3weeks after the material looks like we have been wearing for a year. They do not accept returns so beware. We had a double order (ordered online, found out we won't get it on time, went to the shop and got some items), hence, wanted to return some unopened items. Only after speaking to the managed did we manage to return some and get a credit for another. Unfortunately, we will have to go there again at some point due to school requirements.

The Manager Mr Mansoor is a good person and really doing his best to serve his clients and I was so upset because of the missing items I got but he really helped me and I was satisfied with my items thank you again

The worst service in UAE. I don't know how this people are living and working in Dubai! Old style old school not professional at all.

This place is the worst! If I could give zero stars I would.when I went there on time I have to wait over 30mins to be served! Then to find out that they have no big sizes. They gave me a date when the sizes would arrive and that I would of been contacted! But it's almost a month and no word from them. I have called several times and no answer. There needs to be another shop that sells uniforms besides these people!

Nice mall with a big variety of cafes and snack type of foods. I come here mostly for the uniform shop 'threads' and every-time I go I get a box or 2 of 'krispy kreme' donuts.

Worst place, worst organization absolutely disorganized. I took an appointment for uniform. The first available appointment I got was for after a month and once at the store, there were no available sizes. Horrible experience and no one to answer, just an email to write to. Extremely disappointed with this unprofessional company. They deserve 0 stars.

Very poor service worst of worst, no size for shirts, pants and the staffs doesn’t know what is customer care. I talked to the store manager very un professional! And parents are forced to buy uniform from this shop. Can’t believe this all happening in Dubai.

Very poor service and shop management. Made us try all the different sizes only to later tell us that they don’t have new uniform for these sizes! They have put up a huge message that they sanitize all trial clothes after every use - but right in front of me the staff was just putting back all the tried clothes (dirty as well) in the hanger directly! No process for feedback as well…. Disappointing.

They deserve no stars. I gave them measurements a month ago and when they gave it to me it was three times my size.like if you take measurements at least be educated enough to make it your customers size. My school is telling me to get a uniform and this thread is stripping me of my money. I mean okay your expensive.but at least make the quality and stitching good. Not recommended at all.

T-shirts for KG1 are 100% polyester! Who thought it was a good idea to put small kids in a highly flammable uncomfortable plastic material in a city where temperature often exceeds 40 degrees? Shoes also plastic, poorly made, kids feet sweating in them. The store is overcrowded and chaotic despite appointments. I am happy to pay whatever required, but at least make those uniforms good quality!

Very poor service.all the parents has to complaint to KHDA why GEMS is forcing to get the uniform only through threads.why there is a monopoly.and school management is not concern of the poor services.why they cant give permission to other uniform outlets. If the schools are asking the parents to get uniforms from any dedicated shops.it is the duty of the school managment to see that this said shop is having capabilities of handling the job in the professional manner. I am sure all the parents are facing the same issues. I believe we have to report this monopoly behavior to KHDA.

Very professional and fairly quick experience. I got my son fitting uniform for his first year of school. Helpful staff. Organized check out. Uniform bit on the expensive side

The ultimate disaster. Easily the worse day of my year.

My kids go to a school that sources their uniforms from this supplier. Every year, it's the same story. It is an absolute rush at the shop, the line is so long, most items are out of stock, and there is 0 consistency in sizes.

This year, we have reached a peak of poor service, with endless lines and rude staff, because they are understaffed by at least half of their staff and not enough to cater to all the parents standing in line.

My 64 year old parents were with me, and were not even considered due to their age and they had to stand on their feet for 3 h30 hours, I kid you not.

Shameful. I pray the Lord I no longer have to deal with such an unprofessional company.

Gave trial piece to try a different size but delivered us a different size. Very poor service attention given by the staff. I had a bad experience. They are commercial people. No service and customer satisfaction.

This is a joke. A lot of people there and they didn’t mention that you need to book an APPOINTMENT. So I went there and Vola you can't buy a thing and you need to book an appointment.

Worse staff. Not fair. With favoritism. Indian staff allowing their countrymen to enter without appointment. While other nationality waited for their cue. This is unacceptable. The Indian security guard is even rude with us customers. You should teach your staff good manners and practice good customer service. GEMS school should think of other provider.

I deal with them for five years now, but I think I will make the uniforms myself by any tailor. This is the worst company making a uniform clothes for kids. The quality is very bad, It damages from the first cleaning, and it doesn’t last long in a normal school week. It’s not comfortable for the kids, and not fixable, as if there was an ink got into it it doesn’t come off, even though I tried everything (vanish, dry cleaning, etc.) It is the bad quality Kids wear them as if they were poor because of the stitches and the holes in the t shirts and the shirts. They je get so embarrassed. It is like a burned fabric. That’s not only me it’s all the parents as well. And we’re looking for another source or make it ourselves. I registered complains a lot of times but nothing changes. The items are overpriced for such a bad quality, we’re going to tell the school that we don’t want deal with this company anymore

Poor quality at a very high price, obviously making the most of their monopoly with schools. I was told size was not available and that they would call me within 3 days, 10 days later no call, no uniform, they don’t answer the phone, tried headquarters and store - of course we cannot turn up in the store we need an appointment.

Worst service. I contacted them lot of times for a replacement or refund of uniform purchased for my kid. No proper response!

Safe place to bring your child cause they everytime make sure of sanitization for the safety of everyone in the store And Even they have started a Appointment systematically so there is less people, and social distancing continues. Really great

Poor Customer Service! Planning to buy the uniform of my son in threads time square today but since those on duty in the afternoon are unprofessional, I decided to go to LCT uniform in karama. I got a better service and a better price of the uniform.

Poorest quality uniforms sold at high prices, dont understand why schools still work with this store after the decreasing quality year by year. They dont answer their phone which clearly shows how much of a unorganised mess that store is.

Average quality, over-priced products and extremely bad customer service. On two occasions I was told that they will call me when the replacement products will be back in stock but no one called back. This was even after complaining to the manager that there was no call-back last time. Kanga and the duty manager on 21st August promised that they will call back.

I will have less of a problem if they ever pick up their phone or not sell broken products in the first place. No one ever answers the phone when you call them.

Threads Times Square is a Consitant NIGHTMARE! Have been buying uniform for Gems Heritage Indian school from last 3 years and never ever ever.they give correct size. They don’t take phone calls. The size of trial are different than the ones in inventory. Be prepared, to visit at least 3 to 4 times and make numerous phone calls

Poor quality uniform, with threads everywhere at expensive prices. Jammed zippers, wrong measurement parts etc, all this for kids. I will find and attach Pictures with receipt.

Not even worth single star, they are apparently only uniform supplier for several schools and they definitely know how to take advantage of this position. Had to run between their Burjuman and Time Square stores multiple times to get winter clothes for my boy, when both of these stores kept sending me to each other saying that uniform is available only on the other store not on their store.

Finally found what I was looking for in Time Square store and they took a week for alteration, when I got it back I noticed that they gave me the sample piece which is randomly stiched from everywhere and threads coming out from all over the trousers. This sample piece was shown to me even at the time of purchasing however I was promised that they will give me a fresh piece instead of the sample piece and that piece was only being used for trial purposes at the time.

You so inconveniently located, its a pain to get to the place if someone doesn't have a car, and then you get cheated by the store by such mischievous acts. I can't believe that it can be a mistake, surely sample and fresh stock isikept separately and the guys who were altering it must have noticed this as well, still.

Threads, I understand that you have a monopoly in the market but that doesn't mean you can make a fool of your customers. Afterall, you are charging money for whatever you are selling, high price for low quality stuff.

Not much can be done in this regard I guess, apart from venting out on social media however I still wanted to writwrite this review just to make others aware of how good/bad your services are and probably someone in your organisation with good deeds and having enough authority to bring some change, reads this and takes appropriate action.

I visited threads time square to order custom stitched uniform for my daughter in August 2018. After having to wait for more than 2 weeks what I got is a very ill fitting loose dress. Whoever has done the stitching either didn't see the measurements properly or doesn't know tailoring. They overcharged for custom made dress and finally gave me free size stuff. It's much better to buy readily available sizes and do alteration from outside. There aren't any good tailors in this place for sure. I hope the management would take notice.

Above was my review 2 years ago. I must say they have improved alot n I actually got impressed with their services. Very pleasant n helpful staff. Stalk was available. They have knowledge about the products. Well done threads team!

Need to take lessons on how to run a place in a disorganized way from threads! Believe me you cannot beat them in this area, No stock, no proper inventory. Wish I would not have to deal with them ever again!

It's a school uniform provider for gems group of schools, especially gems our own Indian school alquoz.

Daylight robbery

Last day I went to buy a tie at Threads shop for my son (as he lost current one), but the shop offered me old model tie! They were telling that, they want to finish old stock for their profit! And buy new tie again after 2 terms! This is definitely not acceptable since the tie model has already changed. I insist for new model tie, but they are not ready to give new.

Horrible experience. Took 1 hour 15minutes to purchase one pair of trousers. Utterly appalling service. The staff don’t care and they can’t think for themselves. A total joke for service.

Uniforms supplier in UAE mostly for GEMs schools. They need to improve services and train their staff. Most of the time you will not find all items available.

They normally have what we go in for but can run out of some items. This is especially annoying when it happens too soon after the uniform rush starts - they need to stock up better. Parking is usually ok but can be impossible during peak times. Staff are mostly helpful.
